Gospazha (English spelling of Slavic languages is weird) can be Mrs. Or ma'am. For lady as a title you could go with Baronessa, which is obviously a baroness, or Grafinya, which is a countess. I'm looking into land owning nobility now and I'll get back to you with results. [@Draken]
