I'd prefer not to have any kind of power dealing with time in this story. It's not that I'm against it, but that they complicate the narrative far too much for anyone's benefit.

Unless it's postcognition (seeing the past), then I could actually think of nice ways to use it for the plot.

Either way, it seems like your character will be the last one. I'll go ahead and change the status on this to closed.
