He tends to be very shy and apologizes a lot; it's easy to intimidate him to the point of tears. However, he also loves to talk to those that are willing to look past his meek nature, and becomes much more lively whenever he's given a chance to speak up. Although below average in academics, Misaki is probably one of the kindest and softest students you'll ever meet, as he literally couldn't hurt a harmless fly. He has a deep deep disdain for disputes occurring between friends or allies, often trying to stop them once they start. Extremely cooperative and one to also promote teamwork, Misaki will put his life on the line in order for everyone to make it out safely. Unfortunately, Misaki also has a deep-rooted complex over being looked down on by others as being too feminine and boyish. This happened as a result of memories and experiences from his younger days where he were frequently bullied and told to act tougher due to them being rather frail for a boy. He greatly admires men and boys who are physically strong and he wishes he could be like them at times. History: The child of a woman with a mermaid quirk and a man with a quirk that could turn his body into water, Misaki lived a rather normal first four years of life, with the exception of scales and fins forming on his lower body and his hair becoming the same consistency of water. The day his quirk fully emerged was definitely a shocker to say the least. For one, Misaki's gills formed in the middle of daycare. Unaware that they were even there, the boy unconsciously tried to breathe through them, resulting in suffocation since his gills hadn't connected to his lungs yet. The daycare lady had to work fast, as she practically threw the boy into the small pond outside to help him breathe. Unfortunately as she did so, Misaki began turn into water due to the lack of oxygen, completely disappearing and leaving his clothing behind in the process. ...Let's just say it took a while to get all of the boy back. After that incident, however, Misaki has mostly been out of any danger, keyword being "mostly". Because of his Quirk and boyish features, once he got into junior high, plenty of girls and guys alike found him beautiful and charming, especially with his personality. There was a small subset of students though who hated the attention Misaki received for no reason, and constantly bullied him to make him look more tougher and less appealing. Due to the constant bullying, Misaki developed a complex for admiring boys that were stronger and more muscular than them, wanting to be like them when he got older, and despite his parents attempts to make him love himself and how he is now, he still holds this complex with him to this day.
Quirk Name: Merman Liquification Quirk Description: A mutation/transformation quirk. Gives Misaki the physiology of a mermaid (mother's side) and is able to turn his body or specific body parts into water and manipulate them accordingly (father's side). In water, Misaki is probably one of the fastest students in the class, as he can swim in impossible speeds and maneuver through obstacles in the water nicely. Even on land, with Misaki's ability to liquefy himself, he can easily change between the two states so long as he isn't distracted. When faced with an attack, Misaki can simply make that part of himself liquid in order to "evade" the attack. So long as he's fast enough, he can avoid plenty of attacks with ease. Misaki can efficiently use his water form to do any things in and out of battle. He could enter an opponent and take them out from the inside, attack opponents with his liquid hands, evade attacks and trip up opponents, and even suffocate them if he can get to their heads. Often relying on bodies of water, or foods/drinks with a lot of water content in them, Misaki's recovery rate is quick as he only needs about a minute for his body to generate more water before he can go again. Quirk Weaknesses: Misaki is pretty versatile, but his attacks are very weak, as he's better in stealth and restraining. He's more of the weak hitter, but able to hit more times than a normal person. Although Misaki can defend himself, he can't, or hasn't learned, how to defend others yet as he hasn't learned how to change the state of his liquid form, nor may he ever be able to. If he uses his Quirk too long, Misaki starts to find it hard to breath in and out of water. This is due to his body being confused as to where he's in-taking oxygen and has to regulate it between water and straight oxygen. He gets dizzy, may even faint or start to hyperventilate. It usually takes quite a while for him to recover once he gets to that state. Anywhere there is fire or extreme heat, Misaki is at an extreme disadvantage. He wouldn't be able to do anything at all.
Other: This is a character that I'm using in a different BNHA rp. Let me know if anything is wrong with this.

I like the idea of this character and their quirk so with that being said. They are accepted feel free to post them in the character tab. No, he's not arrogant, though he can be under certain circumstances. However, he is very talkative and loves interacting with other people. There are little things that could deter him from talking, one of them being when he is in class. He is a surprisingly good student with average class marks and above average physical activities from when he was a kid, even without the use of his Quirk. He tackles everything with a positive look, and knows that there is always a silver lining in every problem. Though he is not above becoming serious when the time calls for it. Friendly to a fault, Rikuo tends to warm up to people quickly even though they may not feel the same way. Though he's a good judge of character, he never calls out a villain before they actually do something villainous in fear that he may have misjudged them. Though he does become wary of those that comes off as rather evil to him, but this doesn't meant that he wouldn't approach them. Just, cautious on what he has to say. He isn't completely good, however, as the man is a rather mischievous and is prone to teasing or playing pranks on others when he has the time. It may range to perfectly harmless to potentially deadly, so he needs to be contained every now and then. Though energetic, Rikuo is greatly affected by loneliness. Being completely alone in the world is one of his deepest fears. While it wouldn't be in full effect if an enemy is there with him, since he at least knows that there is someone else there, but when there is literally no one else - the cheerful Rikuo is decreased to nothing more than an empty husk. When given a companion after, it would take quite a while before he comes back. He is in his most vulnerable in this state. History: Rikuo was born to a quirkless father and an electric-emitter mother. The two met under what seems to be impossible circumstances. His mother started off as a vigilante, only helping when the trouble is around her. Because she had no hero license, she was tracked down by the police. That was how the two met - with his mother in cuffs and his father placing them. After serving time for only a little while since she never caused much trouble, his mother was released. His father and his mother got acquainted quickly and then started being friends... and soon dated. Rikuo was born three years after they met and then continued on to live as a happy family. His mother stopped being a vigilante and continued on as a full-time office worker. His father, on the other hand, continued his police officer job. When he was six years old, out of childish curiosity as to why they shouldn't stick a metal fork into a socket. When you're in the house alone, expertly evading the watchful eyes of the babysitter, you're able to do anything. So imagine young Rikuo sticking that fork in that outlet - and the electricity rushed through the fork and into his body. The babysitter arrived just in time to see Rikuo get electrocuted. Instead of watching the young boy grow limp, he suddenly vibrated and then ran around faster than she could keep track of him. And that was how they found out what his quirk was. Originally, his father didn't want him practicing his quirk since it was rather dangerous to let their child work with electricity. But his mother managed to convince him otherwise, and Rikuo managed to get some training in early. However, he rarely used his quirk outside of the house unless he was really late to his class - in which case, he had permission to use it. Rikuo never found the real need to use his quirk, but he always admired his police officer dad so he always found the idea of becoming a hero so he aimed for any hero school out there. However, he never really thought about it too much and simply engaged with physical activities which he wonderfully excelled in. He mainly played in baseball matches since running had always been a fun thing for him to do. When the time came that he would be able to go to either UA or Chihaiten, he chose the latter. He didn't know why but he found Chihaiten as the place for him, so he applied there, and miraculously passed.
Quirk Name: Electric Speed Quirk Description: An emitter type quirk. He has the ability to run faster than average, appearing merely as a blur when he activates his quirk. To be able to access his quirk, however, he must find a way to be able to electrocute himself. Once electricity passes through his body, he is able to convert it to energy and allow him to go at a faster speed than usual. The higher the voltage, the faster he can go. While he should be able to convert the energy back into electricity, he still hasn't been able to do it yet. He is learning all about it, though he would still need some more time before he is able to do it. He has been seen running over water as well. Quirk Weaknesses: While he is immune to electricity/lightning since he converts it into speed, Rikuo must be able to immediately turn it into speed or else he's fried, and since he hasn't been able to learn how to release it yet, this means that he could potentially die. To activate his quirk, he must have access to electricity. Hence why he carries around a high voltage taser that can change between high voltage to low voltage depending on what he needs.
Other: He carries around two high voltage tasers hidden within his body so that he could activate his quirk. In his plans for a costume, it is able to absorb electricity and release it on himself. Now, it only comes down to the matter of actually finding the funding for it. Since he knows that his quirk can only get him so far, he's been training in other close combat fighting styles courtesy of his father finding the time to teach him. Rikuo has been thinking of bringing around a bat when he becomes a hero, but any weapon would do really.

The idea of one having to essentially electrocute themselves and then having to run off the speed with no inbetween. I like it. I wonder what would occur if he was made to suddenly stop or if he was acting with insulating materials- That aside they are accepted. As I expected." - Zentaro Kobashigawa[/sup] Name: Zentaro Kobashigawa Superhero Name: Age: 16 D.O.B: April 28 Weight: 199 Ibs Height: 6'4" Personality: Zentaro is an overly serious person who speaks in a rigidly formal manner; and he is often seen training and generally improving himself to be a suitable Pro-hero which makes him rather hard to approach. He hates wasting time and energy on pointless activity, and he will not hesitate to reprimand other's and correct their priorities with a sharp tongue response. Zen is not one to engage in idle conversations; often only speaking if it's needed or if its just reminding people of their own duties. He can come off as rather gruff and blunt; often to the point of coming off as being unfriendly. Which isn't far from the truth. At this point Zen is rather bored and apathetic with life due to his loneliness and depression. He has little faith in others but yet desires for their company but he always keeps his distance. But yet when it comes to his hero training he goes far and beyond what is expected from his apathy and depression, he works hard to improve himself in everything he does. Why does he do this? To keep a promise and he always keeps his promises. Zen has a gambler's spirit, which means he's willing he's a risk taker and is willing to gamble with everything up to and including the lives of others and himself to get what he wants, but he's not malicious by nature about this, he just knows that as a pro-hero that he needs to make sacrifices if he wants to be on top. He has learned to take things in strides when it comes to himself as he's not overly critical of himself but on the flip side he's more critical of others since he knows he's doing his best but he doesn't know if that's the same with others. History: Zentaro's father a Pro-hero, a small timer but still a Pro-hero. Zentaro never knew his mother she left them when he was very young, young enough that he couldn't remember anything of her. But Zentaro didn't care nor does he feel anything about the whole thing as he just sees it as a steeping stone and making him tougher. Zentaro's trained Zentaro himself at a young age, younger then what was normally aloud. Even before he had a quirk he was being trained to fight and take hits. Which conveniently proved to be useful. As one day Zen was punched in the face by a kid for speaking as roughly as does now, Zen didn't flinched and when he struck back his punch was stronger then what it was in training. A little to strong as the kid was knocked out by a single punch. Zen was expelled from his preschool at age 4 for violence with Quirk use. Zentaro and his father didn't see this as a set back but a celebration! A celebratory birth of a new hero to be! for the next 12 years Zen trained with his father after school and studied every night before bed. He was a studious and dedicated child but not exactly popular for his rough and overly formal manner of speech. He didn't have many friends or any in fact but he didn't care, Zen knew friends would get in the way of his Pro-hero career. And Friends do nothing but disappoint as the things Zen watched as a kid taught him anything. Suddenly, a few months before Zen's entrance Exam, Zen's father became very sick and unable to work as a Pro-hero. This caused both Zen to go into a depression since the only person he cares for his going to die within the year. Zentaro's father eased his nerves and made him promise to become a prohero so they achieve both of their dreams for him. Zentaro agreed to keep a promise even if it kills him. So now even with depression and living with the consequences of living in willing isolating he still vows and works hard to become a prohero.
Quirk Name: Determination: Fighter's spirit Quirk Description: An Transformer type Quirk. Zentaro's quirk lets him use every blow he gives or takes to make himself more powerful by absorbing the kinetic force behind each attack and by either returning the attack twice fold to tenfold or by simply converting the kinetic force to energy so he can strengthen himself. He also absorbs the kinetic energy from large movements, like running and jumping which helps him move around faster. Overall at maximum power Zen has 10 times his normal strength, speed, and reflexes, and he has super human durability and endurance when his quirk is activated. And he has his eye at Chihaiten Academy the same school his father went to before him Quirk Weaknesses: Zentaro has no ranged combat abilities. He also has a slow start with his quirk even getting to twofold strength can take a whole minute of punching and running. While he has super human Endurance he can easily be taken out when he's at his weaken state at the start of combat. While Zentaro can brush aside serious injuries during combat once he's cancel's his quirk he will crumple from the injuries.
Other: Zentaro is trained in Boxing, Mixed Martial arts, and Free Running. He spent his entire childhood training by part his father but mostly by his own hand. since he knows the limitations of his quirks we wears weights at all times to better prepare himself and always be ready for combat since the weight of the weights create more kinetic power per movements therefor his hero outfit will be weighted.

This sheet is mostly fine however when it comes to the quirk I have a bit of a issue with it because your character is able to absorb kinetic energy from his own blows he is able to extremely rapidly reach the upper limits of his quirk with minimal effort because he can use the kinetic energy hes absorbed to subject himself to increasing amounts of kinetic energy making this quirk multiply up at an alarming rate from his own usage. So I recommend that his cap is lowered at the start (to 3x at most, anything else being seen as too strainful) or the better option is that his gains sharply decrease as he himself increases in power (as in its relatively easy to go form 1 to 2 times strength, but extremely hard to go from x9 to x10)

Appearance: "If chains drag you down. The only way to look is up and fight for today!" Name: Tsurara Ria Superhero Name: NA Age: 15 D.O.B: March 31 Weight: 115 lbs Height: 5'2 Personality: Ria is precisely level headed, cool, and frank, she's that person who has an intimidating aura and speaks the truth and outright offends anyone yet apologizes when the need comes. In most situations Ria is easygoing, kindhearted and soft spoken. She does not like being the center of attention. Many people calls Ria the "Ice Queen" mainly because of her ice powers and high grades which she herself detests(the nickname) because of her upbringing, moreover it doesn't help that she falls into the typical-cliche-archtype of a hero with brooding personality along with her insight of dealing with her personal problems poorly. It takes time for Ria to warm up to people and is extremely selective on the words she says but unfortunately it's the other way around. It's really awkward when she's the one initiating the conversation and would end up ending it anyway out of embarrassment. That is why she prefers working alone and aiding her peers in an unsung way and ultimately she knows that this is her comfort zone because she doesn't express herself too much otherwise it would hurt her. Ria hates dishonest gain and corrupted ways, it triggers her a strong "OCD" and would forcefully make her retaliate with bursts of emotion, she eats a lot when she's upset. She yearns to be a hero, and her definition and image of such hero is a big contrast to what she is currently. What she sees is to break out from the chains of her imperfections such as her cold personality, insecurities, fears, and anxiety and once she breaks free from it, she can say that she's a hero. The standard of "hero" to her is someone who is able to shamelessly stand up for others and bring about joy and order. History: Ria is born from a heroic lineage that uses the ice quirk; Coldhaven. As the daughter of the pro-heroes Thermoqueen and King Zero, she's doomed to have lots of expectation, well it's the other way around because she strives to be loved and acknowledged by her parents. Her family is of 7, parents, an older brother , an older sister, herself and her two younger siblings, Ria suffers a middle-child syndrome because of her parents, they are either engaged in hero work or maintaining the ice cream restaurant. What she sees most of the time is that they'd praise the older siblings and cater to the younger ones. Fortunately, her mother Thermoqueen is the one who have a better understanding of her and is able to reciprocate evenly, just so happens that Ria looks down too much on herself but as time passes by she gets along well with her. Fueled by hate-love and to catch up to her older siblings as well as to impress her parents. Ria dedicated herself into training for as long as she can remember, she spent her childhood honing her detective skills and read too many to count intellectual books. It got better after she gained her work at the age of 7 by a mere tantrum over an ice cream meal with her siblings but didn't work too well either because of the time that is missed, she always end up seeing her parents cater to her other siblings or is it really just bad timing? Ria enjoys using her quirk in helping people, there was a time she takes on minor bad guys as an extreme amateur masked vigilante named "Miraculous Freya" which mirrors her idol the hot blooded and kung fu hero "The Friendly Neighborhood Mantisman". Her parents didn't like it one bit when did that not because of how stupid and revealing the outfit is but it is for her own safety but in the long run it did gain her leverage in improving her quirk. Quirk Name: Coldhaven Quirk Description: An emitter quirk that is itself the generic cryokinesis. This gives Ria the ability to lower down temperatures, create shapes out of ice and its ace is the ability to freeze even kinetic energy itself. The application of how Ria uses her quirk is her deep understanding on how her parents uses their quirk. Ria is able to create different shapes of ice and use it to enhance her mobility. She fights with form which pays homage to her beloved Kung Fu Hero: Mantis Man by simply using her intellect to use her abilities wisely and executing both precision and deception. From ice clones to shackles of ice, Ria is able to effectively use her abilities and even name it. Maximum Output: Coldzone Coldzone is the strongest move of Ria that really is only used once dire situations as a last ditch effort. It is a technique that freezes kinetic energy relatively to her area which makes her appear faster than normal. The technique has a limited zone of 3 meter radius. This technique generates a slow-mo field while freezing kinetic energy in a slow manner. To Ria, everything appears slower. While it does not freeze people that are in her area of effect, the side effects after using this move completely drains her stamina and leaves her out cold. Quirk Weaknesses: Ria is indeed a fighter with both precision and deception, her abilities while versatile and packs heavy hits is tolling to her. The more ice she spams, the more she falls on frost, her performance in battle lowers because she staggers over the frost, what makes it worst is that it is really visible which would allow enemies to take advantage of. What makes it worst is that her quirk is a far cry from her parents' version. Ria's quirk is weaker in hot climates, sunny days and is less resilient against heat based abilities, even to boiling water. Evidently, she hates it when it is summer because that is when her quirk is at its weakest. When dehydrated, it weakens too.

This Character as well is perfectly reasonable in most cases but I do have one large problem with this characters quirk as well. While I am fine with her being able to produce ice constructs and lower temperature. There is an immense issue with this part "its ace is the ability to freeze even kinetic energy itself" the main problem with this part of the quirk is that this ability would simply kill everyone it affects as the removal of kinetic energy requires the temperature to be at absolute zero which means even if someone survived a short exposure to it they would be at the risk of heart attacks (due to the blood not being able to move) Immense Hypothermia (0 Kelvin is -459.67 Fahrenheit after all) amd finally they would almost immediately lose consciousness. Sadly to say this part of the quirk is a bit on the busted side. Generally speaking I believe its unnecessary to allow her to slow kinetic energy when she could just as easily use her ice to cause someone using such speeds to lose control and crash.
