Not quite, the remeaining two elements are still technically available, as I have not accepted the characters yet, giving them things they need to change.  So, if you wish, you can post a CS with one of those two elements, and if I accept it then you'll be all set.

EDIT: Just realized Rex edited his chatacter.  So down to one Element left.
