SERVANT ARCHER: Ashurbanipal, "The Last Great King of Assyria", "The God Slayer", "King of Knowledge"

Parameters
Strength: C Endurance: B Agility: B Mana: A Luck: B Noble Phantasm: A+ Class Skills:
-Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected.

-It is possible to take action even without a Master. However, to use Noble Phantasms of great magical energy consumption, backup from the Master is necessary. At Rank A, it is possible for a Servant to stay in the world for about a week without a Master.
Personal Skills:
-Having B Rank in this Skill is sufficient to lead a nation as its King/Queen. The morale of military forces he or she commands is extremely high.

-A skill possessed by those who asserted their authority over others again and again, the skill of something like a king or tyrant who suppressed rebellions and exerted their might over others time and time again. It grants wielders resistance to mental attacks/effects, but also allows the wielder to exert an "aura of authority" that is exerted onto other things and the environment in the form of intense physical pressure. Great in breaking down the environment with ease, enhancing one's physical attacks at range or in melee, or in somewhat hindering enemy movements/attacks. Cannot actually harm servants at A rank or lower, but can be used to hinder enemy movements to limited extents dependent on its rank. Requires active focus to use, and is limited to a "0-15" range on the Noble Phantasm scale. At C-rank, this skill has the power to crush cars and large motor vehicles with the user's exerted pressure alone, and more than easily crushes normal creatures like humans and mages to a pulp. Still, at this rank this skill can only slightly hinder the movements of enemy servants when applied towards them, by about 20% at most. Mental effects/attacks are also reduced by 20%. At B-rank, this skill's power allows users to break through even layers of reinforced concrete with their "pressure" alone. With maximum focus, an enemy servant' movements in general can be slowed by about 40%. However, this is still best used to amplify one's own attacks to a certain extent, whilst somewhat slowing down enemy movements/physical attacks with lesser levels of focus.

-A skill of the vengeful, for those whose wrath has been enacted back upon traitors or rebels.. The more terrible one's vengeance was upon such peoples in legend, the higher the rank of this skill. This skill reduces the damage done to the wielder by those who "betray" the wielder of this skill, "betrayal" being defined as having worked with the wielder in the function of an ally or comrade in battle to some extent at all, and then "turning" and attacking them at some point in time after having done this. In other words, a skill for lessening the damage one takes from traitorous allies or circumstantial comrades in arms. At C rank, this damage reduction sits at just 20%. At this rank even an individual who has just fought alongside or helped Ashurbanipal once in some exchange of blows or conflict will, notably, have any damage they do to Ashurbanipal recued by 60%. In other words, beware to those who betray the king, the king who many times razed armies to the ground, razed Susa to the literal ground and sowed its grounds with salt, and reduced rebellions against their rule to naught in his wake. Of course, this skill does not apply to those who are always enemies of the servant and never allied with them, who would never be affected by this skill in the first place. In fact, the way to avoid even facing this skill is to never ally with or help the servant possessing it in the first place.
Noble Phantasms:
Name: Susa, "The God-Slaying Bow" Rank: A+ Type: Anti-Divine/Anti-Army Range: 2-50 Maximum Number of Targets: 250 Description: The bow of Ashurbanipal, the "God-Slaying Bow" by which she slew the divine spirits of Elam's pantheon who were "scattered to the winds" in her wake. It is a sleek, black bow with a set of long, beautifully engraved outline of red wings stretching along its length that come from the imagery of the Assyrian king of the gods, Asshur, and is named for the city in which it assisted in the destruction of. It is a weapon that bears the feat of not only slaying divine spirits, but also destroying not only their temples but also the city's ziggurat. A weapon that bears notable destructive capabilities, especially against things with a divine make, status, or origin. When simply firing the bow, the damage its arrows do to targets is ranked-up when the arrows are coming into contact with divine objects, blessings/protections, and/or individuals with divine heritage (demigods and their ilk, essentially). However, when this Noble Phantasm is actually activated, Ashurbanipal pulls back the string of the bow, generating and then firing a shimmering golden arrow that bears the full power of this Noble Phantasm brought to bear. When fired, the arrow transforms into a beam of accelerated destructive light and prana moving at great speeds, rather similar to the beam attack of a certain "legendary sword" in this visual manner alone. This arrow's power has the property of not only doing increased damage against divine targets/objects/weapons/etc, but also bears in this case the property of "ignoring divine defenses" as if they did not exist. Something like Karna's Armor's protection, or Heracles' God Hand, would have their effects "ignored" completely by the arrow, which would directly deal damage to the servants behind these defenses as a result without the effects of such Noble Phantasms ever being accounted for.

Name: The Royal Library of Ashurbanipal, "Ancient Knowledge of the Scholar-King" Rank: E~B Type: Anti-Army Range: 0-25 Maximum Number of Targets: 5 Description: This ancient library is famous for being a sanctum of ancient knowledge, much of which was lost after its destruction and eventual excavation by archaeologists. However, this is the library in its prime, a structure that contains knowledge of divine words and other various works of history and ancient knowledge gathered up by Ashurbanipal during her reign. It is most notable, however, for its extensive library of magical spells and such at the ready for the king's use and research. Ashurbanipal can readily withdraw tablets from the great archives of her library, using a Gate of Babylon-style silvery portal she can summon, in order to access and use at-the-ready magecraft from the Age of Gods when needed. With this in mind, this Noble Phantasm is what actually qualifies her to become a Caster-class servant as well, and outside of the Caster-class makes her able to act as a "pseudo-Caster" in application. However, when actually activating this Noble Phantasm, she summons it in full as her "territory" on the level of a "temple" within a given area, and its behaves like a Caster's territory to boot for her in this case. In reality, it is far cheaper to just withdraw tablets of magic cheaply to use in or out of battle for her own needs.
Personality: Ashurbanipal holds herself with no small amount of pride as being "one of the greatest kings in the world's history", even if others would shake their heads and tell her that she was "only good for a ruined library found by the people of the future". As the king, she expects nothing short of absolute loyalty out of her master, as well as loyalty from any allies of hers. Though after her life experiences with rebellions and betrayal she has learned to keep a careful eye on others regardless. The absolute nature with which she exerts her force of will and confidence is nothing to underestimate, and at times she can be impetuous and stubborn in her attitude when she desires to do something. Yet her attitude to loyal allies is nothing but favor and goodwill, though if betrayed by the same formerly loyal allies these feelings can change in a heartbeat. Indeed her wrath when incited is a terrible thing to behold...especially if she is feeling particularly vengeful. She is willing to learn about the past, however, and others such as a certain "golden boy" are kings that have respect in her eyes after having mulled over their legends and forms of rule. Yet her side as a "king" aside, she is also a highly learned scholar of her day and age who dedicated a lot of time to learning and gathering magic into her library. She learned the divine words used to cast magecraft in the Age of Gods, she learned to write in languages that were ancient even in her time (stemming back to the time of Gilgamesh literally), and took in all she could to become a better king. For to her, being the king means that she must seek perfection in all pursuits, and learning is a thing she too carries a passion for. Though as always, to her, a king should indulge in their worldly treasures, luxuries, and sit above her people as an icon of admiration as well as being a judge to punish them for their crimes without question.
