Today would mark the day that the four Countries would sign the Galactic Union Pact. Which would declare Titanis and Unios independent states of Government, despite having their separate state of government neither Regulis or Empiria ever respected. [/i] [center]This story begins on Earsia, a planet not too different from Earth itself. Except that the land masses never separated from each other, the tectonic plating of the planet much slower to change than that on Earth, instead giving birth to four Pangea States. These states overtime would switch many hands until the birth of the four modern Pangea States, known as Regulis, Empiria, Titanis, and Unios.[/center] Regulis and Empiria were the biggest super continents while Titanis and Unios were smaller in comparison, though still sizable in comparison to anything anyone on Earth would consider small when their neighbors are one giant Pangea State. People will always say because of Regulis and Empiria size they never quite really respected nor viewed Titanis and Unios as independent states, despite them having their own state governments, leaders, and representatives. Under a Treaty of the States, government was done under a Universal system, that only individualized based on state needs and these were to be agreed upon by the Minister’s Counsel alongside Representative of Citizen and Law. Regulis was the Northern landmass on Earsia, they are known to have 15 major cities, with several, several minor cities, and had three capitals all within different Territories instead of states. Just like Empiria they were extremely economical and viable, after several years of conquering and overthrowing a number of different state governments that had cropped up over the history of the Northern Landmass. Empiria served as Southern Landmass on Earsia, they are known to have 19 major cities, with many minor cities involves and had five capitals within different Territories. Also extremely wealthy and influential Empiria. They are said to have had a number of trade agreements with the minor countries of the Titanis and Unios. There’s a reason why historically the smaller countries under the influence of Titanis and Unios have passed bills and laws Empiria has presented in the past. Because of the fairer treatment Empiria had presented them. Titanis one of the smaller countries and inhabiting a Northern space with Regulis, a large island. It has been known to both Administrations Regulis and Empiria, of how resourceful Titanis landmass is. Several ores, oil, and other sources of fuel have come from Titanis. Even the Cobaltic Ore that would later fuel the cores of mecha engineering would come from Titanis. Unios a smaller country as well, sat somewhere in the Middle Eastern equator of Earsia would also be considered a rather valuable country with many resources. Less used for its ore, and more used for its source of fossil fuels, as well exotic goods that came from Unios. Unios is also to be said to be the place where Regulis and Empiria have placed secret bases of operations, that have led to their scientific development in each Country. Unios has been building both States materials from military goods, to common civilian tech for years. And it has been said that it was a Unios soldier who designed the first prototype version of a Mobile Suit for future wars. [hider= You ask me now, Why is any of this important?] In the year 30Z0, fedup with being indebted and/or enslaved to Empiria and Regulis the Titanis and Unios Ministers called for a pact to be made that would lead to their independence from the two governments officially declaring them Independent States that could further their own economics and development of their own States. In the year 30Z1, Broadcast to a worldwide republic of citizens, the four States came to sign the Galactic Galaxy Union Pact. Which would declare Titanis and Unios as independent states, allowed to enact in their own economics, handle their own trade agreements, and no longer be tied down to Regulis and Empiria’s state of government. Instead what they were looking at was a declaration of war. Too many hands in the pot and Regulis and Empiria were afraid if Titanis, and Unios gained their independence they would want their massive, expensive and wealthy States. They would use all the technology and resources they had been pumping from the two States against them. Believing they could win the war and their independence Titanis and Unios agreed to war, not realizing Treaty of the States forced them to declare dependence on one of the States. Eventually Titanis aided Empiria and Unios aided Regulis in a war that lasted four years. In the year 30Z5, Citizens of Regulis who hadn’t agreed upon the war in the first place, elected a new Minister. The new Minister reflected the same feelings of his citizens and surrendered to Empiria, Titanis, and Unios. And called for the States to come together. There would be a lot of bitter resentment that would build up in some extremist views who believed in nationalism and the state of War, for their leader to call a truce with the other states was seen as a weak action that would destroy the fabric of Regulis as a State. They heavily criticized other citizens for electing a peace loving Minister who hated the fabric of their nation. Yet, the GGUP was signed by the Four States, though the GGUP had been heavily modified to benefit Empiria the most out of all the States as it had been restructured during the four year war by their Minister at the time of the declaration of war. They declared their would be no way they would accept the GGUP without the benefits added into the pact. Regulis had no other choice, but to accept for fear of another war breaking out. While Titanis and Unios States taking the heaviest brunt of the four year war. Even with their independence it would have been difficult for them to rebuild their cities and territories after such destruction. Eventually Titanis and Unios had to come crawling back to Empiria and Regulis for financial aid and other resources. In which under the Treaty were then forced to repay them back. The cycle beginning all over again. In the year 30Z9, a New Minister was elected to replace the Minister who ended the four year. Already awarded for his accomplishments that aided Titans and Unios some minor victories, the newer leader elected rose in a way that no one really saw coming. Regulis Minister for running was an arrogant pig, who fueled the hatred of extremist who had heavily criticized the peace time Minister. He won in an egregious manner. And it always seemed like war time was on the tip of his tongue for every powerful speech he gave. He used the Treaty agreements to tie Titanis and Unios hand further. In Empiria the Minister elected for them was a bitter rival of Regulis newly elected tyrant. Both began to engage in a gorilla war that they promised their citizens of their States was not going on, in Titanis and Unios territories. In the year 30V0, a rebellion group known as the Shadow Dogs rose up. Domestic terrorist who began to steal tech from Regulis and Empiria designated labs in their countries in order to fight the empires and gain true independence for their states. The Shadow Dogs being a gorilla militia formed of idealistic Titanis and Unios citizens, veterans who had fought in the four year war, and lead by former Minister Nehmo of Regulis. It seemed as if war was once again certain, as Minister Gregor and Minister Xander grew in bitter rivalry. With the pressure of the Shadow Dogs. War began. In the year 30V1 the prototype Mobile Suits had been secretly and thoroughly tested. In the year 30V2 they were released to Regulis Republic Militia and Empiria’s Democratic Union in order to speed up the victory of war. The year is now 30V8 and the war doesn’t seem to be wavering. Shadow Dogs are planning something, Gregor has rewon election, Xander has monopolized his seat of power.[/hider] [center][color=lightblue][h2]The RP[/h2][/color][/center] For the last seven years a war has been going on between Four States on Earsia. Titanis and Unios have always been in economic debt or economic slavery to Regulis and Empiria. And are responsible for a terrorist group known as Shadow Dogs giving grief to Regulis and Empiria army bases. While Minister Gregor and Xander are fighting a different war all by themselves, about dominance and power. Furthermore the nature of this war has been complicated by the sudden release of a new military technology known as Mobile Suits. You are the pilots of your designated army, of your choice, with these new Mobile Suit technologies to help bring Victory or Defeat to your State. [center][color=yellow][h2]Mobile Suits[/h2][/color][/center] Mobile Suits in this universe are mecha machines that run on a Cobaltic Core, run by Cobalt Particle Plasma. They are unique in design, and all have different purposes. You will get the chance to make your own Mobile Suit. Just keep in mind, design needs to be grounded, you are in a war, terrain will be various. You will fight in mountains, but also deserts. You will also probably end up in space, as the countries do own space stations and secret bases on different planets that orbit them. How a Mobile Suit works, is simple. It’s like an electric car. It run by a Cobaltic Core that creates a Particle Plasma inside the core of the machine. The machine can last up to 8 hours running on this Particle Plasma. However, when you return to your bases your Mobile Suits are docked into a station that recharges these Cobaltic Cores. Plasma guns, plasma weapons of any sort, use a modecrum amount of Particle Plasma from your machine. Which may or may not contribute to the amount of hours your machine can last running. Also take in factor the faster the machine, the more particle plasma is being utilized. So a fast machine may be able to do a ton of DPS damage, but may have less hours on the field up to 4 to 5 rather than the standard 8. But this is if you utilize the machines fast capabilities. Where as a machine with a giant cannon, may use up all their particle plasma on the canon and may need a chance to reset and recharge while the machine goes dead for a few brief seconds. Your machines will have limitations, but great strengths as well. Keep this in mind of the design. Not Evangelion as those are more biomechanical.] Function: [tell me how your Mecha functions, I expect this to be defined, detailed, with limitations of range, speed, etc. Please use common sense when making these machines and when choosing a design.
