When he said he wasn’t sick she let out a sigh of relief. “Oh good.” Her caring kind nature had taken over and her worry filled her because she didn’t want anything bad to happen to anyone; especially Jack. Pulling the rag back from his face she pulled it from her hand and began to fold it before her phone buzzed. “Oh!” She said excitedly. Sending a quick text in response she got to her feet. “Your mom wants me to join them for dinner before the show so I’m going to head out.” She gave hugs to the other members of the band except for Robert who she gave a polite handshake and Larry received the same response as she didn’t know him as well as the rest before giving Jack a longer-then-normal hug before leaving, having the last scent that she knew be Jacks. Finishing up Alex she shooed him out of the seat before bringing Jack over. Pulling out a comb she began to work on his hair. “Look Mr. Stacera, I know you’ve known Adriana for a long time but… now that she’s an adult she’s different. Not different in a bad way but different in an Addie kinda way.” She explained as she ran the comb through his hair releasing all the tangles. “She is looking to find someone she can spend the rest of her life with and… she’s really picky. But so am I.” Her head rose and fell with a nod. “As anyone in this room would be protective of you, I am protective of Addie and don’t bother dodging it, you’re in love with her. I can see it when you look at her. Don’t worry; I’m not one to meddle in someone’s love life. I’m not stupid. But I will tell you this,” She pulled the comb from his hair and picked up a bottle of hairspray. “You break her heart, I break your legs.” Her tone was sweet and kind which just made her choice of words all the more threatening. With that she covered his eyes and sprayed his hair. “I’ve known her since you’ve been gone. Do you want some tips? Or have any questions? This will probably be the only time we can talk without her around.”
