Dewbles is normally a fairly shy creature who likes to hide at edges of ponds or lakes, tho when it is raining or at night and it's leap year they will wander out into the world picking up things they find interesting and tuck it away in their slimy body. On the rare occasion where they do become protective they will attack and literally spit you back out.

[b]Biography:[/b] 
They came in a meteorite during Earth's time period where everything lived in the water. They started out living in some caves and eating algae which helped to build up their slimy body. They continued this until most aquatic species migrated to the land and so did Dewbles, but he continued to stay near the water. Once species of frogs and more species of insects came around the started to play with them and started to try to socialize.  

They spent many decades almost centuries alone and playing with frogs and butterflies and sleeping, lots of sleeping until a small child found them one day. Dewbles was afraid and confused but the girl was present and came to the same place every day with leaves and sticks for them until they finally opened up. Once they opened up they started to play games of chase and hide n seek. Dewbles and the girl practically grew up together. One day she brought a basket to carry them around town.

[b]Fighting Style:[/b] 
Purely defensive with a few tricks and pranks since they can do many takes that would take hit points on land but in the water, they can be more on the offensive side but kinda strong. 

[b]Type:[/b] 
Slime. They can spit out little slime bubbles and whenever on the ground can be very slippery and sweet smelling, but they can put bits of rocks or plant spines into the spit bubbles to help with protection, to gain distance, or to act as a distraction. They are able to shapeshift into three different forms for three different purposes and an individual special power, the one on the left of the appearance image is the one they primarily use in buildings since it gives them the ability to fly since it doesn't leave slimy footsteps, while the one at the top right is best for climbing because of the extended leg reach, and their main is best for in water or for hiding on land in bushes or hollow fallen tree trunk. When you become angry they can take the moister some the air and increase their size to the point they are about 3 feet tall and able to eat you like a snake so that their stone can suck you in before spitting you back out cover in slime and down to half strength for a limited time (5 to 20 minutes)
