Adding a block feature is important, but with new features that get added it does become harder to code for every type of block. Messages, PMs, VMs, Statuses, Views, etc. Eventually it may be something added, but there are more pressing issues. 

[@Vesuvius00] if you do believe someone is pestering you, send one of the staff members a PM and they can look into it. We can't, however, stop someone from viewing your profile. That's their choice and with this being a public site there isn't much you can do to stop it. You can however limit the amount of information you share (to which I can see you've already done)
