How does this sound then: Kyuuten and Dreadlin have been call-in additions to the team once or twice in the last few months, and with the present announcement, Illedrith will be asking them to join the team in a pseudo-permanent fashion for the forseeable future. As for team leadership, Illedrith will be pressing Dreadlin to take on a more leadership based role on the behest of Arianna in order to see him grow as part of the guild.

[@Suku] and [@Ogobrogo], do you have a particular way that you want Saeko and Pan to be fitted into the team? I have a couple of simple ideas to make it all fit if you don't have any feelings about it, but it's entirely your prerogative to be fitted in as you see fit.

For you Golem's Hand fellows, if you can't think of a reason why you'd all be working together in a team before the announcement, an easy fix is that you were simply the only four individuals entirely without a team: Vega for being...Vega, Kazue because splitting money for jobs with people would be unacceptable, Jack because his old teams despaired of him just hurling himself at every vaguely threatening person on any given job, Damian because he was late to Delsin's announcement and there was no space on any of the other teams (I dunno, there's no reason he wouldn't have a team otherwise?).

Anyway, just a suggestion, feel free to request something of the NPCs if you think their intervention would be helpful for your character/team.
