Nice to see the OOC up! I have an idea for a water/ice superhero that lives in a remote part of New Alaska (partially to be left alone by the government, partially because of his affinity for the area due to his powers, and partially to train), but I'm wondering how that would fit into the rest of the RP. Is there a particular area we'll all start at?

And no, he won't be sneezing ice cubes :-P
