Mandate doesn't look meaner than any other robot, not super enticing for Eddie to fight unless she gets in his way. And Icon is basically Superman, who Eddie is [b]aware[/b] of. Eddie wouldn't fight Superman because he's an American Symbol, so he wouldn't be inclined to fight Icon either. Again, unless he got in Eddie's way.

Narrative wise, Eddie's gonna knock around like Lobo. (Who he was obviously inspired by.) Try to interact with street level chumps, accidentally piss off some cosmic level bruisers, maybe eat a few teeth. You know, the usual space dickhead routine.
