Thankfully, the two [i]girls[/i] had given Midori enough time to come to terms with the situation. After hearing Hisano introduce herself, Midori was relieved. Her attempt at making friends was not for naught! Taking some more time to calm down, she reached down to pick up the large bag of lunch boxes. Parsing out everything Hisano said, Midori quickly constructed a multi-stage game plan to reply and try to bring the person who bumped into her into the conversation. From there, she could make two new friends! Two stones with one bird, as the old saying goes.
