A stocky man with clean-shaven sandy blonde hair and blue eyes, he carries a distinct appearance for those who know him - though these days around town that's few and far between, with most of his time spent on the move.

In contrast to her elder brother, Vivian holds a wiry figure at just over five feet tall, her sandy blonde hair and blue eyes the only distinct characteristics that she shares with him. Also a native of the town, Vivian spent her younger years working for various reputable companies on the Pacific Coast until she met and married an LAPD officer and now administers the Farmer's Hill depot for KW&Co Haulage on her brother's behalf. Despite her less than imposing appearance, she's shown herself to be a competent administrator and has managed to keep the family business in good order since taking on the mantle.

An 5'11 african american of heavyset build, wearing a close-cropped beard and his hair equally short. Quentin spent his younger years as an officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, until at his wife's request, he moved with her from the buzzing environment of the city to a new, calmer (and better paying) life in Farmer's Hill, taking up a new position with the local Sheriff's Department to fill the void left behind from his beat cop days. He's a man hardened both by personal and professional experiences in the past, but it's typically kept hidden behind a friendly, relaxed demeanour - though one can tell from a glance that he's dedicated to his work to a fault, much to his wife's chagrin.
