Location: Diamond Heights Apts, Room 149(whole top floor).

Intel: Thier are eight armed guards patrolling the AO. The walls are reinforced and windows are double pane bullet proof glass. The  front door is a 5in steel door with an electromagnetic lock that opens and closes with a biometric scanner, it's assumed it's calibrated to the HVT. There is room access from the helipad on the roof however its door is identical to the front door. 

Suggested actions: Kill power to the building.
