Once she noticed her companions trying to help each other, Saeril tried to stand up once again, with her wings trying to give her an advantage for balance, but gasped at the small pain that hit her leg, making her fall down once again. It was probably bruised, and that she won't be able to walk at full speed and strength like she used to. 

Her collapse didn't unnoticed by Fili, and he stayed with her, just before he witnessed Yavanna save his uncle from a very dreadful fall.
