The tension, and the anger, never left Fili's eyes, as he continued to glare at his uncle. Kili was (for the most part) innocent, and beloved by their kin, and for once, the blonde couldn't believe that his little brother would be so confused by the amount of hate they were both currently receiving. They were already looked down upon by both Man and Elf. Not Saeril, or Yavanna, though; not in the very least. He looked at his little brother, slightly relaxing, but still seething, just by seeing the already-forming mark on his neck. It only served as a reminder for the injury that nearly killed the brunette, not too long ago. Growing up, for anyone to lay a bad hand on Kili, wasn't to be tolerated; as a brother, who helped both raise and teach his younger sibling the ways of life, it was his job to shield Kili from harm, at the best he could. But now, he felt that, at this rate, it wasn't enough. Not from his uncle. However, for the youngest's benefit, he will go to great lengths, even if it means to take the punishment for him. "This isn't you, uncle", the eldest heir said, trying to control the tone of his uncle's voice. "Mum wouldn't allow this; think of her", he had to at least get this to him; at least to heal him.
