[indent]Liam stands at approximately 5 foot and 4 inches, with short, pink hair that lightens at the tips. He has a slim frame, though not lacking in muscle, and his light, clear blue eyes are beset with an unblemished, handsome face, and particularly emotive facial expressions. Contrary to said looks, he has a distinct tendency towards nondescript clothing, bearing no logos nor distinct brands, and his wardrobe is made up mostly of tshirts, jackets and jeans. [/indent]

[indent]Liam possesses the self titled ability [i]Puppeteer[/i], a term coined from his interrogations, after being referred to as the Puppet Master. In its most simplistic of senses, Puppeteer is the complete control of anything that could be feasibly considered a puppet. These dolls can be controlled from afar, can shadow and copy their master's actions, or act autonomously. They are incredibly flexible, able to perform feats easily that humans would find impossible without severe damage to their bodies, have strength relative to their size, have somewhat clunky movements but can do most anything a human can, and can be used as a conduit for speech. They can also function after receiving mortal damage, and needn't rely on their user's survival to continue functioning - the only way to destroy them is to completely obliterate their bodies.[/indent]

[indent]Contrary to what his traumatic past might lead one to believe, Liam is a very lively, sociable person, both easily excitable and easily pleased, with a childish and energetic streak to his name. Though, despite that energetic facade he isn't the kindest person, and can be somewhat selfish, and in the most extreme of circumstances sadistic, and cruel, deriving pleasure from traumatising his opponents and tearing them slowly apart with his puppets. To make up for his inability to talk due to the experiments, his expressions and body language are particularly emotive, however he often times uses his dolls as a communication method.[/indent]

[colour=hotpink]Bio:[/colour] 
[indent]Liam was born to a into a nuclear family, to a mother, father, and older sister. The parents were doctors, and leaders in their field at that, having met over the work and found common ground, leading to love, marriage, and eventually joint research resulting in great developments and a comfortable life for the family. And for quite a while, they did live comfortably. But unbeknownst to the two children, money started to run thin as their research did. They couldn't produce new products, new papers, and so the family gradually fell into bankruptcy. Or at least, they did. Until they managed to convince the board they worked for to grant them money for one final experiment, one final chance at redemption. Everyone had heard the stories of people with superpowers, right? But what if you could give them to people?

So that was what they tried doing. The only problem was, the board refused to provide subjects for the experiment. They had to find willing participants in the test, or they would retract funding immediately. Despite their misgivings, they agreed on what was best. They had two children at their disposal, and they needed the funding. Luckily, the two were malleable enough, and agreed in a heartbeat to their parents request.

But what they hadn't expected was torture. Harsh, gruelling tests that pushed them to their physical and mental limits against their will. Besides that, they were treated kindly, but it didn't make up for the experiments performed. However, despite everything, in the end the experiment succeeded.

They thought. They had powers, yes, but they weren’t right. They were corrupt, downright abhorrent. Within the first few days of testing the newly discovered powers Serena died suddenly, her ability consuming her being. That was the last straw for Liam. He destroyed the lab, killed his parents and ran - and kept running - until the board caught up with him. From there he was interrogated, and subsequently send to Ms Dawson’s at age 18. [/indent]

[indent]Technically he is Walking the Line - Although he has a tendency towards the evil side of the spectrum, he doesn't consider himself good nor bad. More so, he does what aligns best with his interest, be those actions right or wrong.[/indent]
