He was pretty sure that Elaisse would want to talk with him at some point or another, since they were all around their teenage years. He also doesn't seem to be too overbearing, unlike his older brother who Jaxton really didn't feel all too comfortable around. Maybe that was because of the rumors he had heard about the King Maddox, but those were just passing rumors here and there so he never believed it. Or at least, he thought he didn't. His father shared his sentiments about it. Now that he properly thought about it, this must be hard on his father too. Lady Julianna was his sister, and if Jaxton's relationship with Elaisse was something to go off from, then this was probably hard on the Sliabhian King as well. To give off his sister must have been depressing to do - even if it was for peace. Jaxton wasn't sure if he would even be able to do that if he were in his position. No matter how much he wanted peace for the kingdom, trading off family would be extremely difficult. "Then let's make sure to track her down later. I'm sure it won't be too difficult." Jaxton whispered back to his sister. If there would be a party later, then it would be easy to look for her and then manage to get some interaction out of her; that is, if she wasn't busy catching up with Lady Julianna and the others. But, Jaxton will find a way. King Maddox had replied kindly to Julianna. Taking her hand and then kissing it, like what a proper gentleman would do if they met their future wife... if Jaxton's source of education was something to be trust at the very least. His auntie was completely captivated by the Abhainn King's charms. The young prince thought that it might be good, and his opinion on the king had increased somewhat. "It'd be better than just standing around. But I see your point, sister. I must argue though, in a party, it'd be easier to escape." He turned to her and then winked with a small grin on his face. It wouldn't be too big since he didn't want the nobles to think ill of him and would then result with his mother getting angry at him because of it. He turned back to the interactions. After King Maddox went to his parents to introduce himself properly, Lady Julianna took her old friend and then brought her to Lord Aedan. Jaxton remembered that he would be coming along to organize their guards and also to make sure that everything was secure for all of them. She seemed rather flustered when his aunt dragged her off to him, but knew that the interaction was inevitable. "Maybe we can talk Lady Amarenthea into it." He then paused, a thought crossing his mind. It was an odd thought, but something that could prove interesting to both him and his sister. "Or maybe ask an Abhainn native?" He suggested, quirking an eyebrow as he looked at his sister. Unless someone would take the whole royal family around, then they'd have to take matters in their own hands. They seemed accommodating enough, so perhaps they would be alright with letting the prince and princess walk around and find out more about the palace and the kingdom in general. That was when Lady Julianna turned their attention to them, and walked between them. "It seems like I'm not the only one with that thought." He mused to his aunt with a wide smile on his face when she suggested taking out the hose and riding through the garden. He looked at Elaisse. She would usually accompany him when he decides to take out the horse and escape from the castle. His definition of 'alone' usually didn't mean completely by his lonesome. While sometimes it would come to that, he usually appreciated the presence of his sister there. Even if he would be walking around while she sketches.
