Good, she was kind of hoping that they wouldn't have to face all of those scary men by their lonesome. Her eyes, bright with a mixture of fear and excitement, glanced over the cleric and the archer. It was the first time Bell would be in a battle, but the woman with the long black hair wasn't keen on letting them participate. In all honesty, her words stung her; she wasn't just some pretty face in the crowd! Raising a brow, she copied the lady's stance, setting one hand on her hip and waving her free hand in the direction of her satchel. "Pardon me," she piped up, her voice brimming with indignation. "But I can protect myself rather well. There's no need to worry about me!" Though Bell straightened her back and spoke with pride, she couldn't help but feel a little nervous. The most she did with her tome so far was to dissuade a few bandits from attacking her. However, this was a real battle, one where people were killing other people... Pulling the tome from her satchel, she held it out in front of her so Ursa can see. "I feel like a cleric, an archer, a swordswoman, and a mage make a good enough team, don't you think?" she asked Ursa, once again glancing over the way she held herself. It was obvious she was the most experienced in battle out of the four of them. It wouldn't shock her to see the woman do most of the work, to be honest; the way she dispatched the other soldier said enough. Either way, she didn't plan not doing anything-- there were people who needed her help. Bell ran her finger over the edges of the paper within her thunder tome, hopefully gazing at Ursa. Interacting with: Eli [@LordVoldemort], Ren [@Solace], Maize [@Solace] Rhea's eyes flickered to Eli for a moment before they rested once again on Maize. The boy was anxious, which was normal-- she was feeling apprehensive as well, especially with such a strange sight. She didn't expect Port Sesta to come under attack, especially by Anarcas. And judging by the sounds coming within the city, it looked like the Anarcans weren't being merciful. Her grip on Icarus' reigns tightened, hearing Ren speak up and ask about a ram in the front of the ships. "I'm pretty sure that I caught sight of a ram on one of them," she answered. "But my eyes have never failed me. I'm certain the ships are Anarcan, warships or not." Why would they be attacking now of all times? Was it because they caught wind of Eli leaving Estala? Maybe they wanted to intercept them in an attempt on his life? She felt her knuckles burn white. No, that was impossible. Despite it being so, Rhea knew that her skills would come to the test. She always cared for Eli; she made sure he ate, was healthy, went to bed at the right hour, woke up early, practiced proficiently, and other such things. But Rhea was his personal guard, at least for this journey. With the twist of her hand, Rhea guided Icarus closer to Eli, leaning towards him. "I want you to stay near me, you hear?" her voice was serious. While Eli was a smart boy, she wanted to make sure he stayed safe. "Don't rush off and play hero, now."
