Name: Madoka Sogekitora

Age: 32

Appearance: Madoka is a handsome if intimidated man standing at 5'7" and weighing in about 170 Ibs. He famously has very long white hair that he ties back into a ponytail and yellow tiger like eyes, though tout his body is red tattoos like that of a tiger. He wears traditionally Japanese clothes even out on patrol or teaching adding to his intimidating aura.

Personality: Madoka constantly aims to prove himself, be it for his responsibilities or his own arrogance. Due to this sense of competitiveness and superiority towards others he is a perfectionist tactician who can quickly gauge quirks and their applications in pro-heroing and combat and if they're a liabilities or an asset to society. Madoka views himself as a pessimistic realist he knows how reality works and how it can be cruel ans damning to those with quirk's that isn't immediately useful this leads to moment of pity for those with quirk that's isn't immediately useful.  This ruthless and pessimistic nature hides a truly empathetic and caring soul, but life has roughed him up around the edges but he doesn't care he has proved himself and he has to keep doing so and he wants to prove his students can be of use to the worlds even those without physical quirks. But strangely he is rather forgetful and seems to forget things all the time and sometimes even forget what he was going to say mid sentence but he always keeps reminders during classes and his bad memory doesn't seem to act up often in combat.

Quirk Name: Time Bubbles

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Basics: Unlike most Pro-hero Quirks Madoka's Quirk is entirely defensive and supportive in nature. Madoka create ripples in the space/time continuum around him where time works how he wants it to. Within his Time bubbles he complete mastery over its time flow from the present to 24 hours in the past!

Quirk Strengths: 
- Within his time bubbles he can reverse the state of a person or object up to 24 hours before the creation of the time bubbles.
- Nothing can go in or go out of a time bubble without Madoka's consent. Anything that forcefully tries to enter or leave are frozen within the bubbles edges until the bubble is canceled out 
-Madoka can cancel out certain quirks within his time bubble, mostly emitter and transformer type quirks (IE fire quirks can't work because Madoka can simply reverse the state of the fire and other natural elements till it was just in its base elements, and he can simply reverse somebody to their normal and or weaken state if they have a transformation quirk.)  [s]This is how he would keep students under control if he needs to[/s]
- Time bubbles can be as large as 23 feet.
- Besides the walls, Madoka cannot stop a person's movements or else their timeflow would be affected outside the time Bubbles which will cause serious harm to the person. (Will go into more detail later!)


Quirk Weaknesses: 
- Madoka has almost no offensive capability with his quirk so he has to rely on hand to hand combat and his bow for combat
-  Anything stopped by the walls of the Time bubble will move once again the bubble is down so anything dangerous flying thought the air before being stopped will go back to being dangerous
- Anything reversed to a previous state within a time bubble will go back to its original state once they leave the time bubble so all previous injuries return.
- Madoka cannot bring back the dead within his time bubble they stay dead
- Madoka cannot create too many time bubbles as each bubbles' time is halved for each new one created, one bubble has a time limit of 20 minutes. Also time bubbles are halved in size for each bubble created.
- Madoka cannot reverse or stop somebody with a mutation quirk if it hasn't manifested within the past 24 hours

Quirk Techniques: 
- Timeline clones - Madoka with enough focus in a time bubble can summon alternate timeline versions of himself to fight for him, but they return to their own timeline once when they get a hit or get hit.

- Firing Squad - Madoka can create a wall like time bubbles in front of him and he fires a bunch of arrows at it and quickly once he feels satisfied with himself cancels it out and creates a wall of arrows to attack anybody unfortunately in the way.
