Can his suggestion powers work in the sense of-

"Kill yourself?" 

"Ok."

If so, may I suggest possibly having it so it takes quite a bit of suggestion to get someone or something to hurt themselves?

Other than that I'd say it looks good and you can move him over. It was just a suggestion that doesn't need to be followed for approval.
