Nobody knew better than Mina that the quirk doesn't make the hero. She could probably beat several of the students in this class in a fight without using her quirk once, and she knew Jett must have had a similar upbringing as he was also raised by Heroes.

She kept looking at the board when Jett told her she looked as radiant as yesterday, but she smiled, albeit with a twinge of weariness about it. 'Funny,' she was thinking. 'I sure don't feel radiant physically or mentally.' Thoughts of the hug came back to her, as well as the revelation of Haruka. Mina wasn't stupid. She could see that they hadn't just been best friends forever as children. The smile was gone now. She needed to focus on the mission and stop getting distracted. She wasn't worried about Jett. He could handle himself. She was worried about the other two. In fact, she still didn't know who Tomoe was and was dreading asking the sleepy girl, on the off chance that she was right.
