[@Kalleth]I like the idea of gangs being a big deal, especially since a lot of folks seem to have ties to shady business based on their profiles. Depending on what others think, we can go from there. I've got a serial killer plot that would work well with that actually, having heroes work beneath the law to fix a problem that affects them.
