Also I've edited the command structure because I was just making it to pointlessly structured. It will now just be: Captain > Lefttenant > Lances, then everyone else. Paymasters/Quatermasters are also considered 'leadership' positions.

Right now there is only one Lefttenant spot available and the captain spot is closed, but its likely that someone may be promoted relatively earlier into the RP.
