I'm a little hesitant on political figures in the city administration tbh, the reason being is I fear we'll be taking a step down the old road of [i]if this, then that[/i], which I have seen kill games plenty of times. This isn't a "No", I just need to think about it and talk with Alexus. 

The NPC for your character is fine though.
