Collab of @wildman13 and @Scarescrow

As the missiles started their bombardment against the gate, it was only a matter of a few
minutes before the cracks starts to materialize on the gate. Spreading, until the horde stops pouring into our world. Until it happened, the gate imploded sending shockwaves to everyone, catching them off guard as the force of the was enough to send orc and men a like flying, shattering glass from a mile away and even sending a few nearby vehicles to the air.

Mankind raising their weapons up the air, cheering their first victory against these unknown monsters. Faraway, the sound of tanks and armored vehicles began to emerge from the nearby streets, crushing bones of both men and beasts, and causing cracks upon the paved road. The sound of nearby combat of humans against the remaining beasts can sometimes be heard echoing throughout the ruined city. And the President and the Counselors are now being evacuated to an unknown place, where they could be well-protected from these barbaric beasts. Suddenly, a few dozens of black trucks pulled up to nearby corpses of the unknown beast. Men and women in their yellow hazmat suit began to perform a small perimeter to collect the data from the beasts. And almost none of them noticing about a few Super Soldier that joined the group, preparing for whatever that come next. They are armed with a small machine gun, a flamethrower at their back, and a blade cling to their thigh. Their protective suit was also thicker, seem to be heavier as the black color allow them to blend in easier in this wreckage.

The remaining orcs have scattered around the ruined city, mostly under the rubber as they set up booby traps and ambushes and it seems that the goblins have taken up camp in what was once the underground railroads and tunnels that connect the city with nearby cities.

With the destruction of the gate, the fantasy creatures were cut off from their reinforcements and have dropped their previous tactics, which was to charge at the enemies with all their might. and due to foresight or desperation, have come up and degraded to using guerrilla style fighting.

The energy fluctuations that previously surrounded the gate have ceased to exist. As the gate consumed itself and the energy needed to maintain it. and the legacy structure that once stood besides it was no more. It was calm as most of the fighting was put to a stop.

Meanwhile, on the ground level.

The USEA soldiers tried their best to save those that lied in what once a twenty floors high. The sound of people calling, crying, and begging for help echoing under the mountain of concrete. And those that are lucky survive after the destruction were desperate. Some families had lost their children, others had lose their parents. And some desperately digging through the debris, trying to scavenge what had lost. And the Super Soldier stand there, watching the civilian as they are digging to found their loves one. Some ask them for help, only to be replied with silence. Others ask them for support, only to receive a stern glare from these big being. And somehow, because of these soldiers, there weren’t chaos. People aren’t trying stealing others, or mocking each other. No, they just dig, and dig until there hand bleed red and dust covered their face. Some lose their hope and went to the nearby medical station. They were waiting in line and remain intact, yet all of them seem to lose something. They no longer weep, or clench their fists like what those character do when seeing another suffer. No, the survivor bows their head, looking small holes beneath their feet. And farther away are multiple military trucks waiting in line, carrying puppets that has shattered its precious coat to a safer place, separated them from this broken world. And those soldier, now gathered in lines, watching the ruin of the battlefield. They hold their guns tight, afraid if they stop holding the trigger then they will become one of them, buried in this mountain of debris. They afraid that they could no longer return to their family. It had been hours since the last time they can contact with their loves one. And as anyone trying to dial any number, the only sound they could hear of the other side is an infinite beeping sound, signaling there aren't any signal. They had heard from their Sergeant. That they will have three lines: one is to the artillery, second is the general, and third is the air force. And he told them to be in line, the Sergeant said, that these beasts shall bleed. Yet, it seems so futile for them. But what do they know? They are only soldiers that are going to defend this nation. Following the military trucks, the troops evacuated from their battlefield along with an endless line of civilian. Nearby, multiple plumes of smoke rises to the sky, welcoming the new day on this broken world. Or at least, to this ruined city.

The peace didn’t last long as a huge pillar of light slammed straight through the location of the gate rubble, cars, and people alike melted in a matter of seconds as the pillar begins to burrow into the earth. Soon, the remaining orcs revealed themselves as they charge into unsuspecting civilians that were desperately digging in the rubble, and without remorse ripped their victims piece by piece with their huge arms.

Soon, the peace dissolved into chaos as arms, legs, and bodies started flying. As the orcs effortly dismembered their victims regardless if they had weapons or not. hiding in the rubble to protect themselves from the bullets of their enemies.

And then, they met the supersoldiers. One of the chieftains that survive and a handful of his personal guards stare at the strange men. “Worthy enemies.” The chieftains said as he points his halberd at the giants. “Get ready!” he commanded, smiling at the opportunity as they charge into the group.

Stream of light coming out from the Super Soldiers right hand as their attached minigun are starting to heat up. They successfully halt the coming green skin for a moment, creating a temporary defensive line for the civilians to back up and the join the army. Some normal of the soldiers had also joined the battlefield, helping the Super Soldiers to safely pull back. But the coming waves of green skin seem endless as those beast rushing over their allies corpse, only to be pierced by a maelstrom of bullets. But everything needed an end, as the both the Super Soldier and the normal ones began to run out of bullets. So, the normal one began to switch to their Glock-17 handguns and the Super Soldier to begin setting the place ablaze with their flamethrower. The distance between these green skins and the human became so near when one was almost able to kill one of them, only to receive three bullets in the head. Suddenly, there comes a huge noise, with multiple green skins at their back lines to be blown up. And they were not the only one, as many more is being blown up, or shredded by another maelstrom of bullets coming from the back of the solders. Realizing they are being backed up by their armored vehicles and tanks, the normal and Super Soldiers ran, joining the line. The tanks and armored vehicles also began to fall back, with their turrets are constantly blasting the unknown monster. And in the front lines, the soldier with nearby helicopters are shooting those bird-likes in the skies. They are still 26 km from the nearest encampment, and 50 km away from their designated point. And it seems, the USEA going to remember this day for a long time. A day when their power is stronger than the enemies, yet it felt so futile as they failed to protect the citizen of USEA.

As the initial waves dies off in the hundreds, The gate begins to starts to materializes from the pillar, absorbing the energy from it, as it becomes larger and larger. The opening was so different from the last one, as surges of electricity violently exits from the gate cleaving straight through anything that straight in its way. Orcs, Humans, and even the Avians were like butter. severing limbs in an instant before the user gets to react.

“CHARGE!!!” The chieftain commands as rows of orcs pushes a giant rubble as they advances while supported by dozen orc archers that were accurately picking off dozens of soldiers that were trying to stop them. “Reinforcements will enter the gate just endure!” The orc said as they push what was once the piece of a skyscraper nearing where the tanks of the enemy were parked.

The gate was almost complete as its ends starts to connect with one another releasing tremendous amounts of shock waves that can rip through orc and men alike like an invisible blade. But, the orcs stand strong trying to defend the gate, the last stand as they desperately hold against the armor and air support their enemy was using against them.

But, in the end they prevailed, as the humans tucked tail and run, leaving behind those who cannot keep up. Tanks, Soldiers, Supplies, and Civilians were scattered around the city as they get cut off from the rest of the military. Leaving them at the mercy of the invaders, as tanks gets pounded by large humanoid creatures, civilians and soldiers alike were mercilessly killed, and with it the city of Ha Noi fell.

The Desperate

As the camp gets showered by tiny pieces of crystal shards and smoke. The camp was alarmed as the sentries have ringed the alarms calling all to arms. "ENEMY ATTACK!" one of the guards shouted with fear as he stares at dark cloud, cause by the missile.

All eyes where at the place where the rocket meant its mark. A huge hole now replaces what was once a clear and stable pillar. Soon, huge chucks of it separated from the main body falling to the left side of the camp. Crushing hundreds and cleaving the only path to the our world in one go. The orcs have retreated in order to clear the way, desperately hacking and forcing their way to reconnect with their allies.

Back in our own world, a command station's crew sighs in relief. Their mission had been a success and the pressure had been taken off of their countrymen. The missile strike had been a success and satellite imaging shows no more orcs were emerging from the gate.

"CentCom this is substation Mjolnir, strike was a success, confirm, strike was a success."
There was no answer.
"CentCom? Do you copy?"
Only silence came from the radios.
The comms officer turned away from his desk, "Sir, all transmissions are being jammed!"
The commanding officer of substation Mjolnir sighed heavily,
"God help us all."

The orcs were still hammering at the large debris, as they have been now cut off from their camp and as a small band was all that was left in the of the initial war band, the orcs were starting to get succumb to fear. "Warchief, We are cut off from the clans." One of the orc grunts said in distress as he hammers away with all his might.

"STOP!" The warchief commanded making his followers to stop. "WARRIORS OF THE ORTAN CLAN." He follows up as he grabs his spear. "WE ARE THE DEFENDERS OF THE TITANIA!" He quickly adds "pass this obtacle our brothers and sisters prepare but, as of now they need time, so earth mother calls for our final service." he continues as he points to the exit of the gate.

"We will buy them time." He said as he lowers his weapon. " My brothers and sisters, we will not let the world eaters into our world, we will not allow them to pass thru us until we all are dead." He finishes his speech making the orcs erupt in a deafying display as they soon start preparing for their last stand.

The soldier's holding the line were thrilled when the orcs stopped pouring through the gate, and so they readied their weapons for a push. One last group of greenies came out of the gate and set up defensive positions, preparing for the oncoming assault. When it came, it was preceeded by aircraft dropping bombs and firing massive cannons into the defenders, napalm took many lives with it's blazing inferno. Rifles clattered and blades met flesh, life's were extinguished in an orgy of violence. Blood covered the ground in small rivers as the defenders slowly gave ground as they were outnumbered and outgunned. Eventually, only the warchief remained.

The warchief watched as all of his men fought bravery, there was nothing was as important to him as that as he charged into the fray killing a dozen before a bullet tore a hole into his left leg but, that did't keep him down as he threw his spear at the gunner and proceded to make his way to the others.

The orc still charged as bullets begin to hit their marks at the warchief body toring into flesh and blood but, for every bullet he was able to kill another soldier with his bare hands or anything that he had. He was determine even if his hearing was lost, even if he couldn't see, even if he couldn't speak, and even if he could feel a thing. He did everything just so that he could buy time.

However, he couldn't keep it up forever as the bullets rip through his legs and even tore into his arms. The pain was too much as blood flowed from the holes in his body and soon, the orc chieftain fell along with his men. "A fulfilling death." He said before everything turned black. His corpse kneeing on the ground with both of his arms gone but, the most baffling of them all is the happy face that he had before he finally died.

By the time of his death the band was able to kill a total of fifty men and held them off for two hours.

Sgt. Oryn was exhausted, they had retaken New Washington from these things, and had stopped their attacks through the largest gate in the country, at least for now. He just wanted to rest but he had to see to his men first. As he strode through the rubble that was once the town square he found a child's teddy bear covered in dust. How many innocent people died because of these gates today? Thousands? Millions? He didn't know, but he did know that when he found out who caused this, he was going to kill them. He worried for his wife and infant son who were out in the countryside with his wife's parents.

Hopefully they were spared this living hell. Oryn kept walking until he found his squad. They were looking at the corpse of the last orc to fall, their leader by the looks of him. One soldier kicked it's severed arm, amazed at it's hands so big it could wrap it's fingers around his entire head, and it was strong enough to crush it like a grape.

"Sarge, what kind of things are these?"
Oryn shook his head. He had no idea.

Collab between @Wildman13 and myself,

As the humans and the greenies engaged in battle, the humans were able to launched a missile inside the gate. Entering a cavern system that the orcs have have been using to cross into our world.

The tunnel was inhabited by numerous crytaline formation with all types and colors and the orcs seems to have taken camp right besides a large crystal pillar that connects the floor to the very ceiling of the tunnel.

The camp has expanded and is now as small town complete with numerous blacksmiths and a market place in the center for trade and a long ang extensive wooden wall was errected around the settlement.

The missile flew swiftly through the cavern, as if a streak of lightning had made it's appearance. It's guidance system selected a target at random and streaked towards it at dizzying speed. A few moments later, the missile struck the large crystal column and resulted in a flash of blinding light and a wall of deafening sound.

As the camp gets showered by tiny pieces of crystal shards and smoke. The camp was alarmed as the sentries have ringed the alarms calling all to arms. "ENEMY ATTACK!" one of the guards shouted with fear as he stares at dark cloud, cause by the missile.

The fall

Statue of the world

Eight months have passed since the start of the invasion, most of the major cities of the world have fell thanks to the might of the people of Titinia. Soon, fortresses and fortifications have been erected through the rubble as the endless hordes continues to march into our world. Pockets of resistances try their best to hold but, it is only a matter of time before they are discovered and crushed.

Most communications have been severed as our cell phones, Tv, and even our satellites fail to work, as if something is interfering with the signals also cutting them off from the internet. Soon, armies to struggle as organizations and food production starts to fail, as the invaders continues to conquer more of our lands.

The seas have utterly fallen to their new masters, the Naga and because of its fall man further starve as most have been cut off from their supplies of fishes and other aquatic resources. Most of the surviving humans fled further inland but, as each day passes more resources disappear.

Nuclear power plants were ordered to be shut down and were evacuated and power starts to be tapped or was guarded by what government was still left operational. But, they haven’t given up hope they continue to arm themselves and survive for a chance to reclaim what they have lost, and take the fight back to the monsters.

Philippine, Manila

Manila was under the rule of the orc warchief called Tinhide the durable, that laid sieged to it for a month before they could capture all of it from its defenders and with it the invaders were able to capture most of their weapons in the process.

The orcs were not alone however as short men entered with them carrying numerous cannons with them. Most of them were clad in armor, holding a large shield, and had a small rifle on their backs. Seeing up their gun batteries on top of the nearby buildings providing support to the orcs on the ground as they rain down fire at their enemies.

Their short and love for love range combat has earned them the name Shoties by the locals. Together with the Shoties and the Greenies. Manila was converted into their own city. Complete with numerous stone walls, palisades, and numerous buildings that seems to have their own purposed. But, even if they captured the massive city, its inhabitants continued the fight, as they hold on to their homes and families.

“Sir, we have secured the compound.” A woman wearing a green t-shirt and cargo pants reports to what seems to be what once a military officer but, his torn uniform, numerous scars, and missing arm suggestive that he was present at the defense of manila.

“Good, how are we in supplies?” He responds calmly as he tries to grab his gun but, he fails. “Just rest for now, it’s our turn to do the dirty work.” She said to calm him down, as she helps him up. “Thank you.” He said as he gets back to place. “If we carefully rationed the supplies we have then, we have enough for a year.” She continues her report “Finally we have set up some patrols and some traps in case we ever we do get attacked.” She finishes her report.

“We’re safe for now.” She happily says as she falls to the makeshift bed near the area. “And I can take my sweet and deserved rest.” She adds before she finally fast asleep.

Fantasy world

New York City

The capture of New York for the monsters was a major victory for the greenies as it being one of the most well-armed cities in the world, the invaders were able to capture a huge number of weapons that they were able to haul back to their world.

Aside from the weapons, the greenies also have imprisoned hundreds upon hundreds of humans. Male, Female, Adult, or even the young, none were spared. The cages were completely made of wood as the prisoners were all forcefully compressed into the tiny spaces.

The grand shaman that led the charge to take New York was touring the building where they were kept, an storage depot that was once full of construction supplied but, now converted into a holding pen for the captured humans.

“Grand shaman, there was a riot just a few days ago. We were able to subdue them and are now waiting just inside that room. “let me deal with them.” The shaman responded as he entered the room. “What are you going to do with us you monsters!” One of the guys angrily yells out to one of the orcs guarding them, as the shaman enters.

“The world eaters have been suppressed great shaman.” An orc grunt respectfully says as he bows his head. “Let me deal with them.” The shaman says as he approaches one of them. Soon, he puts out a small ceremony knife drawing some blood from his neck, ignoring his pleads and outcries as he becomes weaker and weaker, shivering up into a husk of his formal stuff.

“You will only eat the flesh of your kin, you will serve us until you all have been released.” He says as the man nods in agreement. “Good, now enjoy your meal.” The shaman says as the other orcs starts to untie the others with him. He starts to groan as he sees his former friends. And without any kind of warning he starts charging into one of his friends, taking out large chunks from his body.

Soon, he started eating the meat, as blood starts to flow from the body of his friend. The others helplessly watch as the shaman starts turning them into the abomination they see now. “you all will serve as useful guard dogs.” The orcs mockery says as they, watch with amusement. “take them to the walls.” The shaman commanded as the guards drag the shriveled up creatures outside.

Faith's soldiers

Collab of @wildman13 and @Necroknight

Italy, Vatican City

Task Force Vizima kept on moving through the bloodied streets of Rome, heading for their target: the Vatican. Namely with such chaos and destruction happening throughout the word - some people had turned like always in times of peril to faith.

Currently several hundred of such people of Catholic faith, some from AESR and a few from the Germanic Republic had been assembled and sent to rescue Pope Franciscus.

The Vatican was not like what it used to looked like, as palisades and rubble decorates the streets of what was once the capital of faith. But, something was odd in the air, there was only a handful of greenies were guarding the entrances of the holy city. But, the oddest thing was that there was a huge crowd of civilians just inside the city. The SpecOps Forces nonetheless kept moving into the place, after dealing with the monsters desecrating the seat of the Holy See - as they moved inside and quickly asked the civilians where the Pope was located at.

The people that were in the crowd were walking aimlessly, gnawing as the men pass them and it seems that any kind of interaction with them seem to bear fruit, as they weakly push, claw, or react violently as they get near. Until, someone tried to pinned one of the men to the ground.

The Operatives quickly reacted, pulling out a knife and plunging it into the head of the attacker - namely straight through the temple - a quick and clean kill. "We gotta move, these people have gone mad..."

As the stench of blood and flesh reaches the others, they quickly turned to where it was coming, spotting the body lying in a puddle of blood. Soon, they race their way to it and devoured the flesh clean through the bones. Unsatisfied, the mob turns its bloodlustful eyes to your group. Soon, numerous blood culturing screams fills the area, as they start racing towards them.

"Hostile. Drop 'em," called the Captain of the group - as the unit soon pulled and deployed grenades that soon started releasing a white smoke cloud. As soon as bodies started entering the cloud - they soon started dropping as well.

The smoke itself obscuring their senses and the white phosporous itself burning their uncovered skin and burning them from within.

Soon, piles of bodies start to stack up, as numerous similar screams starts to echo throughout the city, all of which gets closer and closer as time goes by. But, as the screams starts to corner and encircle the group, a nearby door flies open followed by a yell telling them all to get inside.

The soldiers soon deployed flashbangs to cover their retreat - essentially blinding the charging horde - as much as them being disoriented from the smoke. Before the SpecOps unit simply vanished away from the eyes of the ghouls.

In truth, they had taken refuge in the door that had been provided to them.

"Are you crazy!" A man wearing clerical clothing yells out, as he quickly closes the door. "Are you trying to get yourselves killed." He follows up, as he locks the door soon after. Afterwards, he grabs his gun as he peeks at the window making sure that they were safe. The streets were swarming with the creatures, feasting on what remains of their former allies.

"Where is Pope Franciscus?" asked one, not minding what they had done or the fact that they almost had gotten caught.

"The pope was captured." One sadly answers. "A few days ago, while we were evacuating, the greenies got to him." One recalls. "So, you're the rescue that we heard about?" One of them tautly asks "Sure took your sweet time." He continues mocking the group.

"Where. Is. He?" repeated one soldier, whose face was obscured by a gas-mask. Far from being regular soldiers, these seemed to be more...fanatical.

"His at the basilica." He answers. "Where the greenies have taken up camp." He continues as a hint of sadness begins to show from his face. "His at god's side." He ends as points at the small hole in the roof, which slightly shows the roof of the basilica.

"He dead? Or is he still alive?" asked another, checking his clip and ammunition. The soldiers were crazy or desperate enough to straight up charge the Basilica to get him.

"How many greens are there?" added another.

"Too many, not to mention that's where they make the lifeless." He points out "And even if you were able to get there and save the pope, how can you even get him out safely?" he questions as he picks up his gun.

"You need to lead us all to safety." He commanded to the soldiers "We must safe, as much as we can, in order for Christianity to survive." He adds "It’s too late for the pope but, it isn't for us." he continues, pointing to the other priest and survivors in the room.

"We have a rescue coming in - but the Pope will be coming out of this alive," replied Captain Segrius - as he cocked his shotgun. "How many of us, is a different story."

These soldiers were determined, the Pope WOULD be rescued - if all of the unit had to die, then so be it. But faith needed to be restored - especially since they seemed to be desecrating the bodies of their own people.

"Can you make it to the Colliseum? Rescue will be coming there - I can have some of my men, escort you there but we will get to the Pope. Any shortcuts or shall we smash in through the front like the Crusaders of old?" he asked.

"There is a quicker way." One of them answered, pointing to the cellar of the room. "The sewers." He continues but, by the looks of how it was sealed off and the looks of the people, it’s not going to be safe.

"We sealed off the tunnels because of the mini green infestations going on." one of them elaborates with a worried look. "We lost so much." He adds with deep sorrow.

The people sighed in relief as they start packing up with hope in their eyes, the priest and some volunteers have taken the liberty of going down into the city’s sewer systems, making sure that the path was clear enough or some of it was relatively safe.

"We can take care of our own." One of the armed priest said as he takes out his rifle. "There are still some pockets of resistance shattered around the city and most of them will gladly fight with you, they just need to know when.

He brings out a small map of the city showing it to the captain "We have agreed that the signal would be the bell of the basilica." He said as he the others start to head to the colliseum. "make sure that you bring him back." He said as he finally leaves with the rest of the civilians.

The Captain nodded in reply and soon deployed his soldiers into the sewers. Their gas masks and superior training and equipment making it easier to navigate the place...and deal with any goblins in the place.

The road to the Colliseum was a treacherous one, but the soldiers lead the civilians and surviving priests well. Once there, they started fortifying the location. Readying barricades and flares.

It was half an hour later before the bell started ringing. It's holy call alerting many in the Vatican. That was the signal as green flares were popped.

In the streets of Vatican City - there was a dash to the Colliseum. As the soldiers and resistance fighters were keeping one man protected in the center. The man was holding up a green flare.

It was Franciscus, as above them an AC-130 air-ship was unleashing destruction with its arnaments at anything that wasn't covered by green smoke. It spoke of the level of equipment, men and sacrifice that they were willing to give to rescue the holy man. A man of both faith and decency before this horror.

Soldiers dropped smoke, bullets even themselves at the feet of the Invaders. Nothing was stopping them from getting to the Colliseum. When half of their people were dead, did the Roman structure open its gates and allow salvation inside. The remaining soldiers creating a circle of defense around the people.

"In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit! Send them to the Pits of Damnation!" roared the soldiers, both men and women amongst their ranks.

The bell signaled the start of chaos, as houses opened and with them priest and civilians armed with whatever that they can find started pouring out into the streets. Soon, arrows and guns started firing as the liberation of the Vatican was under way.

The remaining Swiss Guard joined the fray as limbs started flying all around. As hundreds started to drop under puddles of their own blood. The lifeless started attacking and overwhelming the resistance as they started ripping through the human fighters.

It was only about time before the greenies started pressing the advantage, not knowing the true intentions of the humans, as they ripped bodies in half, to crushing their enemies with their weapons.

"DAMN HUMANS." A large orc yells out as he accurately picks off the humans with his war bow. "GET THE GIANTS." He ordered as two Ogres emerged from a large nearby stack of rubble.

The appearance of these creatures has tilted the battle towards the greenies as the thick hide of the creatures were too tough to penetrate with the weapons they had, which the orcs used as giant shields.

The AC-130 was able to rip through the Ogres hides like butter but, one was not enough as the combined force of the lifeless and the greenies shattered the resistance into dust. Soon, what remains of the resistance fled in all directions as some took the chance to flee the city into Rome, while most found themselves to the coliseum.

As civilians and soldiers alike were defending the life of someone important, as they used the walls of the structure to pick off the invaders and using the numerous trapped doors to mount several ambushes inside the monument.

Wounded and exhausted the resistance did everything they can in order to save the life of their families and the life of the Pope, the symbol of morality and Christianity left in this world. "FOR OUR LORD." One of them yells out as he mounted the machine gun on the top of the walls as he rained down bullets to the monsters.

"FOR THE GLORY OF CHRIST." Another yell out as he charges into the horde with a shotgun in hand, blasting everything that could get near him, until he was decapitated by a clean cut from a nearby orc axe into his neck.

Soon, numerous cried were held and fanatic humans crashed blades with the orcs but, did little to no damages when their blades bounces off the orc' armors. And soon most of the Swiss Guards were killed. And what remained was trying to buy as much time as they can for the Pope.

"FOR EARTH MOTHER." The orcs furiously cried out, as they slowly overwhelm what remains of the human resistance.

Soon enough the yells were drowned out under the whirl of minigun and missile fire - as three helicopters and five VTOLs around hovered into the Colliseum. They were armed with guns that easily cleared the surrounding area clear and allowed the soldiers some breathing space.

"Come on! Come on! We don't have alot of time!" yelled the pilot - as the helicopters hovered over-head to keep the Invaders at bay. As those who remained created a circle around the civilians - as they beasts seemed eager to crawl in from everywhere.

It didn't help as near the end - the soldiers were running low on ammunition. It was at these moments, that men would fall into despair. Instead, those that remained - the men and women picked up the halberds of the Swiss Guard and in a religious fervor - started to hold back the Invaders on their terms. Singing in fervor - that would drown-out in voice even that of the orcs.

"For the grace, for the might of our Lord. For the home of the holy. For the faith, for the way of the sword. Give our lives so boldly!" they roared.

"For the grace, for the might of our Lord. In the name of His glory!"

"Dying for salvation with dedication! No capitulation, annihilation! Papal commendation, reincarnation! Heaven is your destination!"

"Dying for salvation with dedication! No capitulation, annihilation! Papal commendation, reincarnation! Heaven is your destination!"

"IN THE NAME OF GOD!" they roared, who didn't fall or die even when their limbs were carved off - as the last push gave the Pope and the citizens time to board and lift off. As red smoke was deployed - and overheard, German fighters zeroed in on the Colliseum and gave the dead soldiers a warrior' burial by denying the orcs the chance to defile their corpses. As the Colliseum was fire-bombed. As the VTOL's soon switched to flight mode and flew off - accompanied by the helicopters and jets behind them.

They would be taken to the Czech Republic - now a safe harbor, as the two titans of AESR and Germanic Republic kept the monsters away from that last haven of peace.

USEA

There used to be many more encampment places in USEA, even after the battle broke out between the Invaders and the army. In fact, during the first few months, self-proclaim encampment declared them as nations sprung up like mushrooms after the rain. But they were no match during the raid of the Invaders. Most falls within the first or two months. Some larger fall during the third or fourth due to the prolonged siege these Invaders maintained. And it was only days if not weeks later that the main encampment, code name “Dragon 01," to send military aid. In the sixth months, multiple messengers from the largest encampment send to “Dragon 01," requesting military aids. Most encampments don't make it till the aid comes, with all of its civilians turned into Zombies (ghouls). And for the those that make it until the military aid arrived, the government does not plan to keep those camping places for two main reasons. First, doing this will lighten the military force that the USEA possess, something that is proved to be very necessary during these chaotic days. And second is because maintaining the second will be putting a strain on government and production line for producing enough resources to protect these two. So the government decided to move all the civilian they can into the “Dragon 01."

The nation as a whole is a bland, losing most of its color. News only said about the propaganda that the governments promised. School is now replaced with images that planted the seed of hatred in small children toward the Invaders. The parents know about this, but what can they do? What can they do when giving themselves to the enemy is equal to have a death sign? All they can do now is reading how the Government plan, their progress on making machines to destroy these thing. And with the increasing rates of men and women at 18 sign into the army. It seems the population as a whole is very rejoiced to have their revenge on the Invaders. But now is not the time, as the Dragon is still sleeping, waiting to release it anger on these worms.

What has happened to those who want peace?

FORT ATLAS, Boston- 8 Months since the 'incident'

A large room filled with chairs and a barely working lightbulb was filled with officers. It seems a meeting is starting, now let us see what they are up to. A man with a four star hat stood in the room.

"Since the last eight months, we have seen major changes! We have build 'The Wall' and have destroyed nearby portals! But new creatures have arrived!."

He would pullout a paper with a sketch of a ghoul and show it.

"We call them, 'Undead' though some call them ghouls!"

He shows another paper.

"Now the commander in cheif cannot make it here but he said that those are the only things we must talk about.."

Everyone left with a little 'bored' feeling. But everyone went back to work soon. They want to deal with these monsters. They need support so they decided to send a message. They destroyed nearby gates so they hope they can broadcast to the world. They recorded a audio file. It was to give hope and inspiration to survivors.

"Let's do this!" A man said looking over a mic

"To all survivors! I am a speaker of The United Alliance to Maintain Peace! Please hear me out......." The 'speaker' said

"This war have shattered us! It broke us! We must unite and destroy these creatures!" The speaker continued

"If you hear us! Then please show us a sign...." The speaker ended the speech

"Welp let's hope it works!"

2 hours later the signal was interrupted but these men have not realized it. But maybe just maybe others will be inspired to hear this message out. Humanity may have survived and maybe there are others who seek to join the in this journey. The signal was supposed to reach at least a quarter of Asia but it was boosted and now just maybe the world will hear them. For now they sit trying to see if someone received it.

((It is short because it is a recap post))

The Message

The communications consoles of the derelic command center on the moon base starts receiving a lone message from earth. "Impossible." A skiny man said as he makes his way to it, weakily pressing his finger on the screen opening the lone message.

This message pierce through the jamming." The man said in disbelief as he starts up the other nearby consoles. Soon, the monitor on the room opens displaying the image of a lone fort in the america. "I still need more time." He whispers to himself as he tries to jam the source of the message.

The men grow tired waiting for a response at the broadcast room but this would not last. They saw that the signal's code was being jammed. The signal was fitted with a program which allowed it to be resistant to jammers for a few minutes. But it was starting to be jammed! The only that could intercept the signal that strong is from a high place....

"Sir It's a sign!" A supervisor said as he monitors the console.

"Oh come on who jams a friendly transmission unless they want to ignite a war!" A officer of technology said

The men continued to locate on how they were jammed, they now try to trace the signal.

"Nope, this is the perfect chance." Gary though to himself as he opens a new console, displaying a the robots that the UN has employed from Legacy. "I can fame the UN clearing our name." He mutters as he activates the inactive droids in the fort and near the fort.

"Oh we can't forget that we have to introduce ourselves." He mischeviously said as the he sends a message of his own, hijacking your radios and televisions with the logo of the UN.

"Attention, you have conducted illegal actions agaisn't mankind." It said "Under authority of the UN you are to surrender or face the consequences." It repeats for 5 minutes before returning the appliances to normal.

The signal reached Atlas Town, the ctizens have mangaed to find a way to make telvesions worked so this played out. In a bar in Atlas Town the message played.

A man with a beard was serving customers. "Want some sauce in that?" Then the message played.

"Attention, you have conducted illegal actions agaisn't mankind." It said "Under authority of the UN you are to surrender or face the consequences." The message was heard..

"UN? Bah...." Though some people ignored it many was disturbed and a little riot happened just outside of a research center.

An army of droids have marched just outside of the fort, repeating the said message for 20 minutes before, relaying a different but, erie sounding message. "You have been warn, in the count of ten you must surrender or face the consequences.

The droids were what you expected them to be the peacekeepers of old, traffic police, police droids, and other harmless droids but, there was a group in the middle of the army that was different or the first of its kind, for these were bigger and seem to have a large tank on its back that was connected to a large gun on the front.

Seeing them seem to remind everyone what happened at brazil and the other various drug nations in south america, though there was no news about what really happened the drug cartels all disappeared after the UN was done with them without a trace.

The riots outside the center stopped when they saw the Commander In Cheif. Escorted by his two most skilled fighters. With a minigun and reinforced armor. They stand viewing the droids

"Bucketheads! Tincans! You are all gonna be scrap metal!" Alex said angrily

"Aim yer rifles lads! We'd have some ol'barrels to shoot!" One of the escort ordered, with a pretty funny accent

The soldiers aim ther rifles and turrents at the droids. Meanwhile the escorts were aiming for the big guys.

"3... 2... 1..." They counted in unison. "You have failed to meet demand, you are will suffer." one of them said as they charge into the walls. While their giant counterparts seems to be powering up, the droids without any fear, as they start making their way to the walls.

The droids attacked but so did the sodiers. They fought with their turrents and rifles. ten were injured and five died before they turned the heat of battle against the enemy, Soon enough they were able to destroy all normal units. The escorts meanwhile rained minigun ammunition on the heavies.

For the Motherland

Russia, outskirts Moscow

It had been eight months - as what remains of the Russian Army was making their last stand in Moscow. The once feared Russian Armed Forces had been reduced to only a handful of brigades engaging in heavy fighting across the streets of the city. Even then, when there was no promise of support, ammunition or even information.

Whichever lines remained were land-lines and those were mostly severed due to heavy fighting, bombing from their own people or simply run out of power. The last pieces of communication that they could get was from the Central Military District - an army the size of a million and half were marching upon the heart of the Russian Motherland. What was horrifying was the fact that a quarter of those were namely 'ghouls' or namely the corpses of the dead.

What remained of the Russian state was hold up in the Kremlin - what propaganda they had used in the early days didn't matter much, as anybody could see what was going on. The green beasts were a nightmare to fight, as it took an entire clip for two men to bring down those beasts. They were the numerous, and it didn't take into account the other 'freaks' - the annoying harpies, mermaids in the sea that had demolished the proud Russian Navy and then the tiny humanoids. All in all - the Russian Army was caught with its pants down and had been reeling every since the nuclear detonation in Siberia. The fallout had been blown along with the wind to the main settlements - making life even harder for what civilians and soldiers remained.

The vanguard of the Invaders had been repelled but many men had none but a canteen of vodka and a single clip in their AKs left to fight against the freaks of nature. What remained of the Officer Corps was doing all it could to revive the dying morale of their shattered army - as they sat inside their dug-in trenches and behind overturned cars.

As the half-starved prepared their weapons once more and likely the last time - they heard something...unususal. In the sky a single biplane flew - which was...odd, as much of the Russian Aerospace Force had been completely decimated and grounded. This one had something more unusual - it flew with two red stars on its wings.

As it happened the orcs and their allies also saw the lone...wooden thing flying high the skies. It released a red orb high into the sky, before it turned around in the air and flew off. A few of their winged companies wanted to follow it, but were stopped - as it wasn't worth risking them and get hit by the iron bows of the World Eaters.

So far their attempt at defeating the World Eaters seemed to be going well.

The orcs watched as the red orb descend signaling to the harpies to signal to the others to prepare. “Scrying spell.” He gestured to one of the harpies, flying to the others as the army march on.

“They are few let them see their doom.” He whispers to himself as he takes out his axe. “DOUBLE TIME!” He furiously yells out, making his men run.

The orcs worked themselves into a frenzy as they charge into what remains of Moscow, raising their weapons up high for their enemies to see. Siege beast feet dig into the snow as they unleashed a horrific cry that can sow terror and fear to their foes alike. “FEAR US YOU WEAKLINGS!” The warchief yells out ontop of his beast as his horde make its way to victory.

The city remained silent as always - expect when one harpy pointed up towards the skies. In that moment, all of them realized just how 'weak' the World Eaters. As the very sky itself was soon filled with thousands of 'Iron Birds'. Namely those whom seemed impossibly fast to catch - yet always needed to land after a few minutes of being in the air.

They only seemed to be active in a handful of pairs - this time, there were thousands of them in the air. These ones used wheels infront of their noses - instead of being lifted by ' fire magic'. They were also slower, yet that didn't make them any more dangerous - one could hide from the fast Iron Birds. But these could likely easily see them - and judging by the amount, they had come to reply to the orcs' righteous march across their lands

With that notion - the thousands of them dived down at the orcish army. The harpies took to the sky to attempt to fight against such beasts. The great harpies, whose claws and wings could outmatch anybody in the sky in their own world...but out here? They were soon torn down by the fury of the World Eaters.

The iron birds spewed metal from infront of them and from behind them - not allowing any harpy to catch them or get near them. Tearing the harpies from the skies - as several others flew over the orc army. Dropping their metal magic bombs onto them - or firing sky arrows of fire, that exploded and killed hundreds with a single shot.

The explosions were loud and close enough to rip apart several important people - that even the orcs didn't realize they had. However, after one bombing strafe - the World Eaters regained one thing that would allow them to bring down the Fury of Humanity upon them.

“Ready the new weapons!” The warchief gestured to the harpies making them dive to where the supply wagons were. Unraveling crates of copper where crude blunderbusses from the wagons rested. Taking one for themselves, as they ascend into the skies, then aiming to a group of planes, firing shrapnel at their direction, dealing a lot of damage up close but, did little to no from afar. Incidentally they barely managed to reach the planes before the Iron Birds returned fire with more precise and deadlier accuracy.

“DO NOT FALTER ATTACK!” The warchief yelled out with all his might rallying his confused brothers back to the fire as they help their brethren by climbing on top of the siege beast firing and reloading the guns for the avians. “TRAMPLE THEM!” He continues to give out orders as they near the city.

“RELEASE THE GHOULS.” He ordered as five siege beast began throwing ten huge wooden balls filled with ghouls at the city. Though this killed most of the ghouls, they still were able to get inside the city attacking all that they can meet.

Amongst the human defenders, they'd soon find their radios regaining their former lives. As they watched into the skies and saw the once feared planes of the Soviet Air Force in the skies once more.

On their radios they heard people yelling in Polish, Hungarian, Bulgarian and mostly in Russian.

"Ten kills, cyka!"

"Death to the freaks!"

"Ivan you stole five from me!"

"We got radio!" yelled another, before contact was 'achieved' as a dozen pilots in their propeller planes started trying out their radios. "Anybody alive down in Moscow?" asked one Polish female in a heavily accent in Russian.

“Took you long enough.” One happily answered followed by a roared of victory from next to him. “Now, lets show them the might of the Motherland, comrade.” He said as the Russian Army started to regain its lost morale. As soldiers on the buildings stood up as they raised their arms into the sky, cheering at the passing planes as they watched their old era Air Force back in action. Carrying the feared Red Star on their wings and sides.

“Gimme that vodka.” One of the officer' said as he poured its content into a bottle with a small piece of cloth and lighting it up as he threw it to one of the nearby rolling wooden balls - that the orcs were throwing their way. Burning the ghouls where they stood.

Hundreds of Russian soldiers and civilians rallied with the arrival of the air support, with high spirits they raised their white-blue-red flags high for all to see. It was time to kick these monsters off their land and reclaim Moscow.

In the buildings and streets, the people of Moscow finally had hope - looking outside and sawing the comforting rumble of human machinery. Regaining the will to fight, and the willingness to die for the Motherland. All they needed now was the capability to win the day. As the hordes of orcs and ghouls started to get near the city.

"Yeah...well, as the saying goes enemy of my enemy. Plus the only conflict allowed on this soil is between Slavs only," chuckled the woman - over the radio. "Also we brought friends...alot of them...hope you don't mind us borrowing the equipment of your grandfathers...we kinda needed it..."

Just as the freaks were about to reach the bridge that separated them from one of the - the air was filled with blaring music. Namely that of an old nation - that had been dissolved for twenty years now. Except the arms that were being used by the allies from Eastern Europe only had these things left onboard the old tanks.

Namely tanks that numbered in the thousands and reminiscent of the tank charges of the Soviet Red Army. The old anthem of the United Soviet Socialist Republics blaring from the tank' speakers - or those that remained, it was still enough to scream an almost sonic attack against the Invaders.

Across the radios many people were singing along, even if they didn't know what some words meant. It was simply a loud, HUMAN song - that was powerful enough to rally even the morale of the most depressed soldier. As to those in Moscow - iit was the old Soviet Anthem of Comradeship and Brotherhood - even if the state it once belonged to didn't.

Riding ontop of them were millions of soldiers, equipped with uniforms and weapons from both the Modern and WWII era. Followed by millions of vehicles of different make and design. Every type of flag from the nations of AESR, Ukraine, Belarus - and even one tank having the old flag of the Soviet Union, torn but still attached and flapping strong.

The massive horde was stopped in its track as the blaring of the song almost deafened all that were near it. As they saw the river of iron beast approaching them. "FOR EARTH MOTHER'S EMBRACE, DESTROY THEM ALL!" The warchief yelled out with all of his might as the sudden shift in momentum was turning against him.

The orcs equipped with their own guns started firing volley after volley at the defenders and soon, fire fights errupted throughout the city. "DO NOT LET THEM WIN, EARTH MOTHER WATCHES!" He continued as his siege beast crushed a tank - the response was all of the tanks turned their fire on the giant siege beasts and brought them down with their combined fire. Even the beasts being unable to survive the onslaught of shells, for barely a minute and died - crushing their orcish allies underneath them.

"Just return them in one piece." The radioman playfully said as he grabbed his gun, going outside of his trench. "REINFORCEMENTS HAVE COME!" He shouted out with pride to his fellow countrymen.

The Russians erupted in cheers as they saw the support and firepower that their new friends had brought with them, along with the patriotic song that followed with them. "FOR THE MOTHERLAND!" One of them cheered out, as he waved his gun on top of the building. Soon, the defenders were worked into a frenzy as a large group charged into the demoralized greenies.

They were taking ground from the monsters no longer losing as several orc bands were decimated and destroyed in each passing time. The russian laugh as the orcs started retreating as they weren't able to keep and hold there positions.

The orcs while having numbered several times over against the humans - this time around, the reinforcing army was the size of fifteen million. Conscripts mostly, but one didn't need much training to shoot and fight against the inhuman beasts that were slaughtering their human kinsmen.

Against the Invaders, they outnumbered their foes now fifteen-to-one. The blunderbusses did some damage, but not many killed directly. As the injured were quickly evacuated away - with return fire being a million times more in reply to them.

Even the orcs, with their thick skin could not survive such an onslaught of iron and lead. Even with the ghouls charging forward, this had been prepared for - from information gathered from the survivors of the Italian Campaign. As Shock Troops soon moved in, as they hoisted up their flamethrowers and let loose.

A blaze of fire erupted from infront of the human army - from both men and some tanks, as the Invaders bastardry of their corpses was put down. The fire purging away the filth of the freaks supernatural forces that held the human corpse in its grasp.

"URAAAAAHHH!" they roared, the sheer mass pushing back the green tide. Even in the metro tunnels below, Shock Troops wielding AK47s, PPSh-41 submachine guns and flamethrowers were clearing out the place from ghouls.

Just as the Invaders were fleeing coordinates were given - as far behind the city the barrage of the Katyusha rockets started. The horrifying roar soon being felt by the Invaders - the fear that had once gripped a human opponent.

"YEAH! EAT THAT YOU GREEN PIGS!" yelled one Polish tank gunner, a teen of barely twenty age - watching as rockets streamed across the city and hit the rearguard and fleeing orcs - killing even more of them. The old Soviet artillery guns also being fired - like a thunder from the sky itself - as the impact killed hundreds with each shell fired.

"ATTACK! ATTACK!! ATTACK!!!" The warchief demanded from his soldiers as he charged at whomever he could see crushing trucks and anything that got in his way, he was relentless and fearless for he knew it was the end for him but, he didn't care for he had only one mission and that was to take this pillar city from the World Eaters. And, he intent to do so even under the price of death.

His courage drove what remaining orcs and harpies to give it their all - armed with the blunderbusses they charged into the nearby defensive lines where they were greeted with a hail of bullets. One by one they fell but, with one death they would bring along five or more with them before their dying breath.

The brutality of the assault routed what remained of the army - as rockets, flamethrowers, and tanks gave chase to the routing monsters. The massive army was gone as it collapsed and melted to tiny fragments of what it was. Easy pickings for the millions of men and women eager for revenge and justice for their family and land.

The defenders had held the line. They were given rest, they were out of ammo and exhausted but, found the time to greet the cavarly - the proud remnants of the Russian Army happily standing up to salute the new arrivals. "Thank you for your help, comrade," said an officer of some rank greeting his saviors. The hatch soon opened to reveal a rather grizzled veteran of almost eighty years.

"We were fighting for so long." He said, as more arrived - and he talked with the nearest and opposite officer. As tanks and trucks kept driving past his trenches "We were afraid for so long. Without you we would not be standing here with you. Mother Russia would not be standing still alive..."

The monsters were no more as civilians finally stood down from their posts - the realization soon hitting them. "MOSCOW IS OURS!" A soldier yelled out in delight - a victory they though was impossible in the past. Soon, others followed as cheers erupted from all sides of the city, the remainig vodka the men had were opened - men and women alike started drinking, a fitting celebration in this time of need.

Until, it blared out in a nearby radio. "To all survivors! I am a speaker of The United Alliance to Maintain Peace! Please hear me out......." The 'speaker' said "This war have shattered us! It broke us! We must unite and destroy these creatures!" The speaker continued. "If you hear us! Then please show us a sign...." The speaker ended the speech

"There's still hope for all of us." One civilian said with hope as the radio continued to repeat and repeat the message.

"Its good thing to know, that we aren't the only people still remaining out there," spoke one Major, who was of Romanian descent and was wearing something that likely a soldier in the Red Army wore - wielding an old Kalashnikov.

Soon enough, the rest of the Eastern European armies had arrived - namely trains, tons of them - carrying guns, ammo, food and fuel. While some other jets flew off into the distance - namely carrying gas and bombs to be used on the fallen cities. To deny even these filthy creatures the chance to utilize the resources of Mother Russia. The cities that could be reached, would have all their industrial capacity stripped and transported to the surrounding regions of Kiev and Minsk.

All in all - they had hundreds of thousands of soldiers to reinforce the Moscow Line - if the Invaders tried to return they would find enough equipment that could have bled the German Empire in World War One ten times over.

In addition, many of the T-34s were set up as stationary gun-positions - since many would have their fuel tanks run out by now and it wasn't feasible to have them returned. This was the front line now - and they'd hold this line with renewed strength.

As many of the surviving Russian Armed Forces would find out - the crews of the T-34s were mostly females. Some of their native homeland and others from the other Eastern countries. "So how does the saying go? Shall we bury our dead and celebrate this victory?" asked one Latvian Tank Commander, from her radio.

"I say we drink first then bury - let those freaks rot." One playfully replied from his mind, followed by what obviously sounded by him drinking his fill. The atmosphere was festive, something the weary bodies of the people of Russia desperately needed at this time of war.

Morale was high and so was their spirits, before they were prepared to die and give themselves to the cold embrace of the Motherland. But now here they were dancing, some were singing their hearts out and some were eating and drinking what rations or food remained or what food was brought in.

Like there was no war to begin with - they looked at the horizon. Happy that they got to live another day and with their homes still intact and standing. A little bit of radiation remained in the area but it was not gonna get in the way - but deep down they feared what was to come...a little bit less now.

This was not the end they knew that, the Motherland was still under threat. And the enemy was still out there, all of them knew this. But they also knew that mankind would endure and because of that they would keep drinking until they'd pass out.

Later that night...

In the remains of Moscow, lights and fires were burning into the night. People of all nationalities and culture were dancing and laughing alongside each other. Food and drinks were passed amongst each other - old wounds were forgotten at the face of their new enemy. In the ruins of Moscow there only were humans - brothers and sisters in arms. Sharing both bed, bread and blanket with each other.

Soon enough though, their radios, which had played old musics, started speaking a different tune:

"To the many people in vast area of Eastern Europe - from the battlefields of Russia to the sea of Bulgaria, victory has been won. On this day, millions of brave men and women of our lands charged against the Invader Horde and sent them running back into the plains of Siberia."

"Today old beliefs were shattered and old wounds would be forgotten. Our people have survived, our states have survived. But sadly this is happening throughout the world. This is war against the entire human race. Today, in Moscow - we showed what we can do united together under one banner, one voice."

"Though our history has been one of strife and conflict - today, I can say I would rather die next to my people of human blood - to that of these green freaks, their traitorous humanoids and flying rejects of nature. Today, we cast aside old prejudices and come together as one nation."

"From the representatives of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and Russia - we have come together to form the Eastern European Coalition. Today, we are one people - together against those whom would wish to destroy our way of life. May God be with you."

Sparta base 20:00 Spartan RRF task force broadsword
In the wake the invasion and subsequent collapse of the military on the west coast the people have essentially been left to fend for themselves. In an attempt many groups of people have banded together in refugee camps. While the majority have their own militia many depend on the Spartans for extra support and training. Since it's reactivation Fort Baker has been the site of a number of assaults from the Invaders. While the militia has held their own, the last attack had required assistance from one the rapid reaction forces of the Spartans.
Under the command of the captain Wilson Hollens the force has been ordered to defend the camp.

Fort baker command center 20:01
The small makeshift command center was a loud cacophony of yells, radio chatter and gun fire as reports of Invaders came from the lookouts and the first line of defenders. Like always it was a raid, either to instill fear or to kill as many humans as they could. With the support from the Spartans Vanessa Smith and Jeremy Vasquez, the two on duty "officers" have learned how to be real leaders. Before the invasion the two were college students. During the invasion the two showed a remarkable skill as leaders. By the time of their joining the fort baker miltia the two both leading small platoon sized refugee groups. The two currently found themselves on the front lines as the greenies rushed their position. Even though they carried melee weapons the greenies were doing some damage at range. On occasion they would throw their weapons at the militia, the victims of the weapons were lucky if they weren't killed out right.

The Shadow striders

What happened till now...

They were known as Shaou Strimider in their beast tongue but to the soft kin they were called shadow striders. To those that were superstitious they were also known as werewolves. They were a proud clan of wolf kin they were strong and resilience and few could match them in power. The day when everything changed seemed normal at first, hunters were hunting, shamans were tending to the trees, alchemists were brewing new potions. However on that day everything changed as the first bolt of lightning struck. The Alpha known as Aragonaus had been making decisions on what to do about their territory and when to get ready to stock up for winter but when he saw the lightning he knew it couldn't be normal.

Aragonaus ordered all the shamans to create the sacred tree barrier and in the meantime he took a deep breath and howled loudly knowing that no matter how far the hunters and scouts were they would hear him and understand that it was an order to come back immediately. He ordered all the women, children, and elderly to hunker down in the center of the village as the shamans quickly went to work with the tree barrier. They were able to make it just in time before all hell broke loose. The lightning struck the trees that weaved above them like a tapestry to protect them but no damage was done and if their was any damage the shamans were quicker to fix it before it could harm them.

This was a trying time for they had no idea what had happened as they were stuck for 8 months with the changes to their world. The earth quaked and the skies were angry and they all knew that this wasn't normal. That only became more evident when a tunnel was found by a lone scout. It seemed to be made of crystals and no lightning was striking it, like it was left unharmed on purpose. ARagonaus had a choice to make to either stay or go take their chances. He talked it over with the betas and the wise elders but of course the final decision was his alone. In the end he decided that it was best to keep his clan safe. He ordered the shamans to create a path to the tunnel and once they did he led the way making sure all the hunters and strong males were guarding the sides and rear of their migration. He kept leading the way even as they went inside.

They didn't know what they would find but they soon found a refugee camp, he knew it couldn't be an army set to attack them because he could smell it in the air. Their were no hostile intentions and he ordered his brothers not to attack. Instead he told them to set up somewhere safe and to keep their distance until they learned more about what was going on.

Victory built in death

A huge warband under the leadership of Penun the massive, have gathered right outside the port city of Vung Tau and with them was a huge crowd of humans just in front of them particularly the former civilians of the USEA. “Soldiers of the Earth mother, the world eaters have cowered in their walls.” The warchief proudly yells out on top of this siege beast, a giant armored troll that seems to have a giant crude cannon.

“Like the disgraceful beings that they are, they fight only when cornered.”He continues as he drew his halberg pointing at the wall that divided them.

“We will teach them Honor, Courage, and strength.” He yells out with pride as his men cheers out with all their might, standing ready waiting for the order to attack.

“BAAANNNGGG"

The loud noise came from the huge wall, a few miles away from where the Invaders were standing. It was deafening, like the sound of thunder during heavy rain. But nothing happened as no figure had fallen down. 2.5 km away, a Phase 1 soldiers begins to reload his Anzio Vulcan 20 MM gun. Beside him, another “Bang” was heard, signaling that the bullets had already been fired. But, nothing was happening to the Greens, not at until the next 6 to 8 seconds. As behind these Phase 1 soldiers were row and rows of artilleries that were beginning to load up their shells, ready to unleash man’s wrath upon these Invaders. And farther back, was the Third Battalion of Armored Vehicle. These strong men and women were the extremist of the army, who spent most of their time in preparing to kill those Invaders. They were tasked with delivering one of the most devastating equipments the USEA government had created, the Phase 2 Super Soldiers. There were only 500 of these Phase 2 Soldiers, an insignificant amount of power in the normal day. But, these soldiers aren’t normal human beings, like they used to be eight months ago. These brave men and women had become something more of a superhero. What Batman can do, these soldiers can do better. And they are being produced daily, all carried with a burning hatred toward these Invaders. And they are being carried out to test out their abilities in facing the Green Skins.

On the walls, the Phase 1 soldiers had begun to reload their fourth or fifth shot, causing the Green Skins to fall 2.5 km away. With each shot firing from these magic rods, at least one Green Skins is falling down. But it is just the beginning of what was to come as the human’s shall show these savages what it meant to be facing a superior race and it is going to be a bloody battle today.

“COME MY KIN, THERE IS SLAUGHTERING TO DO!” The orc warchief commanded signalling the start of a massive charge, as waves upon waves of orc soldiers rush as their brothers on the front fall from the weaponry of the humans, all of them looked eager for the suffering they were about to give.

Upon reaching a sufficient range the siege trolls equipped with the crude cannons started firing notably 1 kilometer from the enemy's line, and with each blast the orcs morale seems to strengthen their resolve, leading them to charge with careless glee. As the massive shells explodes before impact on the air releasing a shower of lead and steel. Giving off the appearance of a fireworks of death making the horde cheers out with each explosion.

This army was more advance and cunning than the other ones but, it was lacking its usual air support and seems to be mostly composed of orcs as only a few ghouls were seems to be presence. Something was amiss with this army, like the orcs was planning something.

In the center of the second Industrial Zone, 40km away from the South Wall, the 1st Armor Battalion begun to roll out, heading towards the battlefield. Their mission was clear, to protect the place by all cost. But they were not alone, accompanying them we’re 50 thousands Phase 1 soldiers. Before joining the battle, everyone yelled how they would kill the Invaders. Their words were filled with courage, adamant about what they will do when they saw the Invaders. But now, no one spoke a word. The civilians had known the usual procedure, hiding inside their houses. The windows are covered by curtains, trying to hide its owner and giving him or her some sense of protection. That they will still be alive even if the monsters attack them. And the city as a whole is nothing more like an abandoned place. Yet the government eyes are everywhere, collecting and sending information to the nearby military encampment. The city is now on a total lockdown, with the only living things are the heavy tanks that were creating crack on the black concrete road.

Meanwhile on the wall.

The soldiers began to suffer some casualties from the Invaders' cannon. But those cannons could not continued for long as they were quickly targeted and destroyed by the USEA artillery. The Phase 1 Soldiers began to run down from the wall to face the invaders straight up. These soldiers had switched from their sniper rifle to their machine guns. Yet, there are still those who prefer to stand from the wall. Picking the enemies archers one by one, using their sniper rifles. Above them, the clear sky beginning to fill with dark smoke as the anti-air artillery and the AA guns began to shoot everything above the skies. There was only chaos as both side collide with each other. But, it seems that the human are currently winning.

As the trolls advanced one by one narrowly dodging the shells from the enemy artillery, several long convoys, which its contents were concealed with large blankets of cloth, was being pushed to the front lines by what seems to be raptors that you would normally see in Jurassic Park.

While a large leviathan appeared from the sea heading into the humans fortified seafront. An surprise attack that came out of the open, as it displaced a lot of sea water to the surround humans fortification. Though there wasn’t any naga in sight that was escorting the beast suggesting that this creature was now the property of the naga.

The orc chieftain laugh with the appearance of his surprise, as his mount continues to laid down cannon fire aiding his men. “FOR EARTH MOTHER!” He yells out bolstering the confidence and morale of his men making them faster and more determine to win.

Another Orcs falls to the ground as the soldier with the name tag DX-22534, reloads her rifle. After a while she started to feel the pain coming from her right shoulder likely due to the constant shooting. Behind, the commander began to request for the artillery attack at the Leviathan that just came out from the sea. Its breath was toxic, but not toxic enough for the Phase 1 soldiers like her to lose their ability to fight. The only thing that purple gas may cause is to decrease the visibility for the USEA soldiers, something that is quite important to the Old World soldiers. But not for these Phase 1 Soldiers as their senses had been highly improved. Suddenly, a huge explosion exploded next to DX-22534, consuming one of her comrade in flame. He will live, she thinks while shifting her scope toward to the nearby Invaders' cannons and shoot. The Anzio Vulcan 20mm quickly does its purpose, creating a 5 cm hole on the canon. But, the momentum of the bullet doesn't stop there as the bullet even lacerating another orc’s body that stood in its way. Beside her, her comrade had also began their high precision killing toward the Velociraptors that were pulling the heavy payload after them. Whatever is in there, the USEA does not want to find out when it still in the enemy hands. So DX pulled the trigger, along with 20 other Phase 1 Soldiers at the nearest convoy.

Behind DX, the commander is very please to hear that at least 50 anti-tank artilleries will join the battle in 5 minutes. Besides from that, the Third and First Battalion will also joined with the Phase 2 and Phase 1 soldiers as aid. In the skies, although the USEA does not provide air support this time, the Invaders struggle to pass the iron curtain created by the anti-air artilleries and heavy machine guns. Although the USEA began to receive some casualties, but, such things are nothing when compared to the number of Invaders they had killed today. But still, the commander still required for the snipers to focus on those canons, the convoys, and especially the Orc Warchief that stand over there. The Warchief seems to have so many meat shields and some forms of invisible shields that constantly deflect the bullets that are coming to him. But the thing will die no matter what, as nothing will survive the constant hailstorm of artilleries.

The human’s weaponries were still too advanced then, the warchief thought to himself as the orcs were losing too many contrast to how much they have killed, the leviathan opened its mouth pouring out a large wave of orcs and ghouls. The leviathan damaged from the constant barrage of gunfire and artillery fire, retreated back to the seas of where it came, letting out a deafening cry before he descends leaving behind an large number of orcs and ghouls behind.

The life of the warchief comes under threat as a artillery shell find its mark right in front of his mighty troll, launching him a few feet back as his beast finally falls. The impact of the blast left him half burned, as what was visibly dark green skin was now a smoldering shadow of scorched skin.

The nearby orcs found that their warchief have survived, rejoicing as they picked him up and rushed to get him back to safety cutting the orcs from leadership from the battle, the lost of his active role was a massive blow to the morale of the army as the lack of true leadership was gone leading to widespread chaos onto the orc army.

One of the wagons have made it to their destinations landing barely intact to the walls, spewing out its content, numerous dynamite sticks into the air. The orcs pulled out their pickaxes slamming it into the walls, punching a hole large enough for the dynamite to fit, lighting it up after, and taking out a large portion of the wall in one go.

The explosions certainly had created a huge hole through the wall, and such thing made the General to frowned. But he knew that the battle must carry on no matter what, that it would be the end of the USEA if the soldiers begin to waver. The thought of men and women being slain again angered him. He too was there, when the Invaders attacked Ha Noi Men and saw his country men, women and children being brutally murdered by these savages. He prayed that it will not happened to him. He was there, on the port while waiting for his son and wife. In the end they never came back. So using all his strings, he flew a small planes and saw the horror of these beasts. The corpses of babies, mothers, and children were flowing with the water. Rising up and down as the wave moves them. Their faces was holy white, but painted with frightening. He could sense the fear they feared and he shall not let it happen again. The General begins to shout from the top of his lungs to his soldier. His voice may not be heard clearly. But he must let the soldiers knew, what he was thinking.

“Onward brethrens. Don't let these brutes overcome us.” His voices was quickly shut down as the orchestra of artilleries began to sing its brutal songs. Yet he still continue to shout.
“Remember the horror of Hell Uproar.” He shout as the soldiers continued to push the orcs and others back. “Remember your vow.” the sound of artillery guns drilled the ground beneath them echoing to the dark sky above. “Vengeance" the anti-artillery along with the armory battalions begin to join the battle field. The heavy tracks crush everything in front of them as the turrets are open to fire. The sound of men and beasts, lost in the midst of anger and hatred were painted with blood on both sides. But today, it seems that the humans shall win as they had defeated a large amount of Invaders. Fears shall be inflicted on them, the General thinks while ordering the snipers to focus to take out all of those wagons. Explosions from the Mages of the Invaders were quickly suppressed and destroyed by the combined efforts of the tanks, the soldiers, and their artilleries. The moans and screams of the Invaders is what the General seek. But he did not planned to stop here. Filled with hatred and a thirst for conquest and vengeance, the General along with others planned to exterminate every Invaders. And they won't stop now.

The invaders were losing ground, as the artilleries, armor, and soldiers, fight them with all they have and at the same time the lost of their command structure caused the orcs to fall into chaos.

“FOR EARTH MOTHER!!” He yells out in delight surrendering himself to what was to come as he charges in front of a firing machinegun, shedding his body, shielding his comrades from the bullets. Taking advantage of this the other orcs charge into the fray firing their guns at the gunner, killing him allowing the orcs to advance forward leaving a gap in their defences.

The remaining trolls charged forward into the walls, with their canons. Once besides it they aimed their weapons at the walls firing point blank shots right into it punching a hole, shattering concrete and iron in one blow. The hole was large enough for the trolls allowing them to enter through.

The orcs with the pickaxes, focuses their glare at the top of the walls as they climb their way to the top like a mountaineer in order to take out those that were giving their allies a hard time. While some of the other orcs hijacked the raptors from the wagons as they hastily try to form their own cavalry in order to hit the enemy’s artillery.

The orcs on the beaches were struggling as machinegun fire and artillery fire suppresses their advance, making them unable to join up with the main army, leaving them at the mercy of the humans. But, if they were linked with the other orcs they could provide much needed respite and could restore the orc’s leadership and morale problems.

Another holes had been created on the walls, and such things only makes the General to frowned about the fact that due to the spreading of manpower and danger in all sides, the USEA was forced to spread its forces thin. If the armory battalion had joined since the beginning, the enemy would have been destroyed in the very first engagement.

The bullets fired to the trolls cause minimum damage because of its sheer size. What could have easily pierced 2 orcs could only make about 2-3 cm deep into its thick skin. But even that was nothing compared against the AP shells from the USEA tanks. Their size and muscles thickness were nothing when the rounds easily teared through it. The anti tanks also did their jobs, destroying enemies from miles away. What should be used to create holes in metal is now being used like a knife cutting through butter. The trolls tried to hide in the nearby houses and alleys, crushing video surveillances or everything in its path. It’s thick skin caused damage to the houses, wreaking havoc in small alleys. But the trolls were fools, as hiding in the small and crampy spaces as such thing as the Phase 2 soldiers kite the monsters until it can walk no more.

Standing on the South Wall, the general massages both sides of his head and released a long sigh. He had tried so hard, and failed spectacular. As the blood of the people runs on his hand, blaming him for their death. Although the USEA are winning despite their number disadvantage, the general could see the tired in his soldiers’ eyes. What was fueled by rage is nowhere to be seen, and leaving behind men and women without any motivations. They had no urge to kill as the urge to lay on the ground and sleep was now higher. The battle cries are no longer to be heard, only the constant sound of artillery and tanks in front and behind him can be heard. The general is also tired, but he can't stop now. Not when the battle was so close to an end. With his power, the general ordered the tanks to split up into two, one will hunt the trolls and the others will joined the main battlefield. The newly arrived phase 1 soldiers will hunt down those orcs that were climbing the wall, such thing would not be that hard as they were climbing and they do not have the ability to dodge the bullets while doing so. And then, he fire a red flares, signaling all troops to push. They will risked their life in doing so, even if they have to spend all their available bullets and flamethrower fuel in doing so. The blood of the enemies flies above the skies. Bodies falls down, stacked on each others. Surrender calls were unanswered, except for some. Until the flames engulfed them all.

As the orcs fails to reconnect with its reinforcements leading to widespread chaos and lost of hope for the entire army, as the army was cut down into several groups of independent factions who in turn caused the downfall of the army as a whole.

The trolls were cut off from the army dieing alone under the hailstorm of bullets and carnage decorating the streets of the city with their blood, body parts, and innards. As the tanks effortlessly blow them up to pieces. The Orcs on the beach with nowhere to run were completely surrounded. Charged into the enemy's fortification, surrendering themselves to the bullets, flames, and might.

The beach was the bloodiest part of the battle as the orcs were able to meet the defenders in combat. severing limbs, heads, and bodies. After some time the orcs were beating the soldiers that they can get their hands to death, caving their heads in or pulling out their limbs before succumbing to the rain of bullets that their allies were still able to lay out.

After the battle has ended bodies from both armies lay baking in the sun while the others were swallowed by the sea, in the end the orcs were decimated and ended up being routed by the modern humans. Their mighty army now decorates the streets and houses of the city but, the cost for the victory was a costly one as the bodies of humans litter around defenses and the civilians were unfortunately dragged into the chaos.

Within the cavern kingdom Arcaea, a place full of wondrous grass lands, Buildings of stone and metal, Waterfalls, and creatures alike. Lived in the very peaceful and secretive island cavern known as Floating Isle's. The name however comes from the surface as supposed to the underground ancient city. The streets and fields would only be half crowded at times with the small amount of people living in the vast kingdom.

Deamon's stood with feet and legs crooked on the knees like some alien. Showing bone covered in black string. The top showing more Human features however although some had horns. Rucier's or Kain's are more human with females having fox like ears and tails whilst males have pointed ears and cat like tails. And Lastly, The Exhiles. some hid their heritage through the works of tattoo but others showed them with a sense of pride or belonging. some had wings some had dragon like legs. The creatures play a part aswell in this cavern of serenity, The Ceberus protected and remained faithful as three headed dogs. The serphentines although few, had kept the place hidden with its magic. The imps, although small. Acted as messengers or portal bearers and lastly the Bagons. peaceful as can be, the bearers of the food and herbs.

The time in the Cavern was Peaceful. till the Calamity happened. The earth shook, springing the serphentines into action as they kept the place from tumbling down. The people have felt such things before but were uneasy about its frequency, its continious shaking despite how many that had come before and how long each of them. In that time, the gate rised within the calamity and chaos. The Queen Iana had been told by the Serphentines, those of large snake like bodies with the head of a fox. That the gate would be the key to refuge, and by their guidance, Iana had ordered her men to guide those inside. Of course, she was told of the risks in going in aswell, being found was one of them. Despite the downsides, none screamed at her to keep them in a failing cavern and none seemed better than the gate. Everyone and everything moved into the gate as quick as they could, with Iana. She stood at the back to make sure everything was in order, no one would end up being left behind thanks to her and those in command.

Upon Arriving at the Gate, the people had lived on the foods brought in and out from their kingdom. Food and water from the Bagons. But with the problem of being found out, Iana had been deep in thought of how to deal with the dilemma thrust upon them. Her Tacticians, The Twins. Had helped with the thought process.

"Miss Iana, This plan may not be best..." The male twin Grimm said with a tone much like a child hitting puberty of sorts but, expressed worry in his tone and expression.

"But it is either that or live here. We must try our best." The sister said, clearly showing more dominance. But even with that kind of tone. It was clear she was worried with the look in her eyes.

"We are not supposed to even exist. This should open an oppurtunity to us, and although we seem comfortable. We must have alternatives." Iana spoke before the brother Grimm could utter a word bacl to his sister. She only looked at the two with arms crossed when she finished, not wishing for this to turn into a long argument. As for her reasons. They were for the sake of her people. She and the Serphentines had thought of the gate as unstable, something that could fall apart faster than they hoped it would. As supposed to whats on the other side, which felt chaotic at the moment of the gates arrival but, at the very least. Had longer life. A large 6'4ft creature steps in, with a bone like sound being played every step. Horns swirled in the length of 10 inches and bone like arms and hands covered in black smokey linen. His body was human like though, wearing a sleeveless polo and a cloak like garb to cover abit of his arms and legs.

"Miss Iana, The preparations are set." The Large Creature Known As Cainhurst Matt spoke in a deep and echoing tone in his voice most common in his kind. Iana nods to this, despite the twins showing some form of resentment to this plan. Nonetheless. Iana had left the tent with the three saying their farewells and wishes.

Iana waved everyone off on her way out, those who were just minding their business, had said farewell to her. Upon reaching one of the gates, there was a Bagon, a creature with a small squishy body like an rpg slime yet colored like white sand. Dotted eyes and a "U" like mouth. Their arms were small along with their legs with this particular one. Had a rose flower without its stem stuck to its head. next was a small Serphentine, its size cut down to wrap around Iana's arm and hide itself with its Scarlet fur changing color to hide itself. Then last was an exhile missing an arm with a Deamon.

"Hello Lady Iana, shall we open the door?" The deamon spoke with formality. The Queen nodding her head, with creatures at hand. She braced herself for what awaited on the other side of the door.

GERMANIC RESILIENCE

It has been eight months since the gate incident and the massacre of Berlin. The war has escalated globally, the Germanic Republic have kicked up their gears to a war footing; still grateful for the time bought by the AESR. The war on the borders of the Republic have turned into a scene straight out of the First World War; miles upon miles of trenches out stretched towards each end of the republic, artillery pits and mortar crews everywhere, sounds of machine gun fire and flak littering the sky. In eight months the Republic galvanized its resistance and reconnected itself, centralizing efforts against the green tide. They depended on shortwave radios and wired communications which were at often times unreliable.

The fighting was intense as large tides of green orcs were accompanied by tiny goblins and stalwart dwarves, and behind them large monstrous beasts that shook the ground beneath them. The fiends had the upper hand for a short time, until they got in range of heavier artillery; the army of the republic is famous for its use of mobile and heavy artillery, often quite precise even with rudimentary equipment; with that their armies were shattered, as shell after shell and missile after missile of shrapnel, fire, and explosives big enough to create a crater 15 feet deep and 20 feet in diameter crash down upon them. The Germanic army retreated with this in mind in order to stagnate the Orc offensive. The tactic lost effectiveness after a month, but within that month the Germanic Army reconnected with the militias and resistance fighters of Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Finland, and Switzerland; they have managed to retake their entire territory in the process. France is partially being taken, with plans to isolate the source of France's population of invaders in Paris.

As the war progresses and becomes ever more brutal, the Germanic territories untouched by war were then converted to industry and agriculture. Scientists from the future soldier project brought forth research obtained from one of the countries that joint created the project. Cloning could help stem the losses and help the Germanic Republic keep up with its new ruthless enemy. The atrocities witnessed during the rescue of the pope made it clear that the enemy was willing to do everything to win, therefore the Germanic Republic opted to use chemical weapons, mines, and fire as part of the battle doctrines, bringing a new shade of horror for future conflicts. Engineers are also beefing up guns, artillery, and vehicles to be able to fight the threat head on. With each new enemy, doctors receive new specimens to dissect and learn from making weaknesses painfully apparent. The trenches in the coming conflict will become hell on earth.

The governing body of the republic is currently in Frankfurt, consisting of the surviving members of the staff. The defense minister and new prime minister Heinrich Erikson, General Brandon Dross, Field Marshal Johan Erwin, and the republic senate members. Recently they reviewed a broadcast from an unknown source which gave the world hope;

The entire Germanic Republic heard that voice and that night they rejoiced, the degrading morale suddenly sky rocketed, soldiers stopped thinking that everyone else was dead, they stopped having grim thoughts, they all said in one voice, "If there are people out there fighting like we are, then we will give the enemy no quarter, we will give the enemy hell."

The General staff thought of their promise with the AESR, that they will all die before letting letting the enemy through. He wondered how the eastern front was going, unbeknownst to him, they had reached their objective before the Republic would even be in a position to attack Paris. The differing tactics and strategies led to a different pace; though they could not complain, their method may have been slow, but it was efficient at wearing down the enemy and the troops knew it, they enjoyed watching the artillery blow them to pieces, they enjoyed watching their enemies choke to death, they enjoyed burning them out of their hideouts and crushing them with their superior armored columns. The war in the west was slow, but it was effective. The enemy seemed numberless, but that only meant that a numberless amount of survivors would tell the horrors of what awaited them.

In the upcoming months - numerous skirmishes would be fought between the Invaders and the new Eastern European Coalition. It was evident from the start - that while old rivalries still existed, the new formed super-state was more than able to overcome its issues. Needless to say, they were doing fine - by utilizing old-Soviet era training manuals and ideals on command and coordination - enabling them wield a huge army in a rather short time. Which was why, they were easily able to shell a village not far from Moscow - with hundreds of artillery. In order to root out any remaining Invader blight.

The defeat that the orcs suffered pushed back and destroyed most support the orcs had in what they call the white plains. This defeat spread chaos to most of the orchish leadership to the point where they hastened the research and development of weaponry that can match with the humans - an idea previously unpopular. This resulted in fewer and smaller armies coming out the gate and the switching from offensive to defensive as the orcs have started to dig in and fortified captured cities and fortifications.

Sadly - they were fighting against people, whom had CENTURIES of experience, pulling their enemies out of fortified positions. As the EEC made heavy use of gas and sharpnel loaded shells - one that made the Invaders cough and bleed out their organs. While the other shells exploded above them, spewing tons of tiny metal fragments into their lines. Needless to say - it was a very loud statement - nowhere on the World Eater' homeworld was safe. In one such village - a shell soon exploded overhead. Killing many in the vicinity - while one elven woman, was also knocked down from the initial shockwave. But as she would regain consciousness - she'd feel the sharp pain, the shrapnel had fallen high. Namely, she could feel blood dripping down her face - namely from her mangled ears.

The dwarven cannons and artillery were no match - as the modern humans artillery defeated it in range and power quickly shattering the pride and the morale of the once proud race. Soon, it was chaos as the dwarves were trying to draw out defensive lines all around what they had left. One of the fortified villages was soon destroyed after a shell was able to land on top of it, killing most of the garrison leaving behind bodies, wounded warriors and one of their priced elves behind.

The elf' right ear was shot to prices causing her to fall to her knees as the pain was too much soon, she collapses as she couldn't take it anymore as the pain and blood continued on. As it was her other left ear had the tipped sawed off by a nearby explosion was well. Leaving her currently hurting badly and difficulty with her hearing likely.

Although one didn't need much to hear the telltale sign of human weapons. Shrieks that reached miles away - as their iron weapons soon fired at anybody left standing. Ripping apart anything that stood in their way - even the fabled dwarven armor was ripped through like simple paper. Then some of them came to her, wearing those strange masks with cylinders attached to them.

Sawing her they soon started speaking in their language. Whatever they said, more came - all focused on her. Then something strange happened, instead of firing at her or inflicting pain upon her that they had done for many times. They started helping at her. As humans with bags came, and soon they started mending her wounds. A roll of sterile bandages being wrapped around her head, covering her bleeding ears.

The elf was shocked as she had assumed that she would see her last but, instead received kindness as the humans treat her wounds. Still too weak to react, she just lies there as she gets treated by her enemies. Still the guns of the humans never cease as what was once her brothers in arms got mowed down but, there she was weak and couldn't do anything. Although she was getting treatment rather than what her allies were receiving.

Soon, questions began to pop out of her head like "Why was she being spared and why were they killing the others?" She though in her weaken state and as time flies by more questions were generated until she finally blacks out.

The elven would later awoken to the sound of bumping and mechanical machinery. Namely waking up in the car of a train. Her head had been bandaged up and for some reason - the pain before had been reduced to a dull ache.

In addition she wasn't alone, sadly though it was with other humans. Namely women, children and some old folks as well - all 'people' of the World Eaters and they looked as bad as her.

Carrying the wounds and injuries that was common for orc axes, dwarven guns or elven arrows. A young woman was going to and from the people - namely checking their wounds. She even stopped at the elf, turning her head around and checking the wounds then moving on.

It seems rather than being treated, she had been mistaken for a young human woman. As evident, by also the blanket that had been covering her form. With the dirt and grime - and her ears hidden, she'd look barely a teenager.

At first the elf was scared as she imagine what the humans would do it they found out that she was not their own but, rather the enemy. Soon, though of torture and being executed infront of their own kind traveled throughout her thoughs so she tries to stand up and tries to find the exit.

But, to no avail as soon as she tries to stand up motion sickness kicks in as it being her first time being in a train forces her to sit down as nausea kicks in. Soon, she becomes pale and quite visible until she wraps herself with the cloth.

As time goes by she starts thinking of the numerous ways that she was going to undergo before she was ultimately killed and was only worsen due to the motion sickness.

It seemed her rather pale image drew the attention of others - whom also called back the nurse. It wasn't much to fight against, as the medical professional checked her pulse and touched her forehead. Despite what she had seen and witnessed, it appeared that there still existed some sense of mercy among these humans.

As she was given some water to drink, then helped up and walked into another car. The elven could see - as they moved to another car, that they were onboard some mechanical transportation.

This other car looked more, furnished as she was sat behind a table and soon enough had some food brought to her. Namely some tomato soup and bread.

Still nausea was still kicking in and that didn't help with her paranoia as she though the food had poison in it. She didn't toouch it or eat because of this thinking. "Just end it."

She said in her native language quickly noticing her mistake she quickly follows up with "What is this?" She said in what she heard the humans were taking in failing in pronoucing it but, was able to communicate some of what she wanted to say.

The nurse didn't seem to look troubled, when she had spoken in her native tongue. As she assumed, that the not-elven had likely been from some remote part of Siberia. The places had once housed hundreds of various people - some of which spoke a completely different language at that.

"Tomato soup," she replied - although, not sure if the woman understood her. The nurse soon picked up a spoonful of the stuff and tasted it, wondering if it had been too hot. "It's fine see...a bit on the cold side though. Eat up...I'll be back later."

Although, how much the elven understood of that was a different thing - atleast the nurse had taken a sip of it, proving it wasn't poisoned. As it was, the elven would also notice other people eating here as well - as haggard looking as her, but with a sense of hope in their eyes.

As the nurse calmly and kindly asked she taken a few more sips of the soup but, didn't know it was soup, for what she understood from the nurse was the word soup. The soup taste good causing her to take some more to fill up her stomach.

Though she was still nausea, she felt better after consuming the meal. Now able to think more clearly, she takes a look at her surroundings as she plans a way out as she was still too afraid at the though of what the world eater would do to her after finding out what she really was.

Still, she was still shocked and confuse that the world eaters took really good care towards their wounded and sick as the orcs would just hack away or leave those that were too sick on their own.

Unluckily for her - there wasn't many ways to get off the train. As it seemed to be moving at a very fast pace - faster than anything a dwarven engineer could think to invent or make. It seemed to be moved by some strange locomotion. There wasn't any taste or smell of magic in the air - so it might be an interesting throught to figure out - how such a mechanical thing moved.

She sigh at defeat at her situation, cause it looked like escape was impossible so she waited and tried to be as discreet as possible taking a few sips from her tomato soup as she waits for the perfect time to escape.
though she did take interest with how the train worked and function but, since she was already in a tight spot she couldn't afford to get more attention.

Sadly her escape might be put on the back-hold. Since soon enough, all of the people were gathered together - so nobody would get lost, since the train had to return to Moscow as soon as it deposited its cargo in Warsaw. As soon as the train stopped, they were quickly shuffled outside.

Straight into a city, that she had likely never experienced - well, atleast alive and functioning. Buildings and structures, that reached ten times above her - some even reaching into the very sky itself. That was honeycombed by armed humans. Namely dozens of them everywhere - on every rooftop, window. Even the train station they had arrived to, had guards there - armed with iron weapons.

Although, while that was the scary part for her - to the rest, it was calming. Since namely there were dozens of aid workers there - with all sorts of various articles of clothing, food and papers. Soon enough the gathered mass of people and her - were directed forward.

Seeing the city for the first time filled her with all sorts of emotions but, namely with dread and wonder as she starts to panic internally as their was no way that so she could be escape alive and with her still barely intact left ear their was little to no way that she could sneak her way out.

So she took a huge the group of humans she was with following them and acting as humanly as possible, soon, she arrives to the aid worker and like the rest picked out what clothing she would get and then picked up her food following the line safely being undiscovered for now.

She was also handed some paper and piece of metal to write with. Namely it was a form to fill out - her name, birthdate, skillset and so on. Luckily for her another human, sat next to her - his hand soon tapping the upper portion of the tiny metal piece - which had a smaller point come out, which he used to start writing in ink onto the paper.

She followed the human with what she was doing and failing to some degree to the point where it was benificial to her, as it was different to the point where they had both different names, dates, and age and was barely right for most of it.

This was strange as this was so different from what she had gotten used to back at ber homeworld as this method of writing was so different and surprisingly more easilier than what she was used to.

Though it seems like the World-Eaters weren't just all about killing and massacres like she was forced to believe in by the various orc shamans wanted.

When it would be returned, the aid worker looked rather confused, since some words and letters didn't mix and match what she was ordered to get. That prompted her to call, another human - namely somebody more finely dressed. With her handed another paper, and sat down with the human.

It became an hour long process - of trying to make her understand some of the words and letters, that she was supposed to understand or write. A thing, that her heritage could come in handy with - as it'd allow her to learn some pieces of the human language. Although, there wasn't much ways her talent of 'hunting' could fit into the modern world - so she was categorized as simply, 'non-specialized work'.

After the whole ordeal was done, the elf was confuse not because she was in a different world full of different things but, the fact that the humans we're so trusting of the elves as it seems like she was allowed to live in their world despite being once enemies.

And it even seem like she was also given a job just for staying in line and filling up a piece of parchment though she did do some back in her homework this was the first time she received a job this fast. Though she didn't know what it was exactly.

For her effort, she was also handed something special. Namely a book - namely for her to help learn about the language of the nation she was in. Afterwards, her items were packed up and placed into a backpack and then handed to her - a rather very comfortable and easy way for her to transport her belongings.

Afterwards, she was placed into an open-bed truck with several other people and driven off. Namely to a subsidized piece of housing, that the Eastern European Coalition had established to help house the millions of refugees from Russia. Her group it seemed, was also combined of people from various ethnic parts of this land called 'Russia'.

It was kind of funny, from being an injured enemy - to now suddenly, being inside of a home. The place they had gotten, was sparse - by modern standards. By the elven' standards it looked like the home of a merchant. What more, with a simply flick of an object, that was attached into a wall - the room was made brighter.

The elf lighten up at the bulb and the various things in the room from the simple drawers to the large mirror attached to the wall. Then she saw it her once prideful elven ears was long gone.

"So thats why they were so nice." She said with sadness as she tries touching her deformed ears. As tears form up as being cut off from magic and her ears would she be still an elf? Soon, she attracts the others attention as she starts crying.

They didn't understand her reason, for being saddened or rather assumed. While it was not much to offer - to somebody they likely didn't understand. One of the human women came over, an older women - who had seen enough pain and misery in her lifetime.

As she did with many of her own children, she pulled the distraught teen into a warm hug. Trying to soothe her pain, with words she likely didn't understand. While the reason was fake, the attempt was all honest and decent.

She continued to cry until she couldn't still in embrace with the old lady. After she calms down, she thanks the woman for her effort. She retreats to her bed as she examines her belongings, pulling out some of her gear and she tries to prepare for what was to come on this new life of hers. She embraces the gear tightly as she falls finally falls asleep.

In the next morning, she was awoken to the smell of food and another human gently waking her up - mentioning work. It was something she had been given by the 'agent' back at the train station. Despite the orcs war against these humans - they still seemed to be living in luxury. As the food she was provided, some canned beans, sliced cucumbers and some oatmeal - was likely something she never had tasted.

As she tasted the food, she looked like a child that just tasted the food and fell in love with it for the first time. She started eating more and loved every bit of it, soon she was able to finish all of it looking stuffed and ready to meet what today was ready to offer.

Despite her sudden arrival, and arrival of many thousands - the city itself was still a beauty to see. Compared to orc strongholds there was also a sense of security and law. Namely as people walked along and didn't mind their fellow people. As it was evident, as numerous merchant shops lacked the basic necessity of having guards or security around. Keeping their items of sale, right behind a glass window.

For the moment though, she'd have to enjoy the sights later - as even with her wounds, and that of the others. They were all gathered up like before and showed to a factory - here, Silvia could see, how truly powerful Humanity was. Now she could truly believe the dwarven proverb: technology was the way of the future.

These humans, they took technology and logic to its maximum peak - as she could see all sorts of machinery at work.

As a twisted turn of fate Silvia didn't know if fate was kind enough to save her or if this was one of its twisted games.

These humans were not like the arrogant humans that she had came know throughout her numerous journey, these humans truly deserved the title world eater as she saw for first time how mass production was able to beat the dwarf' mastery of the craft.

These humans can easily equip their armies in a night, and they can feed their people with luxury and above all they have time with themselves.

She was glad at the same time sadden to this realization, as she was safe as long as she stays on this side but, she can't help but, worry for her friends and allies on the other side.

That was mostly outside the factory. Inside Silvia saw how truly technological the humans were - without any hint of magic, they toiled and worked. Inside she could see, how the armored chariots truly were. Simple pieces of steel, folded and made - heated and added. She saw how, mechanical contraptions worked on an assembly line - easily placing bolt after bolt into a socket. Alive...yet also lifeless.

These humans had unlocked the secret of automatons without knowing anything of magic - like the elven had. It was both humbling to see, how meager the iron machines were - yet also awed, how such a piece of metal and iron could be brought to live and inflict such devastation.

She couldn't believe what she was seeing as it didn't matter how much they steal and looted the modern humans would have more down the line. Soon, she remembered seeing a wagon full of those guns which already surprising by its own.

And she had seen the fate of the dwarven workshops and how much they produce and contrast to the humans it would take years of continuous work to get this close in supplies

Soon enough, she was placed behind a bench - an instructor coming over to her and showing what she had to do. Namely place an object inside another one, and then pass it on the other person. Despite their tech prowess - it was rather simply task.

Almost as simple as a child to do - but it was given to her and she had to do this for six hours it seemed. While able to listen to the talks of the other workers.

She followed what was shown to her, quickly getting the hang of it, as she continues on for the next few hours but, still she she felt sad, as she was helping the enemy now, so she couldn't help but, feel like a traitor to her world and to her kind.

But, this was her reality now and she had no way to go back, she can only just move on and live her new life. "What was the worse that could happen she still had 600 more years in her life." She said trying to cheer herself up.

As Silvia sat there, she could hear the talk of the other workers - namely talking about the Invader 'scum' and 'menace'. It might have been expected, the orcs talked the same way about the World Eaters after all. Although, it soon became rather interesting - and the workers started debating among themselves.

Namely on why - such beasts would attack them in the first place, since the modern humans had done nothing wrong to them at all. Soon there were talks about - new frontier, portals and Legacy. A name that seemed to utter bitter hate among the workers - could the humans have had a traitor in their society. One whom had caused this at the start?

The talks attracted the attention of silvia as she listens closely to the convensation between the two. "What were they saying, it was them that started the war." She though to herself then realizing that most of the information was being held by the orcs the vanguards of the fantasy world.

She leans closely to them as they started to shift the conversations what this new frontier was. "Whats the new frontier?" She mistakenly utters catching the attention of the duo.

The two Russian women, didn't look much offended by that - as gossip was in the female blood. "New girl? Huh, where you been living?" one chuckled, before the other elbowed the second one. Then started to explain everything to Silvia. Namely, what the orcs were calling World Eaters was completely wrong in itself.

As the woman explained about Project Exodus - namely Humanity' search for new worlds and likely new frontiers to settle in. As many nations were doing this under the aegis of Legacy. A supposedly, big company and a decent one at that. Then how suddenly everything went wrong, all Gate Projects unleashed devastation at their points. Then came such Invaders - hostile and killing humans without any reason or mercy.

Then adding some note of anger - about Legacy. Whom established the Gates in the first place, and how they likely were responsible for all of this. Not to mention jamming something called a 'communication network'. This likely changed everything. Neither side would sue for peace - since both assumed the other the enemy.

Soon, it was making sense to her, that the war was a mistake and was brought upon assumptions and confusion. But, at the same time things didn't make sense as this "legacy." was the cause of all of this, still if that was the truth then all those sacrifices was for vain.

"Where's Legacy?" She asks from the russians, patiently waiting for the answer and taking note of all of it, still the key to all of this mess was this legacy that they spoke of. For she believes that legacy knows what really happened.

"We don't know gal. Seriously, all of their bases were likely abandoned. Plus without long-distance communication, we don't know nothing," replied one.

"I heard that they were on the Moon," said the second one. That truly cemented the power of the modern humans, they had a base on another planetoid outside of their own planet.

"Moon?!" She shockily asked with unbelieving eyes, if it was the moon that she was thinking than these race were completely more advance than all of the races in the fantasy world combined.

She quickly gets back to work as she was forgetting to do it causing problems with the one besides her, making her suvervisor yell out in frustration.

Their work ethic was a bit different as well - as she was given authority for 'coffee breaks' and 'lunch breaks'. Namely being provided food for simply being at work - even luxury of washing herself at the factory' worker showers. It seemed, that she had also 'made friends' - as the two Russian women had decided to call her 'little sister'. Since they assumed her from the farther reaches of their nation.

They didn't mind sharing towels or advice - in some more delicate issues as well. "So, new gal. Wanna come see the parade?"

The parade was a show of force of the kingdom or a country so she agreed in the guished of knowing how powerful they really are so she preps up and tries tasting her coffee and burned her tongue in the process almost dropping the mug spilling a sizable amount of coffee.

"Its bitter." She said with a slightly burned tongue causing her to speak in a more cutesy tone giving off the sense of a defenseless little creature.

Her friends found it a little hilarious, before placing it down onto the plate and told her to wait a bit to let it cool down. "It's supposed to be bitter. Coffee is meant to energize you and keep you awake. Trust me on that girl, its a god-send when your trying to wake up in the morning with a hangover."

"Thanks." She tries to say with her burned tongue. Soon after a while her tongue healed making it easier to talk again. "So the parade when is it?" She asks almost perfecting it but as usually fails to pronouce at the last second.

"Just after work. Don't worry, we'll show you to the grounds. Else you might get lost in the big city," they chuckled, padding her shoulder.

She smiled with the kindness they have show her so she nods in agreement. "she could trust them" She though to herself as she goes back to work, but still her fear lingered she was thinking of her small tribe still on the otherside.

She wanted to know how they were and if they were doing well, and she hoped that after all of this was done she could finally see them all alive and safe.

She smiled with the kindness they have show her so she nods in agreement. "she could trust them" She though to herself as she goes back to work, but stil her fear lingered she was thinking of her small tribe still on the otherside.

She wanted to know how they were and if they were doing well, and she hoped that after all of this was done she could finally see them all alive and safe.

Their work lasted for about four more hours - before the trip of girls could head out. At least Silvia could wear a hood to cover her damaged ears. All the while they walked towards the location - on the way, Silvia could see the sign for a library. A place where she could educate herself even more.

Her interest was pique of the sights of the building but, was confused of why would be should a place would be this big. "Can we enter?" She asked while pointing her finger to the library.

Books in the fantasy world was rare and well guarded, and it was only the dwarfs and the humans that have actually started collecting and preserving them as their kingdoms grew and ultimately became more powerful.

She recalled that the largest and grandest of all the library was the library of iron, housed in the high mountain, home to the most powerful of all the dwarfs. And also the most merciful out of all, she even remembered that he was pushing for reforms for their government with something unheard of before and that was what he had called "the even mountain government." in his tongue and with its tenants pushing for the rights and development of its people's pontential.

"Sure. Everyone is free to go and read. Just don't talk loudly and injure any books," they spoke, leading her inside and letting her see the many rows of books upon shelves.

There was many kind - history, geography, economy, language, even a 'fantasy' line.

The piles of books caught her in surprise as the building was almost in par of thr famous dwarven library that her world has used to call it.

Without any hesitation she started reading on the history of these world but, barely got out of the first page as reading and speaking russian was two very different subjects.

While there wasn't many ways to understand - it seemed that reading wasn't her forte here. Luckily the librarian came over to her - and asked if she wanted to use a computer instead. "It is like a book, but you can search through the internet. Granted, it is only what we have in the EEC but something..."

"What's the internet?" She answers, completely confused at both the word, computer and the internet. But, her curiousity got the best of her and she eagerly accepted. "Can you help me." She whispers to one of her companions quite shy and cutesy in time.

"Alright you farmer girl," they replied, sitting her behind a fancy plastic screen. This one with a glass panel infront of it.

Soon enough, the two of them showed Silvia the item of a computer. Namely something of a calculus at it's basic and then times a million.

Then was the internet - a collection of a billion pieces of information. All connected through meager cables through the ground.

"Sorry. Just the EEC datanet here. Bastard Invader sea-creatures must have snapped the underwater cable connecting the continent with America..."

In retrospect - the information contained in the internet was almost a million times greater than all of the written down knowledge of Silvia's and the other fantasy races combined... throughout their history.(edited)

Seeing the computer for the first time was very confusing, with questions like how was this a book?, how do you use this?, what kind of information can she get?, and mostly when do I start to read? Because, of this she looked in disbelief as the screen was still the same, a small hill and blue clouds just above it.

And as her friends starts explaining the computer and the internet, her disbelief was challenged, as the screen shown different types of information and pictures soon, flooded the monitor. Showcasing different kinds of data and pictures, mostly of propaganda and other various EEC approved information.

They soon showed how she could use it herself.

Namely the historical sector was rather bland but accurate. At least the beyond the first hundred years.

She quickly took to it mostly looking at the pictures and weapons that the site has to offer as reading for now was out, though she was able to read and understand a few words it was not enough to make any concrete opinion and intrepretation but, the pictures sent chills to her body as some of it has been excessive.

After a while she of scrolling though the database she finally makes her way to the parade to really see how much military might this nation had.

Silvia would soon be lead with the others to a very large plaza - namely the parade had already begun. In addition to the infernal loud music, that humans liked to play and use and somehow be able to listen. While the words were almost hard to understand - one didn't need to understand what they were...singing. The infernal music was performed by a special troupe of soldiers, while the rest of them seemed to be singing along.

It was both awing and rather scary sight to see - as both men and women marched in unison, weapon hanging at their chest or in their hands. What was beyond awing would be how they moved, it seemed like they moved like on cog - as she would find it hard to find a single boot or weapon hanging out of place. Their discipline was unanimous and unbreaking - both the men and women. A single officer leading this massive horde infront of the parade. Then like thunder, they swiped their heads and saluted at the crowd. One might wonder, how the orcs could match such a force - that seemed to have assembled in barely a few months. While training an orc warrior took, several years at most.

That was counting only the 'ground soldiers' - that seemed to be in the thousands, and every one of them looked deadly themselves. Then came the 'machines' - the armored juggernauts with the barrels, that used to spew molten metal at their enemies. This time, they were much, much bigger. In addition, they seemed also much more armed - if that could even be possible.

The parade was impressive to say the least, as the iron behemoths and discipline soldiers was unlike any other that she had ever witness, even if you gather all the armies in one place, against this level of display military might then this would win a hundred times over. These people were every bit war like just like the rest of the races back in Titania but, the difference was that these people know how to conduct warfare while they don't.

This army could punch through several lines of defense that they had in place, as the famous dwarven battle tanks was still fairly far away. and even if they were there, they would have made little to no damage whatsoever, so she wished once more that her tribe was still safe after this war was done.

The music was terrifying to the elf as it was making her scared and scared by every beat, this music was attacking her weakening her resolve making her paranoia even worse, making her frown by every moment. Soon, it inspired fear inside her as the sound seems to make the men and women larger and more powerful than what they should have looked like and should have been.

Soon enough, it stopped - as did the soldiers, turning in unison to face a podium. Where a delegation of several individuals arrived - namely the delegates of their respective countries, the Council of Twelve and the Chairman in question, Vladimir Yurovitch Hackett. As he soon took the microphone and started speaking - luckily, it was slow enough for Silvia to hear. As his voice seemed to be amplified many times over with the human technology in his hand.

"My fellow countrymen, just two years ago - we had been enemies, going at each other throats like mad dogs. Today we stand together as one. Together, against our hated enemy," he spoke, starting a long speech - that was both inspiring and felt kinda dull and boring as well.

"-we stand here today. United. Whether we be Slavs, Finnic, Christians or otherwise. We aren't here as allies - we are here as brothers and sisters. As humans. Today, our resolve is stronger than ever. Here we stand, bloodied yet never beaten. Today we stand here, together arm in arm - with our fellow men and women."

"We have all heard. Our world is fighting back, our people - our fellow humans are fighting back against these freaks of nature and their ilk. Soon we will go on the offensive, we will fight house by house, city by city - until we reach their world. There! We will pay back every man, woman and child - that had been slaughtered by these monsters, who have shown no sign of mercy, reason or logic. They are animals. No, they are worse than animals....for an animal might understand. These green freaks don't."

"Some of you, might be afraid. But take heart - the Invaders have not broken our spirit or our will to fight back. Help each other, fight together and remain united. The mere fact, that millions of my countrymen call this land now our home - is proof of our ability to overcome any challenge before us. Today - you all have a mission. Our fellow humans call for aid in the Balkans. Will we answer?!"

"URRRRRRAAAAAAA!"

As the yell for actions starts to echo in the streets, Silvia couldn't help but, fear for her beloved people that she left behind, while she felt hatred for the orcs for bringing upon unimaginable destruction and calamity to her home. Their promise for wealth, power, fame, and the golden age to come was doom to fail in the beggining, for they had awaken and angered a sleeping giant, a collosal that can end her world and all that she had a bond with was doom because of them.

But, there was still hope, she just needed to mend relationships with this giant, appease it, and make it reconsider, for this giant that she feared was benevolent and merciful as she had experience today. The chances of sucess was slim but, she is ready to lay down her life for her people and all that she cared for.

She just needed to learn their ways, talk their language, and earn their trust. If she was to have a chance and thats all she needed, though this task could take all of her live to accomplish this is what she had promise herself to do in this right moment.

The Shadow striders

To the front!

Argonious sighed softly as he sat against the wall of their little camp. He had ordered the tribe to leave their old home behind to come here but he

P feel himself become restless and if he was restless then his hunters and warriors were more so. When they arrived he had ordered his brothers to get them a space they could control, they had territorial instincts and while Argonious wanted to control more he knew that they couldn't bully other races for now space. He instead insisted on getting a  area against a wall so they could better protect the women and pups that couldn't or wouldn't fight. The warriors and hungers edged the area effectivly marking their territory. He had scouts head back and grab whatever they could back from home mainly the alchemists tools and herbs so they could keep doing their work. Argonious was the last line of defence against someone who wanted to attack the pups and women.

He knew something was happening and being in the dark frustrated him to no end. He could feel his skills beginning to dull  now he craved a good fight.

Just down the path that leads to the isolated camp a small band of lightly armored orcs was spotted, though not that well armed orcs are still orcs and they presented to be detrimental to the whole security of the camp.

While they did have 2 raptors with them, no one was riding them treating them like mount carry baskets ang bags filled with resources.

The warriors at the edge of their camp made notice of the strange green warriors. They looked to be strong yet had little to no armor. Whether or not this was a choice or if they were only scouts the sentry couldn't tell.

He passed along the message of strange beasts and warriors moving towards their camp. Argonious understood and sent two more of their hunters to help the sentry in case they decided to trespass. The warrior held a giant sword that any normal man would never be able to pick up while the hunters had spears.

The sentry growled loudly warning them to back off if they wanted to stay alive.

As the orcs heard the growl of something they, quickly armed themselves pulling out several weapons in responce, from their iconic war bows to their large swords readying themselves to what was to come as the venture even further to the cavern, ever vigilant agaisn't what was to come.

they hold steady ready to strike at any that presented itself to be an enemy, all in all the group was a fairly small group as it only comprises of a orc wearing a black robe, 3 archers and 5 orc warriors armed with swords, spears, and gauntlets.

They watched as the orcs drew closer and they seemed armed and they believed they were being threatened. They didn't make a move until the orcs passed a marker they made indicating their territory. By then they had already started moving.

The warrior attacked the 5 green ones they considered to be the warriors of the group while the hunters charged from the flanks piercing them through before they could ready their arrows to shoot at their warrior. They were able warriors of that their was no doubt but they were faster, stronger, and knew of strategy to make them a force to be feared even by the orcs as the warrior had killed 3 warriors beefier turning to the others.

The orcs were injuired because of the attack but, the shaman was ready as he readied a chant creating a shield separating them from the attackers. "Their is no need to draw more blood." He said safe in his bubble as the other orcs maintain formation protecting the shaman from the werewolfs.

"We are not the enemy." The shaman said with confidence. "Let us join forces on the world eaters." He proposes to them ordering the others to lay down their arms to show them their peaceful intentions. "So what do you say brother?" He asks as he waits safe in his bubble.

They growled loudly when the pine with robes created a shield it was magic but it wasn't like the shamans it was different and they didn't know why. The warrior listened as they asked to create an alliance, he then growled loudly baring his teeth and said "we are not brothers! Don't you dare assume we are allies." He said before turning to the hunters.

They spoke to each other in a strange language that only fellow werewolves could understand. After deliberation they nodded an the warrior said "only our alpha decides on alliances. If you wish to see him then release your shield, then we will take you to him but understand if you make any moves to attack we will tear you too pieces" he warned as he and the hunters put their weapons away to show they wouldn't attack if they decided to follow.

"Thank you for your understanding." He said as the shields have disappeared. "The orcs kept some as close as possible to their shaman as the he follows the werewolves. The orcs grunts grunts were still nervous, keeping their weapons as close as they can as they slowly make their way to the alphas.

"As they enter, they saw the way of life these creature were closely guarding, as they were greeted by a small town of the race, soon the group met several hostile looks as they get even further towards the settlement. The body guards of the shaman gets into a more dangerous situation.

"My honorable shaman, I do not think this is wish." One of the grunts whispered to the him. "Like us they have suffered, it is best that all of us fight together in this dire times than one another." He answers as they continue on.

They walked through the small town they made for themselves and of course they were greeted with hostility since they were very territorial and rarely dealt with outsiders in a peaceful manner. The werewolves that were leading the way though made it clear to the others that the green ones were not to be harmed. They kept moving until they finally found the alpha.

Argonious was drinking some fruit juice from a ceramic white cup before he looked at the green ones. He turned to the warrior and as before he explained the situation. Argonious nodded but sighed a bit wondering why they would cone to their turf.

Argonious then took a deep breath before his form became much more human. He kept most of his fur and he still had claws and fangs but now they would be able to speak at eye level. He then drank the last of his juice before standing up in front of them and asked "whoever leads your group step forward. So long as you do not draw your weapons you will be fine but I expect a good reason for wandering into our territory without asking first" he said crossing his arms and standing proud even if they tried to stab him at close range argonious knew they would die the next second. They looked like wolves and that meant they also acted like it, they would get green meat tonight if they angered him.

The shaman steps up as proud as the alpha. "I believe that you mean me." He said as he bows down afterwards to show his respect  to the him.

"As I believe you all were driven out from your lands." He said  "We also, were driven out from our lands." He continues as he looks at the alpha a strong statement as he is saying that they were equals.

"But, do you know who caused it?" He follows sounding quite omnimous. "What about if I tell you that we can make them pay?" He said with the same tone, and after that he waits for your answer.

He watched as the one in robes stepped forward and was smart enough to show him proper respect before saying that they were driven out of their lands just like they were. In truth they left because the world was unbalanced earthquakes and lightning strikes made it impossible to live there anymore.

He listened though as he offered to tell them who caused it and asking if they wanted to make them pay. He took a moment to think before he answered him "we don't know who caused it. Even if we know who however we aren't able to fight to our fullest here we would need land again for that to happen. Besides my biggest concern right now is who you are, and what your intentions are green one" he said knowing that he didn't trust the one with robes. Magic was something that is given from the earth but his magic was different.

Naturally their kind were isolationist but he was telling the truth. Without the shamans able to communicate with the earth for defence they would lose their own magic fighting force. He need to know more About these green ones before he considered a true alliance.

"We are the orcs." He quickly replies. "We the orcs have won countless titles, from the dauntlets or the montain eaters, but for now we are known as the vanguard of Titania." He explains telling him more but, stops asking his forgiveness for talking too much.

"We will protect earth mother with everything we have but, as people under the same mother, I employ you brother to join us and let us bring down the world eaters once and for all." He said giving out a fierly speech to the alpha trying to recruit him for the war.

He listened to him as he explained that the green ones were called orcs and have gained titles that were full of grandeur. They had nice titles but they had little use for titles other then alphas and betas. If nothing else at least he had passion about fighting those that were responsible for them losing their homes.

He closed his eyes to think for a moment before he said "I'm going to tell you once. We are not brothers until we have shed blood side by side till then we are simply fellow fighters." He said before turning to the others and knew that rgery all wanted to go home and the men wanted to fight a true enemy and world eaters sounded the closest to a real fight.

He then took a deep breath before he held out his arm to him he then said "we do not know who these world eaters are but we want to find a way to go home and fight a worthy enemy. Understand something we need to claim land to be powerful. We will fight together but trust is only found on the battlefield" he explained making it clear they needed territory to claim to be at their full effectiveness. Argonious knew they needed to know what was going on and it seemed best to find out through the orcs. He held out his arm to him gesturing for a shake to seal the deal of temporary partnership. At least until argonious knew the entire situation.

"We will become legends." He said as he extends his hand. "and don't worry about land, after the war we will have a world all for ourselves." He adds as he awaits for confirmation, grinning mischeviously as a green smoke starts engulfing his hand.

"Under Earth Mother's embrace all of her children shall undergo a golden age, the likes our world has never seen." He said with pride, proudly declaring the benefits of winning. "join us, be part of the vanguard, and let us save our beloved mother." He finishes as he waits for his answer as the smoke begins to stop midway of his hand.

He glaredglaredat the mage and argonious started to wonder if he made a deal with a devil. It did not matter though, these orc may have magic but they are no doubt the superior warriors and if need be argonious will bite this mages throat out without a second thought I'd he feels his tribe is in danger.

Still for now they needed information and this orc can provide it. He moved his hand forward and shook his hand sealing the deal. Once he did the hostility in the air started to dissipate as his tribe lessened in hostility. Argonious then took his hand back and said "I expect plenty of information about both you and our enemies. In order to be a good vanguard one must know the strengths and weaknesses of both the allies and enemies of the field." He explained taking a deep breath before he grew again to his full majesty reaching higher then the orc could forcing him to crane his neck.

As the alpha grabbed his hand, the green mist on the shaman's hand disappears leaving behind a wolf mark. "Welcome to the alliance." He welcomily said. "Your clan can now go to the various camps just outside the gates, you can feed your people there, consider it our gift." I said as he looks at the others.

"We will discuss more back in the nearby camps."He said I will personally answer your question." He said, bowing afterwards. "I will meet you again." He said as he starts making his way back to the nearest camp.

Argonious looked at the shamans arm and he knew that something was off. The mark of the wolf made him feel like he just sold his life away. Still the fact that they would be given food and proper shelter would be enough for him. He watched as the mage left their camp. Of course his betas asked if this was wise but argonious told them that what was done was done and to just keep an eye on the so called orcs.

He and a small batch of warriors left camp telling everyone that they would move ahead and see if he was speaking the truth. They ten left the trigger behind in case this was a trap. Argonious led the way towards the camps the orc promised to see if they would get some proper meat to eat.

As the group makes its way to the designated meeting place. They were greeted by a large town, characterized by a huge network of pallisade reinforce by iron strips and other various kinds of fortifications. and on top of the walls were heavily armed orcs equipped by large bows of war.

It doesn't take long for the sentries to spot you as the bells starts ringing, allerting the others to your present, as the orcs form up and ready their weapons.

"WHO ARE YOU!?" They yelled at you still arming at your group. But, as he said that they lowered their weapons, and after a few minutes, the orcs let up. Opening up the gates letting them inside the town.

They kept moving until they saw what could only be a town completely defended against attacks. He had to admit the walls looked more then able to handle their assault but then again argonious and his brothers could climb up the wall of they wanted but they would no doubt loose many of their family in the struggle.

When they pointed their bows at them he and his warriors had their weapons ready in case it was just a trap but as quickly as the sentry asked their question was as quick for them to drop their weapons and open the gates.

Thankfully they didn't need to get violent so he and his brothers put theit weapons away. They then stepped through the gate to see the town entirely. He didn't know where they needed to go so he walked forward looking for anything that would be considered a leaders campsite.

The town was large and several wooden structures have set up shop just  beside the streets of the town. The town was lively and full of activity as the clanking of iron and the hammering of the blacksmith was heard in all directions. Soon, the smell of freshly baked bread and fresh meat starts to linger every where as bakers and hunters where able to meet the quota for today.

Several minutes later the shaman descends from the walls greeting and urging your people to follow him to where you all should be.

Soon, as you continue to walk, several different kinds of creatures travel the streets and because of this,  the town was the busiest of all the cities and town that you have seen.

aside this it seems that their are other races in the town, walking and dicussing with one another, from normal humans, to elfs, dwarfs and other various cretures roams the streets, soon the shaman leads your group to an open area just right near the eastern gates where you were greeted by a large clearing ready for settlement.

"Mark yourselves home, food will come later." He said as various orcs armed with hammers and with them cloth and other contruction supplies. One of them approaches the alpha.

"I am maj and we are here to help you settle." He said as he waits for your responds. "how may we help you." He said as he readies his hammer for the laborous work to come.

The alpha led the way inside of course as they were soon able to see the sights of the town it was busy and much busier then they were used to. His betas couldn't help but cling to their weapons tighter as the shaman came down and led the way.

Along the way they smelled the bread and meat no doubt making them hungry. However the alpha made sure to look around and he noticed that other races were there from the short ones to the knife ears and even regular humans. If nothing else it eases his nerves a but thinking he decided an alliance with the wrong people but so far it seems that isn't the case.

Soon they found the clearing which the shaman told him is whew they would settle. It was near a gate so his hunters would be able to leave and go on hunts as they normally would which would help ease his tribes nerves about coming. They were about to attack the orc armed with hammers but argonious gestured for them to relax as it seemed he was simply a builder.

The alpha knew what they would need, they would need homes and their own 'walls ' So to speak. He then said "build huts large enough for families. Then find seeds from large trees and bring them to us" he informed knowing his shamans would be able to have the trees grow to full size and give them a clear perimeter of their established territory. He wasn't about to bring his tribe somewhere that was completly foreign to them so having large trees around would both ease their nerves and create a solid defence from within.

The builders gets to work building up some large structures fit for several families to share in, and by the looks of it the orcs where doing better than you have hope as, soon the foundations and the skeletons of the structures begins forming up from the group up. Soon, cloth begins to take the role of walls and roofs for the buildings but, functional doors where set up it seems like that the wood they had bring with them quickly ran out. Soon, four wagons carried by beefly raptors approached the contruction site of the tribe's new home carrying with them were several buckets of ground and with them were several bags of seeds.

After a few minutes or so the orcs soon, finished the housing for the race spurting up several large tents that can fit in a minimun of 5 families and its young. Soon, contruction and terraforming has truly begun as the orcs now has to make sure that the cystal floor of the cavern was fit for farming as they grabbed their pickaxes, hammers, and some dynamite that they got from the dwarfs.

Work resumed after the orcs had a quick rest and now the head of the builders called out the others as they planted the dynamites in the ground, making sure that the area was clear and that they would be no colaterate damage the orcs built baricades around it. "Blow it up." Maj said as one of the dynamites explodes taking out a large portion of the floor in one go clearing up vital land which they filled up with  dirt, around the camp for the wolfs to use.

After the foundations of the camp was done, work for the wall started. As several orcs started putting the additional wood that they received a moment ago. Maj went to the alpha with his equipment still intact. "Do you still need more?" He .asked as cold as possible.

They watched as the orcs went to work building for them. He had to admit if nothing else they knew what they were doing as they created the large tents that would no doubt allow ask their families space to live in for the future. They looked at the strange beasts that caused with them more supplies and the seeds they asked for.

However they were surprised and aggressive when they greased the large explosion that even made the alpha nervous. Turned out that what they used came from the short ones. Dynamite they called it and it was truly frightening even there shamans would have a hard time freaking with such explosions in rapid succession which made argonious glad they never fought the short ones before.

He watched as they set up a wooden wall for them which was a pointless effort but considering they needed to blow up the floor just to bring in viable dirt he considered it a good thing. The alpha disregarded the orcs tone as he asked if they needed more. They had what they needed they had homes and would soon have a tree wall surrounding them. At the moment that was all they would need whatever else they would build they could make on their own. He then said "no this will do, thanks" he said walking forward towards the tents and he started to talk to his brothers in their own language.

Two of the betas nodded and they left to go fetch the others. Argonious had everyone  check everything in case of traps but once they knew it was safe they started to claim tents as argonious found a spot ands drew a spot in the dirt of where their bonfire would go. They truly needed to make this home and to do that they needed everyone in the tribe to help.

After the orcs have finished building the walls, several raptor pulled carts entered your camp, bringing with them the smell of food, from meat to bread. Soon, tables and chairs has been set and with them a buffet of food , after the preparations the shaman approached the alpha and with wide arms he annouced. "Welcome to the alliance to restore Titania. He said with a welcoming and prideful manner as he bows his head down to you.

"Take this as a welcoming gift from us." He follows as the stands up. "For tomorrow our people will fight as one, as brothers and as the saviors of our world." He ends as the other orcs cheer on.

"After this I request your presence to discuss the battleplan and your role in the assault for the white lands." He said as he steps off the path making way for him and the others to the tables. "But, first off please enjoy. " He said as he retreats behind the unfinish ways and to the biggest sturcture of the town.

Argonious gave a nod to the mage as she said welcome to the alliance he had to admit it's been to long since he has gotten a good meal but he knew better. He would wait for everyone to come before they feasted. The women and pups would eat first of course then him and the other men would eat.

He listened as he gave a speech about taking back their world but honestly argonious wanted land and he wanted it to return to the earth and create forests. He highly doubt that the orcs had the same values that they did. When he mentioned bringing his presence so they could go over battle plans he nodded ands said "I will join you once my tribe had been given the proper meal" he promised knowing that now they were a part of this. Now they wound go to war on a much grander scale.

It didn't long for them to come and argonious made sure to ration out everything giving the meat to him and the warriors while the women and pups took the bead and vegetables so they could stay healthy. He made sure everyone for a proper meal. He then had the shamans use the seeds and after chantingchantingthey created a large tree wall. The trees few nearly to the size of the fortifications themselves and surrounded them. They also made sure to keep one path clear near the road itself to receive supplies easier. He explained the situation to everyone and the alchemists went to work creating potions since their was little doubt they would be using them very soon.

Argonious then left with one of his betas as a bodyguard as he went to the command tent to join in on the strategy planning.

The tent was heavily guarded and full of other beings, soon the gates fly open as the guards step aside letting you in the so called tent. Inside the "tent" wooden walls and stone foundations separates the various rooms of the buildings.

With guards around everycorner the tent soon looked like a fortress as the giant cloth covering it was a clever russ in order to fool anyone entering it.

"Are you the alpha Argonious?" An orcs says before bowing gis head."Follow me the shaman asked me to lead you."He continues before he starts moving passing tight corners and fortified positions untill they enter the grand tower located just in the middle of the so called tent.

"You are just on time Alpha." He said as he urges him to sit besides him. Aside from him, new figures presents themselves, as a silvered armored elfs takes a few looks at you before he concentrates his glances at the stack of papers near him.

A dwarf in black armor was there engross in looking at what seems to be schematics of spme unknown weapons, and the last but, not the least a iron human that seems to be staring into obvilion.

He walked towards the command tent and was impressed as he walked through what he thought was a tent and was actually a fortification. Nothing was what it seemed apparently soon he would have to keep that in mind for the future as he walked inside he was greeted by an orc asking if he was the alpha and he gave a simple nod as he followed the orc.

His beta stayed close a hand on his sword handle as they moved forward. They moved forward till they were at the center of this so called tent and found himself with the shaman once more. As much as he would prefer sitting in a seat that would accommodate his werewolf sized he knew a regular chair would simply break.

He took a deep breath and went back into his human form before he sat down in the chair looking around as he noticed the knife ear commander in silver armor, the short one in black armor, and a human in iron armor. They all looked prepared for war and that eased his nerves thinking that at least these odd races can fight despite their differences. Argonious crossed his arms as he waited for the war counsel to start.

"The humans are late." The iron man coldly says looking to the orc. "Probably waging war with one another, I say." the dwarf answers, slaming an iron piece right into the table with a furious sound. "Why are the humans not joining up aren't they the most warlike of us all, pretty tiny desputes go to bloody war and their not in the frontlines?!" The dwarf loudly complains.

"No need to fall in a useless rage, save that up for the humans while you still can." The elfs responce trying to calm down him down. "The humans will come in time." The shaman says. "The war council will start now, report to us the status of our brethen in the frontlines.

The elf starts taking out multiple rpapers from the stack reading report after report of the status of armies. Most of them were sucessful but, when he reads out the bad news they would always say wiped out, or annihilated.

While the good ones vary from barely holding to complete capture of what they describe to be pillar cities. The ones that suffered the most were the orcs, as news of whole clans being wiped out or annihilated.

while the dwarfs were suffereing in the thousands trying to hold lands in the white plains and defending areas only to see it blown to bits by the world eaters.

The elfs in total lost a total of ten, though that seems to be small the dwarf looked worried and the elf looked like he was seeing a nightmare. While the iron man looked cool and uncaring.

"That is all." The elf said as he puts them back to neatly. "The we will discuss battle plans and propossals regarding the war effort." He says as he looks to the a crude map of our world full of inaccuracies and other various things that don't add up.

"We need more elfs contruct king." He said a sentence that alamed him. "I am sorry but, the elfs don't follow me, the elfs never trusted one another since the construct revolutions." He responces catching the iron man's attention. "Though our creators you have proven to not earn our trust, and with this curse that you have given to us, we hope that your kin suffer more." He coldly says as he switches to the drawfs. "I believe that the elfs are of no used to us anymore, leaving me to join dfforts with the dwarfs." He announces catching the attention of the council.

"Though not as strong as the weapons of the world eaters, this weapon has to equal than what ever that we have createed in the past." He said as he puts down a small replica of the modern humans weaponry. "This is the D.C avenger." A weapon that can even out the gap between us and the enemy." All I want is the transition of the fairy queen and the fairies to my kingdom." He proposes, a propossal that shocked the elf heavily.

"The fairies are under the elfs protection." He argues demanding that the orc shaman to do something. "As you wish iron lord we shall have a vote, I shall vote to no." He said giving comfort to the contruct king.

"Sorry old friend but more of my people will die." The dwarf says before saying "Yes." I vote yes my former master." He said as uncaring as ever. "I vote for no the fairies shall know peace." He quickly answers, now everyone looks at the alpha for his vote.

Argonius said noting as he let the other races speak as he was a new addition to the counsel he thought it best to learn about those he would be leading a fight with. He listened to every detail the silver knife ear explained and hearing that they only lost ten when the short ones lost thousands spoke volumes.

He heard in the beginning that the humans weren't there made him curious to the iron man. He then noticed that their wasn't a man at all in their and it was actually moving armor. That worried argonious as their weapons and poisons would be mostly ineffective. He whispered to his beta about getting the alchemists to work on finding a solution to such a creature.

He listened after the damage reports of the front lines and it seemed that the metal one was once a servant of the knife ears but have grown independent and have decided to work with the short ones. Which only makes sense since it seemed the short ones were the most mechanically inclined of them all.

Then came the subject of a fairy queen and fairies. He wasn't sure what they meant but he could tell the silver knife ear was serious about not giving them away and everyone put it to a vote with him as the tie breaker. He bit one of his claws thinking before he sighed and said "the strong, I do not know any of you of your kind or values. All I have to go by is numbers the knife ears" he said gesturing to the elf as he continued "lost the least, I can only assume them to be strong so if they are opposed then I am too. I vote no" he explained trying to be impartial though with his kind the strong decide and that meant alphas made the decisions for all. He was using the same principle to decide who he would decide with.

The dwarfs sighs in disappointment as he hears your reasoning. "We understand." He saddenly says. "My people shall use this weapon but, he will not provide it to the others." He follows as he calmly sits down not saying a word, as he looks in disappointment.

"The constructs will not join but, will provide rear support." The contruct responds not hinting of any emotions. While the elf was relieved by your life saying vote.

"As the vote has been cast, we will not give the fairies to the constructs." declared the shaman. "Now to the next concern." He says as he looks at you. "We will continue our campain in the iron lands and we need your help alpha how much warriors can you spare?" He asks.

He listened as the short one said he understood though clearly disappointed try still went through with using their weapons with the iron one being in the rear guard. Next the shaman talked about the campaign in the iron lands saying that he needed their help. Before argonious answered he stood up and looked at the map trying to find out where these iron lands were. However it was in a language he couldn't read. He sat back down and said "I can offer a 100 warriors and one of my betas to lead. Understand though that one of my warriors is equal to 20 humans in strength alone. I can also offer 20 alchemists to provide support" he said knowing that still left most of his warriors at the home front but a hundred was more then enough to be an effective fighting force against any land based attackers

"Thank you." I will attack this city here, while I want you to attack the sides of the city. The enemy has the city fortified and we have spotted a few of their fearsome artillery. "The dwarfs will go circle around the cuty and attack it from the rear. The avians will help us in this battle." He said briefly you all on the roles you were given.

"we will depart tomorrow morning." He said as he moves on to the next topics and complain that he has received and after finishing all of the issue that needs adressing he concludes the meeting for today.

He listened as the shaman explained that their role was to flank the city which they could do from both sides if necessary but he figured having them all attack one flank would work best against what they call artillery. Once he understood the role they were given argonious stood up and left with his beta once again taking a breath to change back to his were form as he headed back to the tribe to explain the situation.

As the other leaves the orc shaman started taking with the hidden orc tha emerged from the shadows. "What do you think." He said to him. "I am not here to talk about them, I'm here to make sure that the plan goes." He said as he gives the shaman a paper. "Don't worry theres no hope that they would find it." He earie said to him making him disappear.

Argonious soon find his way back to their camp. Unlike everyone else they walked through the tree line since they didn't need the path. Once inside he howled for everyone to meet up. He then explained to everyone that 100 of their warriors, 20 of their alchemists, and one beta would be leaving to join the fight with the orcs and the other warriors they saw here. They cheered relishing the chance to finally fight to their hearts content.

Once they were informed he picked a beta and had him choose who would go with him. Argonious left the matter up to his beta trusting his judgement while they armed themselves for war

AIR SUPPORT

Collab between me and @Necroknight

Washington, D.C.

"How is the situation over New York?" asked the Secretary of Defense, as several battle reports kept coming in through the cable-ethernet. Mostly with some lag involved, so they had to wait around ten minutes for a good report.

It was hard to image how the United States had been invaded in such a way. It was true, that the Invaders came in huge numbers. America had been eager to out-do the others into the new world. Instead - they paid the price of their greed. Now they had more monsters in their world - than the US Armed Forces could handle.

Many of their best hardware was still on the ground - since the people meant to crew them, sadly were unavailabe or unable to be reached.

"The situation in New York is stable but not for long, we have several ground forces deployed from reserve holding the area from Rangers to Delta, but the line is thining rapidly." One general reported, another officer burst through the door, "Sir, we just got a report from our naval bases. All our naval power is either severely damaged or sunk, we can't get any off-shore support."

The General looked back at the secretary, "Sir, to put it into simple terms, with a no-bullshit assessment, we need to pull back or our scattered ground forces are going to become sitting ducks for these World of Warcraft freaks. At the rate they're pouring out, we have less than ten hours to decide." the General gave an expression that seemed grim, personel around the room started to look at eachother briefly, then they carried on with their work.

Soon enough a telephone rang - one that had been kept at the corner and had been mostly relegated to being useless. Namely, as one General quickly went over and picked it up and talked - before he put it on loud-speaker.

"This is Thule Air Base. Still alive in Greenland-" spoke a voice, over the telephone. Although likely with lag - it was a good half an hour at that. "-we got a gift coming over for ya. Putting them over."

"This is Task-Force Reaper. Five-hundred birds flying under friendly wings - German, Russian, Eastern European. If you wish for precision targets - paint with red smoke. Otherwise, we're hitting any freak we can see. Flying off after hour of this and hitting several uglies all across America," spoke an female voice in English with an accent. Although it didn't take a professor to hear, that one speaking it was likely a Russian.

The Secretary and the general staff in D.C. were surprised anyone was still alive. He barked at the General in the room "You heard the man! Relay that information, if what Thule is saying is true, it means we got air support!" He returned on the phone, speaking in a calm tone, almost whispering, "Alright, we need you boys to prioritize targets in New York and D.C. area, if you can, split a few groups off down south of us and give them some support to, ya hear?" He stared out the windows of the White House looking at the defenses being set by U.S. Army and Marines, Rangers were leaving in humvees and helicopters to go off and reinforce other sectors while SEALs and Delta got themselves ready for night ops counter attacks.

One of the German pilots came on, "Affirmative, we'll split up to hit our targets once we're in U.S. Airspace over. Use the time we buy wisely, we might not have many runs at this." The German's thick accent and tone made him sound more serious than he wanted to be, but it did the trick. If the American's weren't hopeful before, they are now.

New York City

Over New York - several harpies were mostly bored. Namely so many of them had come in force - that they had almost nothing left. Most of the high-rise skyscrapers had been taken under their control. Since none of these World Eaters could fly - nor reach the height to catch them.

In addition, their iron weapons didn't seem to be very accurate at this height. Plus if anybody did reach the higher levels to get to them - then the harpies could easily swarm and drop them over the side.

It was that arrogance - that made the harpies question several black dots quickly approaching over the horizon. Several hundred MiGs, Typhoons and even a few F-22s, that had been scrambled from Thule to join in some bits of glory.

It was that notion that caught the hundreds of nesting harpies by surprise - as missiles streaked over the skyscrapers of New York City and detonated above them. As shrapnel and debris cleaved dozens of them apart or tumbling down to their deaths. Most of the upper floors had been abandoned either way in the first year - so the pilots had no worry about civilian casualties. Plus, none of the harpies could even reach their speeds.

As even the sonic shockwave, knocked a few onto the ground - clutching their ears. Over the New York Bay - several depth charges were dropped, detonating underwater and having bodies soon float to the surface. Namely dealing with issues both in the sea and air.

The Americans holding off checkpoints witnessed the saving grace, "The fuck is happening Sarge!?" One man yelled out, "Those are MiGs and Typhoons, looks like they're flying with a few of our boys!" They realized that most of the ground forces were caught off guard from the sudden turn of events, squads on the ground started pushing.

After a few minutes the order finally came, "This is General Stanton, mark all targets with Red Smoke, the flyboys'll lay down the heat." by that time they've already pushed a few blocks up. They started marking priority targets, such as hard points and strongholds, some parts of the subway had to be marked so that tunnels would collapse right on top of the enemy.

A Typhoon wing with German pilots were carrying experimental weapons for field testing, "Target verified, coming around for a missile strike." His wing split off to hit individual targets. He lined up the shot and fired one missile, it was called the White Phosphor Missile Delivery System, the pilots called it the Firebomb. It screamed into the ground, first releasing white fine dust, seconds later flames lit up from one end of the subway to the next station. Several other runs were successful in delivering their hot payload. The city started to smell like bacon coming from the subway, any survivors were short lived with flesh practically burning through the bone slowly. Rangers in the city gave one comment "Let 'em burn", it was something they said to remind them to save ammo, anyone caught in the flames was a goner.

The MiG's soon targeted the three Siege Beasts outside of the New York City - namely which had prevented much if any American reinforcements from punching through. No matter how thick one' hide or muscle was - they couldn't do much, against a tank-buster exploding in their face and soon enough - having the near skyscraper-high elevants collapse ontop of the orcs.

Washington D.C

"THIS IS ODA FOXTROT! The freaks are disengaging from New York! We've got 'em on their heels!" cheered one Commander, over the radio-line with D.C Command Bunker - outside, the members of Task-Force Reaper soon began their precision targetting of various Tier Red targets. Namely, those which needed to be dealt with to give the ground forces a fighting chance.

"We've got incoming signatures approaching D.C..." A Delta Force Operative kept his radio in one-hand and a laser targeter on one huge Siege Beast. It didn't take long, for the hunk of meat to explode into pieces.

"MASKS ON! MASKS ON!" he yelled, as soon enough - the Invader Encampement at the center of Washington D.C was soon hit with a specialized gas - dropped by the fly-boys. Namely - it had been developed by the EEC. As it was like tear gas - only more potent against the orc' physiology, namely as the amount of saliva produced by the body would almost choke some orcs.

"ALRIGHT PEOPLE! SWEEP AND CLEAN!" commanded Delta One - as their mixture of Tier One Units soon moved in and started clearing Washington D.C. Easily able to fight the orcs - now that most of their physical strengths were neutralized.

The Typhoons made a pass over the White House and several of the monument buildings, the Americans had set up strong points in an attempt to draw the enemy into the fields where the jets can have an easy pass over them. "THIS IS TRITON COMPANY REQUESTING IMMEDIATE FIRE SUPPORT OVER ON THE WASHINGTON MONUMENT!" the Typhoons, made a round about, the F-22's have already gone and laid down their gun runs. The Washington monument, a marble structure, was surrounded by Rangers and Marines in dug-in entrenchment.

The Typhoons locked on and let loose. Several anti-personel missiles and cannon rounds peppered the ground with explosions, shrapnel, and bullets. They made a recon pass, when the MiG's came in for their run, it seemed that many of the Green Buffoons took the bait and poured out of the city to fight the entrenchments. The Jets made several passes, each time taking a considerable chunk of the enemy force out of comission. Soon the radios started crackling again "REAPER ACTUAL, REAPER ACTUAL - TYPHOON WINGS ONE THROUGH FOUR ARE BINGO FUEL AND ARE OUT OF AMMO. WE ARE RTB TO RE-ARM AND REFUEL OVER!"

"No. We've got fat elephant coming in," replied on Russian MiG pilot, a rather cursing woman by the name of Valentina Tsernova. Namely the curse-word for a Siege Beast.

"No missiles over here. All out-" replied a German Typhoon Fighter. As that command was repeated several times over, by the rest of the squadron. Anybody whom had the ammunition was likely already hitting other spots over the American Continent.

"Fucking heck. Tell command, I'll be staying longer here," replied Valentina.

"Anything to your relatives?"

"Don't have any. All were dead-beats. Home is gone too. Might as well, try here..." she spoke - before strapping herself in and soon. Engaging the afterburners and then, pulling the eject. As the MiG soon flew and smashed into the Siege Beast - making it bleed heavily, and combined with the jet fuel soon catching on fire. Giving the creature a rather painful way to die.

As irony would have it - she hung in the sky and the air currents would carry her to the nearest US Army trench - rather landing straight into it. Spouting curses in Russian as she soon unhooked her chute.

The Rangers that were in the trenches saw the whole event, "Corpral Mathews, Private Sanchez, give covering fire for the lady, I need the rest of you to cover the left flank! We got another wave of Greenies comming in!" M249's and M60's started laying down heavy covering fire for the Russian pilot as she ran straight into the cover of the trench.

"So, bombing America... Was it like you imagined?" Joked one private as he fired off a few M4 rounds into an Orc running towards the trench. The man who was giving orders earlier barked back at the private, "Jenkins, shut your damn mouth and focus on killing these S-O-B's! Think with your dick later!" Jenkins, a bit embarassed at what his sergeant said and the fact it was eliciting a few chuckles made it abundantly clear that he was a virgin. "Right Sarge..." He weakly said as he stopped making small talk and focused more on firing and defending their position.

The Sergeant looked at Valentina, "Uh... Miss..." he struggled to talk and shoot at the same time, but he got a look at the I.D. tag on her flight suit, "Valentina... I'm beginning to... Notice... That the jets are... Retreating." Each pause swinging his gun to another position to bring its sights onto another enemy combatant, "Reloading!" he announced, he sat in the trench getting a mag out. "I never thought that Russia would bomb America to help it... Never thought this day would come..." He put in another mag and cocked his rifle, "Fallback positions in the Lincoln Memorial with the SEALs and Marines, be prepared to run miss our lines are thin, and reinforcements won't come till we get D.C. or New York secured."

Most of what the Sergeant got in reply, was simply a spring of curses - that were muted for being mostly in Russian. But what he heard, likely told him - that the young woman now stuck in America didn't like it either.

As she soon pulled out her own weapon, namely an AKS-74U. Or to a regular American, it looked no different than a regular Kalashnikov. As she soon got up and started firing as well - better than the Privates he had with him. In addition, her rounds compared to the others were also incendinary. As she laughed at the image of one orc soon having its leather tunic catch on fire.

Then came the attempt by some of the goblins to run in - she merely pulled out the bayonet attached to her flight suit and stabbed one thing in mid-air. Then prompted to smash it with her boot several times and spit in its dead face. "Cyka..."

"Alright..." The Sarge said somewhat amazed, one of the other trenches signaled, "Retreat order! Lincoln memorial! Link up with Alpha hardpoint!" The Sarge signaled back, "Inform command that we have one of the Russians with us! Crashed her Jet right into a big elephant!" A shout back in response, "Roger that!"

The company of marines and rangers on the Washington monument picked up their gear and started to abandon the temporary entrenchment. "Let's move Rangers!" the pilot seemed to step in with the squad, the Sergeant took note of the Russian's skill in killing the Orcs. It indicated that she and perhaps even her people have been fighting these things with much more efficiency than the U.S. had been.

The bombings would continue in America whenever the Jets got the chance to Refuel and Re-arm, but it was only a matter of time before Thule base gets discovered. They launched every chance they got attempting to buy time for the Americans to organize themselves. The Germans offered to drop in troops to assist but then retracted its offer after a string of offensives launched by the Orcs on the Germanic trench line started to cause a bit of trouble. Unfortunately this was all they could do for now.

Their little ally, while small now - would continue to help inform the United States of the larger picture outside their borders. In addition, she had something more valueable than that - information. As the fighting would be going on for years - she was sure, that the Americans, as over-hyper as they were, could use some actual data on their enemy.

Battling Ashes

Statue of the world

After the eventful eight months of the war, new nations and other various creatures have joined the crash between one another, all of them with their own various agendas and ideologies but, all of them operate under the same goal, of saving their own worlds from complete destruction. As the war continues its deadly grind between the two worlds, aspirating warlords and upstart leaders starts to operate in the shadows. Rallying the populous to rebel and start their own nations from the ashes of what was once great nations.

Most of legacy's officials and militia had vanished from the surface of the earth, abandoning the few surviving academic cities to those that were too late for the large-scale evacuation that the remnants of legacy conducted on the background. The UN lost most of their leadership and cooperation between nations have crumbled the capabilities of the organization, leaving most of the surviving members of its security council to declare their own nations in south America. Using the infrastructure of the prevalent drug nations of the past to good use though some of them have turned to piracy and banditry, most nations have operated as temporarily governments to round up and save as much as they can.

Modern Major Event

As the radios blare out its usual schedules programs or to static. But, after a few minutes a morse code like transmission can be heard with it. After listening closer to it a simple but, dreadful message continuously on a loop saying “Help, Beijing, underground.” The Morse code translates to, continuing to this day hiding away from human ears until for some time.

At the same time various plants and small kinds of new creatures have shown themselves and have prospered around certain areas in the gate. One of these plants are a tree that has silver ores growing in its trunk and many more strange plants and animals all of wish has its own various kinds of special properties.

Europe

In Europe the number of armies have decreased in size and equipment, siege beast have greatly decline of the siege equipment that they used to carry and ride on. Because of this Europe was able to rebuild itself but, as the orcs, avian, and other dwarfs used everything in their power to fortify and lock down, desperately keen on keeping their captured cities.

And then it happened a large stampede of various large creatures suddenly emerged from the gate from large elephants to bizarre looking hostile creatures, the sizable rampaging creatures were followed by a large orc contingency right behind them.

China, beijing

Rebel cells and other survivor’s groups in what was the capital of china have broken down in relationship. Fragmenting and destroying any means of establishing a unified front against the monsters that have defiled their once proud nation. As different ideologies and other factors have led to infighting between them. While the orcs still controlled the city as a whole, various resistances have popped up around and inside the city.

The largest of all of these fractions were the ones calling themselves the people's republic which uphold the various policies and ideology, the old government had before its fall. The second largest were the new republic of the people, which follows a different path that is vastly different from the people's republic, called eastern democracy.

Africa

The African front was almost lost to the monsters, but was saved under the joint forces of the UN and the warlords scattered in the continent, repelling and holding the monsters from going even further into the mainland, though there are several large gaps in their defenses they were still able to hold and fortify key locations. The cooperation between what was once enemies have boosted the morale of the people and the various UN officials. But, what they don't know was one UN official was plotting behind their backs, gathering the support of aspiring warlords for the unification of Africa.

In some part of Egypt, the siege worms are punching through the defenses of its army and the various station UN troops in the region, slowly getting pushed by the combine force of orcs and the siege worms, the UN and the Egyptian army had to fall back to one of their strongholds near Suez Canal.

Philippine, Manila

The Katipunan in the Philippine's was making several attempts to connect and establish connections with the rest of the world but, to no avail as signal for their phones and other electronic devices doesn't seem to work. Looking at how much the orcs have transformed the city have disgusted them as large waste pits and other buildings seems to destroy the scenery in the capital and its monuments. Like the grandstands in Clark air base was now a dumping site to all Orc and Shoties waste.

Soon, after scouting the nearby neighborhoods near their compound, a few military caches and survivors were recovered by the growing resistance group in manila, though it was still weak to act in its own, this was the first signs of hope for the group, as more members meant that they were becoming stronger and more establish.

"Sir, we received word that theirs a small camp just outside of manila." She said reporting the find. "I'm going to escort them back here." She continues receiving a agreeing nod in response. "Good luck, Tina be safe." He said with a proud look as she leaves closing the door softly before she leaves. "May God keep you safe." He said as the door slowly closes.

Just outside of the compound, a small task group of the Katipunan's volunteers have gathered near an APC, All in all the force was just a small group of 6, with the driver, four gunners and the leader of the group. "Sorry, I took so long." She said as she enters the APC, After a minute or so the engines starts up and with it the red gate opens, letting the vehicle escape into the streets of the ruined city.

Fantasy world

Mother’s Stone

Mother's Stone was one of the well-known cities of the orcs, built upon the skull of an earth giant, the city had a barbaric and at the same time civilized look to it. This was where the orcs would gather and discuss various things like declarations of war, peace treaties, and other various political function. referred to as the unofficial capital of the orcs, the city was packed with activity but, now only a few orcs take to the streets and the stalls that used to house meat and vegetable was now non-existent. While also the earth crawlers, the cities primarily source of income was incinerated, when one of the pillars of lightnings narrowly missed the city.

Despite luckily surviving from the natural calamity, the city has been slowly decaying as each second, a citizen flees to the gate where they don't have to worry about the still eminent threat of the pillars of lightning roaming around the surface. All that's left were the orc nobles and loyal orc war bands that have lost much in the first stages of the war. A small council was inside the great halls of the city and with it most of the orc nobles that are tired of the war and the shamans relentless suicide campaign.

The council was held under the old eyes of Theren the great, an orc warrior that led the orcs in the war against the elves and overlooked at his kin survival for the many centuries to come, despite his legendary statue it was evident that his time would come so aside from the war effort talks of his heir was opened. Around the council several orcs that wore different clothing and accessories were arguing on what to do with the war effort and if the nobles should put a stop to it all.

"We are losing too much, and we have gained so little." one of them begins. "Those loses are small compared to what we can achieve." another argues and then so fore and so on and despite the running of time no one was able to get a one up between the other, so tired with the futile effort their glare at Theren, The only orc on par with the shaman and also the guardian of the title of the king of warriors. His death was soon and however gets his spot would ultimately choose the direction that they would take.

After a while

The various clan lords have met up in secret forging partnership and alliances under the back of the others as they believe that the shaman is right and that the modern humans are the world eaters and they must be destroyed.

Mexico

In mexico a horde of animal morphs are making their way to the US trampling and crushing the meagre force that tried to block entry to the nation. Creatures that are ranging to three stories tall to the size of a normal human, these stampedes are threatening to flank the humans that seems to be defending against the orcs on the east and west.

Soon, after the charge the horde stopped after seeing a small orc band in front of them, the orcs have raised their weapons which was a big mistake. "RARIANS WE HAVE AN ENEMY!" One of the Minotaurs yells out as they horde continues, charging into the unprepared mob, crushing, breaking, and severing bones. While the smaller ones starts hacking limbs and heads. It didn't take long before the one sizable mob was reduced to a red stain on the ground.

After the display of power, the horde continues their match to either claim land or to loot but, since their wants hasn't been discovered due to their aggressive nature, other modern humans do not go near them because of this trait of theirs.

third wave.

Road to unification mini RP

The road had been hard and rocky - the people whom had been fleeing from one location to another. The monsters that had entered Japan - once some kind of gate had opened in Sendai. After which most communication started to get harder and eventually cease all-together. Then came the monsters, beasts not even folklore could imagine - and they killed. Killed like wild animals and didn't stop - not when faced against the Clans or the Daimyos in the Northern lands. The current group had just entered Aomori. Some talking and hoping that perhaps they could reach the northern tip and maybe sail for Ezo.

How ironic it was, that the will of the Kami favored their northern 'cousins' in such a way. People whom had a hundred years ago been nothing more than simple hunters and wild men. How they of Yamato - had thought themselves so above the Americans, the Koreans, the Russians, the Chinese. Then they got greedy and the Heaven' lance speared the land asunder - their Emperor dead and all of his most loyal men and advisors. In that single moment - they were reminded of humility.

In the years of the Cold War - they fought against each other like animals, while the Ainu - once thought lower on their social ladder than even the Koreans, had prospered. Under the rule of the Soviet-system they grew several times larger - until they had enough people and arms to be a prefecture itself. While their children died in civil war or famine - the Ainu taught their own how to sing, farm, fight, and hunt.

It had been such way throughout the Cold War - then one day the Soviet Union was gone and so was the threat that hung over the Northern region. The Ainu - despite having suffered half a century of Japanese discrimination were not angry - they were even willing to accept reconciliation and aid the divided nation in getting back up. Then two decades later - this happened. Monsters.

The current group had been lucky - they had kept moving. Such happened, whenever the lands of one Daimyo fell or the man himself was killed in battle. Those that survived fled to the hills or the next safe land. Soon likely - there wouldn't be anywhere to run. "Think, they will let us in?" asked somebody - namely, if the Ainu would accept refugees into their socialist 'utopia'. Long ago the people would have fought to death to keep such a force away - now they were running towards it in hope of salvation.

"They have to." A small teenage boy replies to him, clearly still below 18 years old and visibily weak and exhausted from all the running he undergone for the past days. "I mean they would need us somehow." He follows up and like the rest went to doubting himself in the process. His answer made the others nervous and slowly losing hope.

The group by itself was composed of a total of 5 armed civilians and another unarmed 15. Armed only with a few spears and swords one of them seem to be wielding a gun that he was lucky to scavenged from the battlefield. Because of the voices of the two a small patrol of orcs was alerted to their presents, but as they kept on arguing they have failed to noticed the incoming threat as an arrow went straight into the chest of one of them.

"THE ORCS ARE HERE!" One of them yells in panic as the group started running, the orcs started chasing the weak group picking off the armed, severing limbs and heads from their bodies. Soon, shots were fired into the charging orcs, killing one of them before the gunner gets overwhelmed by them. The boy started running as fast as he can, not looking back to see if the others were still alive.

"You shall hear hear thunder....and remember us...." whispered Ayai, as they saw the sight and soon - in unison seven SKS' fired off and suddenly the heads of four orcs exploded. While one other died due to several shots into his neck and shoulder area - to make it bleed out.

As both the orcs and civilians saw the figures of armed soldiers appear from within the hiding brush several meters away - almost hidden like ghosts due to the early morning fog. The humans didn't need to reload, unlike the dwarven blunderbusses and they took aim once more. Killing off the orcs, that were upon the unfortunate civilians - killing off most of those, that wanted to go after the unarmed ones.

"The sky a crimson red...."

As expected, one of the orcs raised its sharp staff - and several abominations soon charged off at the soldiers. Whom didn't make any movement to flee - while the civilians could soon hear the sound of something familiar. Horses. As the young kid soon saw - a dozen horseback riders charge past him at the orcs.

Before the orcs could realize the deception and the fact that their archers had been first killed off. It was too late. As the mainlanders once saw the roar of men charging into battle - and the last thing the orcs shaman and few warriors saw was the sharp end of several dozen spears being smashed into their vulnerable parts.

The abominations that charged into the fog were then with a quick swipe slashed in half by the Captain of the group - with a sharp blade, and in less than a minute the entire battle was over. As the hidden soldiers soon started to appear from within the fog - yet they were not Daimyo or Imperial soldiers.

The civilians cheered in celebration, thanking the soldier for saving them but, by the time the battle was over eight men lay in silent in the ground and another 3 were injured where one was heavily injured while the other two had suffered minor damages.

"Thank you so much." He and the others give thanks to the soldiers. "Are you the Ainu!?" one of them excitingly said as they stare with hopeful eyes. "More importantly are you going to take us in?!" another follows up, making the crowd look in anticipation.

They soon got their answer upon seeing Captain Ayai - the heavy tattoos on her face and hands, marked her an Ainu hunter - and a rather adept one at that, since she had more than enough markings on her body to prove it. Carrying on her back, was a sheathe for a katana - namely an Imperial Officer' sword. Likely a war trophy from long ago - yet still sharp as ever and caked in the blood of abominations.

As the woman soon spoke up. "Sadly no. We are not here to rescue-" she stated - her Japanese slow but understandable, likely crushing some spirits, before reigniting them with her next words. "-we are here to cleanse. The mainland of these filth and make sure they don't threaten Ezo. If you wish, we can take you to our staging ground."

The faces of the men lighted up with her answers, filling them with hope and igniting the passion of nationality back in their hearts.

"HEAR THAT." One of the shouts out passionately. "WE ARE GOING TO TAKE BACK OUR HOME!" He continues with pride as the others cheer happily in liberating and saving their clan. As sense of duty was seen in their eyes, and above hope that they can save their families at last from the savages that took their lands.

Captain Ayai rolled her eyes in reply to that, leave it to the mainlanders, to go from desperate refugees to eager warriors seeking glory. "Alright move it. We don't have all day," she called, as the civilians were soon back on the road. The bodies of their own carried by the Ainu - while the orc ones had been set and left to burn.

An hour later of walking, they would soon reach the city of Aomori. Which was home to one of the last Daimyos in the region. While also having numerous forces from Ezo present. “Form and orderly line. Sign up. You will be then designated where to go. If you’re hungry, there are several people servicing at the moment. Do so, after signing yourself in..."

The men quickly filled up the forms and started grabbing a meal after, falling in line and getting a well needed rest and a chair to relax on. "Can't believe that we have the option to go and take back our homes from them." One of them said clearly happy and excited. "Yep they aren't so bad after all." one of them comments with the aid that their getting. "I don't know with you but, I might be a lord with land after all of this is done." another joke around bring well deserved cheers and laughter for the once hopeless group.

"Still pops would be glad knowing that were taking the fight back to them." someone in the group said bring back reality back to them mentioning the lost that just suffered a while back.

The First steps

Collab between @Hael Ignis and @Wildman13

Within the Gate's caverns. The Arceae camp stood, in peace except the camp area of the Royals. With Iana leading the first scouting group, another begins to head out aswell to one of the three gates.

"Sis. is this truly necessary?" Grimm spokes in a worried tone. He held his tome tightly as he watched his sister pack a few of her belongings. She then turned to him with a serious yet sullen expression.

"Iana went out. the second scout group should have someone close in terms of reliability." Moore retorted, she was serious about heading into the gate. Part of it was her plan, the queen just led the first scout group and now another group is supposed to send out.
"Moore. Im sure a different Kain could handle it." Cainhurst replied as he too, watched the female twin packing. Despite the worried tone, he helped her packed as a sign of good will. A small bag that resembled a large pouch, containing Several tomes. Her Short sword which she had kept sheathed to her side and lastly. Her Cloak.

"Do you guys not trust one of your Head Tacticians?" Moore spoke with a sarcastically sad tone and expression, putting puppy eyes to good effect as she gained the favor of Cainhurst who had just said "I do trust our tactician's." as if trying not to pick sides between the puppy eyed sister and the pouting brother.

"No way..." Grimm sighed, deciding to give up. acknowledging that he is now without a favor, against the stubborn sister. However, He had opted to go with her. Despite not liking entering unfamiliar lands last known to have attacked creatures of the world, he didn’t want to leave his sister nor his queen out alone.
"Grimm. The kingdom can’t run with Cainhurst alone." Moore replied as she decided to embrace her brother. Of course, the three knew this sentiment and Cainhurst joined in their embrace. The plan is incomplete without necessary info, the months spent in the caverns were survivable, but a breath of fresh air was needed. And as such, Moore said her farewells. Taking with her a Younger Deamon and Exhile as companions, then a bagon and Serphentine. out into the unknown.

Outside the gate, you were greeted by the ruins of a city the likes you have never before seen before, as buildings soaring high up into the sky above, and roads that were made of glass displaying image after images of goods and services that have never before seen in your civilization. Soon, it was evident what caused its collapsed as orc, dwarven, and human corpses litters the streets. clearly there was no winner as the city was no longer the lively city it was but, now a shadow of its former glory as the fires still burns engulfing a few more buildings nearby.

The stench of decay and rot dominants the air suggesting that the battle occurred some time ago and the most perverse art that happened was the discriminably killing of anyone regardless of who they are, as with the orcs that they have brought their young with them and with the humans where their children holding tightly their families. But, all of them are now equal as the dogs chew on them spreading out blood and gore everywhere filling the streets again with the history that those that rest now witness.

You hear a faint sound coming from the subway station below you, the faint sounds of footsteps and the clanking of iron, and the faint sound of something roasting, it smells like meat but from what you don't know. Looking down to it a small glimmer of light can be seen.

As the small scout team arrives at the other side of the gate, the look of horror becomes scattered on the faces of the Exhile and Deamon. One that leaves them both speechless. Moore kept calm and had immediately moved towards the corpses.

"Antal. Mind bringing me one of each body?" She spoke as if normal. Despite the kingdom's power and training, the sight of what is presumed War may have been more chaotic to some but. One of the head tacticians knew how dire circumstances can get. The Deamon had picked up a orcs, dwarves and humans of all shapes and sizes.

"Seems any non-human is an outsider. Considering the differences in what little bearing each have." Moore conducted a series of inspections on the clothes and belongings of each, finding a distinct style difference between the humans and Non-humans. As she continued pondering the mechanics on both sides, The Exhile had picked up a few things that had looked usable.

"A few other-worldly trinkets might be good." The exhile girl mumbled to herself as she picked up a few items that seemed to be in working condition. As the Exhile girl seemed to find these a fun thing to have, Moore and the Deamon had investigated the so-called trinkets. But didn’t have much luck aside from the cartridge and trigger systems that was in them. Then there was the sound and smell that caught the attention of the three in which they decided to check out.

"Levis, surdus, occultatum." Moore chants with clear mind, she turns herself and her two allies invisible, with their steps making naught a sound. The nearby dogs seemingly skipping them as if they could not smell, see nor hear them. Of course, the three did their best not to step too close as they needed the "untouching" effect to be at its maximum if in case something were to happen with the station. With the Female twin now leading the way at the forefront, the three continue into the station of the voiceless.

The tunnel was dim and dark though, mirrors and other iron background can be seen decorating the tunnel, with a huge tunnel just right outside the platform they were standing on. The smell was horrendous, as the small fire in the middle was actually cooking the rotten remains of weirdly armored and armed humans while the area was filled with starving goblins feasting on the remains of what was left of them.

While they were guarding what seems to be a giant armored wagon on the tunnel, a group of the modern humans were still inside, and it seems that they were destined for dinner for the goblins as the goblins looks with hungry eyes and watery mouths. they stalk them waiting for them to open the doors letting them inside. But, while they stare at one another, the fire slowly starts to spread slowly.

Still the entire scene was gruesome as heads, body parts, and guts decorate the large tunnel and repainted the wall in deep red. The and the perpetrators was just in front, looking forward to the cowering looks of their soon to be victims, helplessly waiting for starvation or for them to get in.

With the dimness of the station opposing the team to go through under "normal" circumstance, the sister begins to give out orders as they draw near to the scene. With the sight before them, the exhile had not taken it lightly as well as the Deamon who knew that invading ones home with ill intent was not one of courtesy.

"Ad oculos aperire. Pauca caveto." Moore spoke with a clear tone, and as if a switch. The two knew what to do. The Deamon had taken out a lute as he strummed the first note, the exhile girl had broken out of concealment and made the first move. Her wings letting her soar a meter or two upwards and quickly moving her to a dive kick that knocks down the goblin with ease.

"Remember the plan. Grant." Moore continues, aiming her words towards the Deamon bard whose playing was affecting the capabilities of the Exhile and the Rucier. Iris did not let starving goblins close to the door, using her physical strength and magical aptitude to keep them at bay.

As the first goblin gets hit, the surrounding goblin noticed releasing a loud cry that echoes throughout the tunnel network. After the echo has traveled to a certain distance numerous of the same cry, returns your location as the sound of countless footsteps can be heard getting closer and closer. A horde of the goblins are coming their way.

The humans’ panics as the adults ordered the children to hide under the seats while the others try everything they can to fortify the doors, while they can be seen outside by the light the emanates from the ceiling of the structure. The goblins in bay smiled as they hear their reinforcements getting closer. One of humans urges the daemon to get inside as he pulls out the barricades and opens the door. but, the others beat him down trying to make him close the door. "GET IN HERE." He said as the crowd continues to beat him down but, the man endures the beating as he holds the door.

The moment the cries started, and smug faces arrived on the faces on those Iris fought. Moore had deduced that if there were other encampments nearby, they would attract their troubles. However, the same cannot be said for the group closest to them. And if there weren’t other camps, then this was an unnecessary danger. Nonetheless. There seemed to be quite a large sum of goblins which would tire Iris. Moore pondered on how to beat goblins as Iris happily thrashed waves of goblins by using other goblins as weapons despite not being all that bigger. Grant's playing went from a subtle tune to a higher action one that let Iris become more ecstatic fighting.

"Iris, please round up all the goblins. Grant, keep up the work." Moore told them as she approached the man. Her smile towards him looking abit sadistic as she stepped closer.

"non legere memoria!" She chanted with a smile and a flick on the forehead of the man who held the door open. Doing so, she could quickly learn the language of the people or at least what they use. She then turns to them with the chaos behind her being made by Iris.

"Close the door, we will come in later. Please do not be alarmed nor leave. If all possible, try not to do the latter." Moore ordered calmly, a smile half sincere and half sadistic as complex magical circles started to appear, and her book automatically being flipped. Using force from her magic, she makes the man let go and closes the door.

"back to work then." She mumbled as circles still kept coming, her cat ears now popping up and twitching. Grant's playing now causing the goblins to have their attentions focused at Iris whilst Moore re-activated her concealment spell on herself.

"Grant, be free to switch with Iris once she starts tiring herself." She ordered, Grant simply nodding as he kept strumming.

The people look in awe as the girl takes on the seemly numberless waves of goblins head on, seeing that the goblins are occupied by the warrior the men hatched a plan to power up the train so that they can finally leave the cursed monster filled tunnel. "The train news power to start." The conductor responds as he starts fiddling with the controls but, to no avail as it displays insuffienct power. "In the tunnels ahead, there is an emergency switch that would allow the train to function." The conductor continues to explain even further pointing to a nearby tunnel just on the side of the train tracks.

The men of the group were scared as even with the warrior there was still a lot that can go wrong as the goblins keeps on attacking her in endless waves, not demoralized by their losses and there was the other problem of encountering them when they are in the tunnels. "I volunteer." The worried looks of the group was broken with the volunteer. "I got us in this mess, I have to get us out of it." The man that was holding the door earlier said. "Ok, I'm going too then." A dark-skinned man said as he steps us with him, once was nervous was now gone as he stands with him. Then after some time two more joined up with him. Now they stand on the door waiting for the time to execute the plan.

The train itself didn't have any wheels or any kind of indication of how it would function or travel, and soon the volunteers of the group charges on the bodies of those that have fallen to the goblin quickly grabbing what seems to be weird twisted rods or slabs of iron and other various object that they can use in getting to the tunnel and power up the generator long enough for them to escape.

As the plan kept going, Iris attracted more and more goblins to her along with the Deamon's song. Moore had noticed the uproar happening as soon as she closed the gate, causing her to rush her spell. Grant was almost to the end of his song, which gave the signal for Iris to leave. With a single glance between the three, Iris jumped upward, and grab hold onto one goblin with a single hand. Grant played a small tune that had paralyzed everything and everyone in the vicinity except himself and Moore who had magical circles on her forehead move above the goblins, looking like a complex gear and with a roar, magical arrows rain from the ceiling in a flash. Finishing off a majority of the goblins. She could not risk the enclosed space collapsing and came to the conclusion that a modified Magical arrow rain spell mixed with a paralysis in a large area was sufficient.

"Grant, please be ready to play." Moore spoke as he stopped the paralysis. The dust created from the arrow rain, she waited for it to settle, two magical circles still remains on her, turning like gears behind her.

"What about the humans?" Iris howled from the ceiling, her magic surpressing the goblin she held in an attempt to keep it alive.

"Protect them perhaps?" Grant suggested in a rather calm tone.

"Yes. We need information. Good work by the by." Affirming the next move, Moore gives a thumb up to Iris for thinking about keeping the goblin alive. As for the people who had decided to move, she had decided to observe them.

"I shall go with them. You too keep up the good work." Moore told them as she was ready to use a spell on the goblin, but decided to wait for it. Since Iris is keeping him in check. As soon as the humans started grabbing things and running, Iris blocks their way and Moore steps towards them.

The men continued with their goal, getting to the sleeping generators. "What do we do!?" one of them said as he panics quickly guarding the entrance of the room.

"Don't worry." one of the larger build of them said as he starts working on it pulling out wires, cutting them and finally connecting them.

As he fiddles with it, the light of the station lights up, scaring the goblins away retreating back ever deeper into the tunnel.

The train starts raising ten inches from the ground, and slowly makes its way to the tunnels, in front of it slowly gathering speed in even minute.

At this time the men have started to run to the vehicle barely catching it before it accelerates faster and faster. grabbing the railing before it was too fast for them to get to but, before one of them was able to secure his hold he falls off.

The three watch the train go, Iris steps aside as to not get hit. But as for the one that fell. Moore chanted a quick spell that had frozen the man that had fallen, left alone by his own companions. Grant picks him up and the three ties up the goblin and the human.

"It’s a shame I’m not able to talk to a larger audience." Moore says gloomily as she does one her spells that was heard once already and flicks the goblins forehead. This allowed her to "speak" in their tongue or at least transcribe her words into the tongue of the creature. Grant and Iris had checked upon the corpses to find whatever they could find useful. And to clean up the mess.

"Can you two hear me?" Moore asks them in a direct and serious manner as she crouches down to meet their gazes.

"Being bound by rope and magic, I wish to speak. But knowing your actions. One will run and the other fights. Can’t have that." She continued.

"So, hear me out. Alright?"

The goblins didn't speak any language but, it seems to be communicating through growls and gestures and it seems that there isn’t any remote or hints of intelligences as your attempts of communication ended up getting a cry and the sounds of cowering to the lights that dominants the subway.

The human seems to panicky but, for other reasons that you can't seem to place, but after a few seconds of trying to calm himself he nods in agreement.

The train wasn't in sight. "What are you?" The man curiously asks as he looks at you and the carnage that you have bought upon.

Moore takes the growls and such to consideration and instead, casts something towards the goblin. Her intent being clear that she wishes to gain information as much as she could, but fairly dislikes this method. With hand on its forehead, she begins her search.

"non legere memoria, quaero" She chants and see's the memories of the goblin of how they came here, what they did and what they want to do.

"That’s good enough." She says to herself before putting her hand away, and due to this spell. The goblin would find itself in a Coma. She then turns to the human and decides to talk, moving to him at walking speed. Sadly, the magic binds prevent him from moving.

"Now, what am I you ask?" She says, putting her index finger on her chin and making an aloof expression.

"I am Moore. A Rucier and Head tactician to the Kingdom Arceae in what you call the fantasy world." She explains, not minding whatever expression the human would have. Surely the others would have a sense of pity or humanity but, Moore is a tease and somewhat sadistic in nature. Despite being good in nature as well.

The memories of the goblins offers close to no or a few trinkets of information as it shown, the ground cracking in half and waves of molten lava emerging from the ground devouring land and the homes of the goblins in one go, soon seeking for salvation the goblins climbed as fast as possible to get to the surface joining with the orcs and their large siege beast and with the sheer number they had, they flooded into the gate shattering and emerging from the other side where carnage and chaos ensured and the screams and death of the humans dominants the air.

The human looks at you with a slightly akwards look blushing, "I'm Morgan Tanner." He said introducing himself to her as he looks at her with admiration, and at the same time fear as he stares at her sadistic look and personality. "I'm single." He awkwardly said lost in though.

Moore would only look at him with piercing gazes as she scanned him. There were three things in her mind that she felt needed answering the most and would let him go after. A scout’s mission is to scout after all.

"I didn’t ask that. I will ask what I want to know." Moore says, this did not seem important to her now as she was not one to make the concrete decisions. She stands up and paces herself back and forth. With the two behind her almost finishing.

"One. WHAT are you?"

"Two. What happened?"

"Three. What did your people do before this incident?”

She spoke clearly and firmly, with her right hand holding onto a book of sorts on the side of her waist. She seemed ready to do something.

Realizing what he had just done, he quickly tries to change the subject. "I'm human." He said unsure on what to add with it. "and as you can see I do human things." he said quite blaming himself for his lame attempt to explain himself. "And to what happened?" He suddenly tries to remember what happened, and soon things like screams and yells, to soldiers getting overwhelms and lots and lots of running popped out of his head. "Um I have no Idea but, I blame those monster for what happened." he replies as he tries to sound cool for her.

"And we did the unusual celebrate and party and watch what's happening with the gate in New York." he said as best as his memory can muster as running away for dear life was what he remembered doing the most in the past.

Moore took these into consideration and although she noticed the very off-putting introduction, she payed no heed. But, celebrating a gate. No doubt different as to what they did. Then again, their civilization had more population than Arceae if they didn’t count the animals.

Nonetheless, she had made her decision. Information collected and ready to depart since the place is infested with enemies, it would be suicide to continue further without abit more help.

"Grant! Iris! We're going home to report." Moore says to the two who have just finished up. Grant had a handful of human items, no doubt from Iris who seemed to carry a sack and looking very happy.

"Moore! I got a few copies just for you and Grimm. “Iris said happily, as she looked like a dog with puppy eyes and a wagging tail. Except there was no tail.

"I have the originals. In case you’re wondering." Grant spoke with enlargen hands, the size of at least 6 computers with his guitar strapped to his back.

"Thank you, now let’s go. Before we get flooded." Moore cuts them off and puts her hood on. A magic circle appears in front of the three. One as large as an elevator door. But complex in design.

"Thanks as well Sir. Tanner. May you live." She bids farewell as Grant and Iris walkthrough, humming along to one of the songs Grant played. Moore turned and passed through after them, the circle would close in 2 seconds.

"what about me?" The man said as he is still tied up. "You can't leave me here alone." He follows slightly worried and afraid of what can happen, soon the engines start slowing down suggesting that its running out of what legacy normally uses to power them up. After a few minutes the lights dim with each second and the howls and the cries of delight of the goblins can be heard all around the tunnel.

He was scared to say the least as this could have been the end for the man, and not soon after he fell in love at first sight with the strange woman. "Please, take me with you." He begs Moore to bring him with her.

Seeing that the thing was still open, tanner charged into it leaving the goblins behind, as the lights flicker for the last time returning the tunnel back to the darkness.
