Bio: Seth lived a not so happy childhood. His parents died when he was young because of a fire. He was sent to an orphanage where he lived till 15. When he left he met a girl that mad him fell like he was complete. When he proposed to her she said no and left him. He found out the govener of Main was sleeping with her. He snuck into his house and put a gun to his head. He was brought to prison for a double murder. When he was bright for testing he tried to kill himself but they stooped him. The experiment enhanced his movement. He was able to jump higher, run faster and have better reflexes.
