[@antman0623] Time manipulation is always extremely touchy and I prefer to avoid it whenever possible unless I'm writing a story by myself. Traveling in time is definitely a big no unless it's incredibly minor jumps that don't overtly affect other people, but the speeding up or slowing down of causal progression within a limited area is feasible. We can definitely discuss the details to make that work.

[@Clever Hans] Weather control is 100% A-ok, so long as the control isn't too refined. Like instant blizzard, instant lightning bolts in the hand to hurl like Zeus atop Olympus, etc. I'd be greatly interested to see what you come up with.
