I say we RP pre-Set formation, because there's still a lot going on there we don't understand. We could do a million different things, but one big event was when we Scadrians starting experimenting with electricity. Our storyline could revolve around the advent of electricity and criminals trying to take advantage of that.

Hell maybe take it another direction to where we Al Capone it, Mistborn-Style, and there could be a powerful gang dealing drugs and trying to rule Elendel, Octant by Octant.

It's a damned start at least.
