Further cementing her disappointment was the sudden and hasty dissolving of the carcass, yet this matter was abated with Diana cleaving off a leg. "Hurry, hurry, hurry already!" The verbalization of her command was entirely unneeded, as the maggots festering upon the severed limb gorged themselves and reproduced with alarmed speed, sloughing the meat from bone till not a speck was left of the former elephant. She willed the mass of maggots to her, surrounding herself in an amorphous blob of adulating carrion several times larger then herself in width and girth. It swelled as much as a show of force as it was a base response to the eerie figure she could clearly see was staring at her with unreadable fascination. As a fragment of the swarm connected to her severed socket and attempted with agonizing slowness to reform in the shape of her severed arm- a feat she was quick to forsake as a fool's errand. After all, if she could form limbs of pure maggot, she'd have no need for finding a vessel- Suparna could not shake a of the armored figure creeping upon her as the blood lust simmered within her. "Diana, can you still do that glowy dragon thing?" Suparna asked, stepping forward to join Diana while the carrion were quick to encircle their queen. "I don't think this...thing is staring just because I'm a demon. We should attack before it gets a chance to break out whatever it used to kill the elephant."
