Considering this current siege of the capital and the introduction of a new character your kinda stuck in this moment. Best idea would be to move forward with Military action of the capital as well as the forward movement of evacuation of any unable to fight. This would lead the king and or his Military to come onto Ravadon & Edward 's current location getting them into the eyes of the king. Assuming they don't ID/Assume Edward is a monster and attack him instead.

This also gives us a moment to see the Reaper in action as a fight, or well reaper. Knowing Edward he would jump at the chance to fight the Reaper right now, be-damned the city when he could get a second cheap shot in to that...person...As far as ineffable since she isn't really in a group its up to them to chose to progress the ships time of travel.

Thanks to dislocation of time where they are and the current events you could say they are currently behind whats going on and boost them up to current events and get them to the city and well that would be the simple thing to do. As for the event in the Capital well like I said your stuck since (from what I understand) there are currently 3 PC and one GM PC all in the same time/location with chance to interact and get more story out there to read/interact with. This also means your going to have to be more involved with aggressors. Don't scale the attackers up. Simple idea here is this: Their is a caster who is controlling the Golems and if the caster is taken down the summons are taken down as well, other wise the caster can just reanimate them.

This would also mean that the King realized that the Dragon he is currently afade of is either who I think it is, or said Dragon is still off in B.F.E some where screwing around doing only you know what.
