Yep, poor guy wouldn't be able to use his lightning too much unless someone covers for him, or if he manages to take someone by surprise [i]or[/i], if desperate enough, uses catalysts to speed up the process. But yeah, he has to think of a lot of things before he's able to use it.

That's why he doesn't use it all that much.

And a reason why he has to train with a sword, and sometimes with a spear. He isn't largely dependent on his electromancy, though uses it for fun every now and then.
