But I definitely get where you're coming from. I like to make sure everyone has a chance to post before starting the next round. However, since both Ky and Cep had things come up, I decided it was fine for both you and Reg to continue your plots, since they're not related to to Ky and Cep's.
And no major PCs are in Rustboro currently, so any reactions from characters would be NPCs and you're more than welcome to create/mention NPCs.
But I can come up with a little something to give you an idea of what you could (have) done.

I'm going to keep adding to my last post for the next week or so, though. I'll let you all know when I feel it's "completed."

And, again, there's no rush. I know it's been a month since I posted last, but as long as we're still interested in keeping this going, I'm more than happy to have this slowly come back to life. :)
