Power: Hypnotic Music - Using his violin Voltar is able to cause heighten feelings in other people. Depending on the melody he is playing in can for instance relief pain, cause hallucinations, induce pain. Voltar is not completely immune to his power, and when he uses it past his limits he starts feeling a low version of what he is trying to induce in his enemies. His power does not affect directly the hearing sense, and in some instances he can affect through the vibrations of the music, specially in people who are highly sensible to the vibrations.

Background: Voltar was raised his parents who were always receptive towards his powers and always helped him learn about his powers from a young age. Unfortunately his parents where killed when he was 10 by a uncontrolled gifted human who had a huge hate against "normal" humans for all the prejudice he had taken in the first years that powers start appearing.

When that happened Voltar was rescued and was sheltered at the Haven. He grew there all his life, until recently finishing his "high school" years of training and studies. Not wishing to pursue an academic life in university he stayed at the Haven where he is still learning from his teachers how to increase and control his powers to his best. He hopes that one they he can join the Haven as a teacher and help kids like him to achieve a better life.
