Nice work on the PC :D One thing I noticed though: Your character is a halfling, which is sized as Small. He's using a Heavy Crossbow, which is a Heavy weapon. In the PHB (or [url=https://roll20.net/compendium/dnd5e/Weapons#content]this page[/url] if you don't have one), there's a restriction on Heavy weapons:

I'm not sure you'll want to always have disadvantage on your attacks. A light crossbow or shortbow might be a better fit for the PC, unless you somehow have a way to negate the disadvantage consistently.
