[@OppositionJ]It only seemed that Judith had eldritch artifacts in her possession. It is very much enough that she has a pretty ignorant fascination with them, not knowing exactly [i]what[/i] they are, just that they're valuable and ancient. Any knowledge or experience of the eldritch/supernatural is cursory and ambiguous to the character. Steve Foster is the one who knows what really happened to them. Judith's files kept by whatever agency, Federal Law Enforcement or otherwise, would immediately ping DG's criteria with a slew of red flags seeing as she dabbles in museum curation and eldritch artifacts are dropped and whisked away from her hands regularly.

Steve Foster would ask her what she knew about the artifacts and who the buyers were. If she proved herself to know nothing- lying or not- he'd immediately take her off the kill-list and groom her as an asset for Delta Green along with the others on the mission.
