[@Holy Soldier]I mean, I did post a link to the page that describes it. It's a spray canister that creates a human-sized blue cloud of healing stimulants. Compared to early XCOM units and their respective HP, it heals something like 25% of a person's normal health. Later perks and upgrades increase its potency.
