[@Azure Flame] Yea, basing his powers off of Lucario's moves, that's completely fine, though I think "Aura manipulation" could be a good umbrella term what you're going for. 
Side note: Your character's name is a little to pokemon, though I appreciate the pun, I'm gonna ask you to at least jsut change the last name.
