This is a Pokemon Colosseum set a few years after XD Gale of Darkness. The plot of the Role-play is a full scale battle between Cipher who have been slowly rebuilding in secret in Orre since their defeat in XD Gale of Darkness, and Team Rocket who have been forced out of both Kanto and Johto after numerous defeats by both experienced trainers and Law enforcement agencies within Kanto. Both organizations have been weakened but are still formidable in their own right. After numerous attempts, Cipher managed to recreate the infamous snag machines, including three portable versions, one of which was stolen by Team Rocket in an earlier fight. Although the public is aware that Cipher is active once again, they don't recognize them for the threat they really are and hope the two feuding organizations will take each other out. Our characters can be trainers wandering throughout Orre, Ex-criminals or even trainers from Kanto who have pursued Team Rocket, hoping to end the threat they pose once and for all.
