Hanjaro stepped off the deck of the ship and on to the dock with his spear and his belongings in a sack over his shoulder. He turned back to the captain of the vessel, put his hands together just under his chin and lowered his head in thanks for passage on the ship. Hanjaro then spun on his heels and proceeded to walk along the dock. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a gold coin and flicked it over his head towards the ship. It landed right on the captain's hat, an impressive throw indeed! The captain took off his hat and shouted his approval to the strange passenger, only for him to have disappeared into the crowded market place next to the dock. The market place stank of fish, this market place was clearly used to sell goods from the sea he had just traversed. He didn't mind the smell nor the taste of fish but it was inescapable. He continued to wander through market place for a few minutes and as he got further away from the dock the smell of fish lessened. He was looking for a tavern or place to stay to use as his base of operation for his investigation. He made his way further into the marketplace but couldn't find anywhere. He came across a stone building with a ladder leaning on one of the walls and decided he may get a better view from higher ground. He struggled up the ladder with his spear and his bag and came across red tiled roof. Only, he wasn't alone. He gently put his back on the roof and grasped his spear in both hands, waiting for the figure before him to notice him.
