[@Old Amsterdam]The personalities couldn't split or merge, and couldnt use any of their sub abilities while under the effect. The field couldn't force them to split or reform, as it couldn't cause any Changer to switch from one form to another. It would just prevent them from switching to the default state or using any additional parahuman abilities gained while shifting.
