He stood up in his stirrups and reached into the leather satchel he had taken with him. The single clay tile inside had an inverted form of the rune he had used to heat his tea earlier. This absorbed heat and even now it was coated in a layer of frost. Indrau unwrapped it carefully and threw it over the heads of his own troops. He noted the positions of Tyeathe and others within the orc formations and galloped over to a flank furthest from them. He threw it out and when the tile smashed it let out all of the stored heat, everything from sitting in a forge fire overnight. The orcs nearest were incinerated in their armour, steel melting. Others were knocked down by the blast and burned. It's reaction told that it was possible to break through the haze of drugs. As fast as its charge was she had an easier time avoiding it than she had the airborn orc. With one hand she grasped one of its arms, pulling to add to its momentum. On the other side she met the charge head on. With her elbow. The result was a stomach churning crunch as it met the trolls face and sent a jolt up her arm. Unsure if the blow would have enough of an effect she followed it up with an overhead strike from her other elbow. The troll dropped like a humongous sack of bricks. Salz stood over it, panting slightly through the mail covering her face. Underneath was an expression of rage. The orc that had been thrown at her moved and she stepped over to it, delivering a kick that snapped its neck and sent its helmet flying.
