He blinked at her once, but he settled for a friendly smile after the initial shock subsided. Of course, he held nothing against the girl. She was just in a bad mood earlier and it looked like she was willing to talk now. Though seeing as something might have pissed her off, he felt like being careful would be the best course of action. Just because he was usually loud and talkative doesn't mean he was always like that. Without missing a beat after, he continued. "Rikuo Watanamiya, pleasure to meet you." He said, offering a bow of his head towards her - though he didn't break eye contact. He figured that since she responded, it would be fine to introduce himself. "You can just call me Rikuo, if you want." He continued with a small shrug. He wasn't one for formalities anyway. His eyes then caught Robin and the other two entering. Rikuo gave them a smile and a quick wave. At least they all got here on time yeah? It would be such a shame to be even a few seconds late to the orientation. It would really reflect bad on their grades and the likes. He knew how much it affected his own grades back when he was in primary school when he tended to oversleep and be late. He was always reprimanded by the teacher. It was how he learned to be on time with everything - even to the point of being thirty minutes early. It was just that today, he had come across Robin who was didn't know how to get there. Though, it didn't matter as much as being late - since they were on time. Only moments after sitting down, he already felt restless. He let out a sigh and then adjusted his sitting position to feel more comfortable. He ended up having one leg over his other one and his hands gripping the leg that was up. "I really hope we get to learn a lot in this school, and have fun." He remarked offhandedly with a grin on his face. There was nothing better than learning something and having fun while learning it. It's one of the reasons why he loved Chemistry - because the experiments were enjoyable and memorable, but it didn't fail at ingraining some information in his head after.
