[b]Interacting with:[/b] Robin [@Riddle Me This] [/color][/center][hr]The smile turned into a grin as the bird guy mentioned that he was also going to Chihaiten for his first day. Despite the foreign accent in his speech, Rikuo understood perfectly well. He then nodded, [b][color=a0410d]"Yup! First day of my first year."[/color][/b] He was pretty much glad that he managed to meet a student this early into the year. At least he could already say that he had a friend. He then gestured for the bird guy to follow as he began walking ahead, and towards the Academy. Rikuo placed his hands inside his pockets as he talked. [b][color=a0410d]"While using quirks to travel around should be alright, it poses some risks so they're trying to restrict it as much as possible."[/color][/b] He found it extremely inconvenient - especially when he was late to something. He's used it tons of times before, avoiding any sort of police that might be around there, but he has been caught once before. He was let off with a warning. Not that it really stopped him from using it ever again. It wasn't like he was using it for villainy after all!

[b][color=a0410d]"Rikuo Watanamiya, nice to meet 'ya Robin."[/color][/b] He then inclined his head towards him. It really wasn't too far. It would have been too inconvenient for students to have to walk a long way before they get to the Academy. He then pointed towards the general direction of the Academy. [b][color=a0410d]"Chihaiten's over there. Surprised you didn't get the memo where it was."[/color][/b] Rikuo got it after he got accepted into the not-really-prestigious school. After that, he went out to scout the school. They allowed future students to get inside so that they wouldn't get too lost when they got there. Actually, Rikuo just wanted to do something for that day so he went over, took a bus ride to the station, then took the station to get to this station [i]then[/i] went to Chihaiten Academy. Though... he really can't say he didn't get lost for; after all, he was a new guy in this area. Just like Robin here before.

They finally arrived at the gates. He looked at his watch, eyes widening in alarm. [b][color=a0410d]"Oh man Robin, we're gonna be late! I think we can use our quirks now."[/color][/b] He said with a grin. He then pointed over to the building. [b][color=a0410d]"We need to get there. See you there man."[/color][/b] He said with a grin before taking out his taser. He set it on a rather low voltage - just so he can reach that point without having extra electricity in his system. Rikuo winked at the bird guy and then stuck it to his arm once again. He then went on for a run before finally reaching the entrance to the Academy. He then waved over to Robin before entering. Finding that the most of the students seemed to have already entered the hall, he felt that he should get in as well. However, he still waited for his newfound friend. 

He looked into the hall to see that it hasn't started yet. Once Robin got there, he would urge him to hurry up and then enter.
