He's too short to be the happy mask salesman, thought it was Tingle till he tried to kill Oliver. I assume since the dude had the LTTP medallions that the Strange Book is the Book of Mudora.

Is the old man Vaati or Agahnim or did you make him up. Man I'm really curious now.
