Psych Evaluation: 
Serious, determined and utterly devoted to her job describes Jessica Chang. She’s worked with police forces for ten years, and has an excellent service record showing her rise through the ranks. She has a soft spot for newbies however, and was supposed to be a trainer for the ACPD before the S-SWAT team was established.

History: 
One of the many Asian-Americans in the land of the free, her father was a wealthy Japanese businessman who moved into the US to further the interests of his business. When his apartment was robbed, the officer who was responding was one Jane Williamson, Jessica's eventual mother. From this odd first meeting, a family would be born, and a family that would one day include officer Jessica Chang.

From the age of six, she wanted to be a police officer. She knew what her mother did and was determined to follow in her footsteps. When she graduated from High School, she skipped going to College, instead renting the cheapest apartment she could in California in order to join their police force, whose recruitment age was younger than that of her home state. After three years of working in California, she left and returned back home, straight into the waiting arms of her mother and the LAPD.

Consistently excellent service and a level head proved her to be an excellent officer, and so when a member of the SWAT was left KIA in august 2019, she was hand-picked by the force commander to take his place as resident doorkicker. By november 2022, her service had placed her firmly in the S-SWAT teams, where she made a name for herself dealing with a number of ghouls and even a golem. 

When she was 27, she moved to New Hampshire, the intention being that she would work as a trainer, and a potential force commander to the ACPD, however after the werewolf homicides, she was the top pick for commander of the new department.
