[indent]Mandy stands about five foot five with a weight of one hundred and twenty pounds. She has a very slender and petite frame that comes from her days of working out. Her light skin toned complexion comes from her ethnicity, which is a mixture of Caucasian and African American. Mandy has raven colored hair that cascades down to the middle of her back. Her eyes are a perfect hazel color but shine a pure brown color in the right amount of lighting.

[indent][color=#505050][b][u]Atmokinesis[/u][/b][/color] [sup]__[/sup] Otherwise known as Weather Manipulation, Mandy can manipulate meteorological patterns and even sense, create and shape them. She can create rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog and even change the temperature.[/indent][indent][indent][sub][b]Limitations:[/b] While her abilities may be emotion based, they can become quite unstable if she ever gets emotional. She also needs some type of atmosphere medium such as space and air for her abilities to work fully. Sometimes, she may not be able to control the weather after causing it to manifest or she cannot control existing weather patters after they have been generated.[/sub][/indent][/indent]

[indent]Much like her father, Mark Mardon or Weather Wizard, with his wand, Mandy must wear a bracelet that was actually given to her by Mark in order for her to hone her abilities. Without it, her ability might not be as functional and it will take some time for it work.[/indent]
