You’d expect him to be taller, and to look older than what he looked, instead you got a light tan skinned man who may have been in his late twenties though you weren’t for sure on that, standing at attention with a height of approximately [s]165cm[/s]. His hair was jet black and cut in an undercut, with shaved sides, and a lot more lean than you expected at least. You weren’t actually expecting him to have tone to him, but he did have some muscle for a Former Minister he was full of surprises, like what he was wearing surprised you as well. For a man who toted peace for his four year Administration you were surprised he was no opposed with the actions he took. With sharp blue irises, with the classic almond shape to his eyes that those of Unios bred had.

He wore a button down shirt with a relaxed collar, and a gun holster across his chest with his pistol at his left side, odd, but you didn’t want to ask. Slung over a chair, that he had sat up from was a military coat that seemed a little old fashion for the ones worn today, black with military fastens you didn’t picture him a soldier either being in politics. With military cargos and military boots fastened tightly giving his pants time to balloon over the edge.

“I didn’t take you for a soldier or someone who liked war, Mister ending the Four Year War, who had Regulis Surrender victory,” “I’m neither, that assumption is correct, but I am also not going to let people use violence to put people in line either,” His voice was exactly as it had sounded on the TV, a smooth cadence, with a mild roughness underneath. It was relaxed and calming despite his expression looking worried or concerned. His voice was light, very airy, and had a moderated rhythm to it. He didn’t sound anything at all like a citizen of Regulis though, carrying a heavy Unios accent to his pronunciation of his words, rolling his Rs, instead of ee-thur he pronounced it eye-thur, and his sentence structure all rowed into a very beautiful sounding flow.

Loyalty: Shadow Dogs Role: Leader and Founder of Shadow Dogs. His main goal is to provide detailed missions and strategies to other Shadow Dog members and hopefully lead them to victory. He is often the first to plan out the mission in its entirety and the details. He assigns those to that task and assign others to lay down distractions or coverfire if need be. Place of Origin: Unios, Regulis - his father being a soldier gave Nehmo the opportunity to earn citizenship in Regulis. He was born, however, in Unios as a small child and grew up part of his life in Unios before moving to a Regulis base. Personality Profile: Major Strengths - Nehmo’s strength lies in things other people would find a reason to distrust him in. Capable and intelligent, he has always been a clear and strategic thinker. He thinks about the steps ahead and plans them out ahead of time. What needs to be where and when what needs to be done, and not all the time though is where he is going, clear to others. Still Nehmo has a way about him that makes people listen, it might be simply his calm cadence and relaxed tone he carries in everything he says. Or the idealistic inspiration he can be. When he is passionate and strong about a belief it shows on him, he glows with a confidence that he is sure that he can make it happen and his eyes twinkle with cunning as he gets to work on his plans. That and Nehmo has a way with people, it’s not hard to deny that he can be convincing and a persuasive talker [else how did he win Minister in Regulis if he was not] and that makes some people think that he’s just blowing smoke up their ass. Though in reality Nehmo really believes the things he says, his convincing persuasive nature comes in the fact that it comes from a genuine place in his heart. Compassionate and empathetic, Nehmo doesn’t falter because of these traits, oddly they strengthen his resolve more than they weaken them. He’s been described as unnervingly calm in high stress situations, but as a Minister of politics you had to be. You had to learn to hold on to your ideals or your beliefs, and those were what kept you going. Nothing could knock you back if you continued to believe in what you believe. His major strength is probably his major weakness, that strong sense of idealistic hope that has him set forward on his path without regret. Honest, compassionate, maybe a little to genuine, Nehmo doesn’t give up or stand down to anyone. He won’t be bullied or pressure into thinking like others or bribed. He respects respectful actions and distrust any sense of dishonesty and deceit. Which seems ironic in this case due to the nature of the organization he created. A strong leader who persuades others with his own passionate sway to follow closely behind to see what bright future he will create. Nehmo’s strength has always lied in his interpersonal, and mental capabilities. Major Weakness - Nehmo’s major weakness is also his major strength. It’s that strong idealistic passion that drives him, that can also bite him in the ass. Some, even during his politic stage, said he was overreaching or that he was grasping at more than he can chew. While Nehmo is a great reasonable individual, who can rationalize well, sometimes he gets carried away with his idealism and others have to ground him back down to reality. One of the many reasons Nehmo felt so frustrated with the Administration when he became Representative to Gregor, was he believed the foundation he created among the countries would have still stood. Instead he was feasibly ignored, his idealism was completely ignore and politicians who built Administrations on deceit and their own greed were never going to listen to a Representative and Former Minister with a heart on their sleeve. While Nehmo doesn’t really have a heart on his sleeve, to politicians when a man is speaking about the livelihood of civilians and people that does seem like a heart on his sleeve to those who have learned to stonewall, poker face their way out of giving benefits to the people who deserve it most. Nehmo also has a hard time backing down, out of a verbal fight. While yes he can be easy to ground back to reality when he goes sailing away on plans too big for him or the team, he will fight tooth and nail for it to work. Because he so adamantly believes in the things he believes in and doesn’t always yield when he should. Kind of a control freak with a habit of having to have everything established beforehand he doesn’t like anyone touching his plans or strategies until he’s finalized them and finds them approved to his satisfaction. He’s no soldier, he’s a diplomat. As has been in politics, so he’s long winded and uses big words sometimes people don’t understand. Despite all of that though he is loyal, and competent. He is willing to compromise, he just has a habit of getting defensive before that happens. He’s use to fighting verbal and mental battles, not necessarily physical ones so he can be stubborn to deal with when it comes with words. Personality Profile Overall Rank - A - Capable, and unfaltering it was his job to remain stable in stressful situations during political debates and dealing with people. Stressing out or sweating was a sign of weakness that could have been used against him in the political field. Pilot Attributes: Mental - A Nehmo’s current strength is in his strategic thinking. He’s always been someone with a plan or design in mind when it came down to something he yearned or strived for. He assesses the best point of entry and takes it. He’s the mastermind of most of Shadow Dogs missions, not all. Sometimes he has had to take some lessons from soldiers in the field to make a plan work. Physical - B Being a soldier's’ son had its perks and habits, living on a base that encouraged students to go through programs to convince them to be soldiers also had their perks and habits. The Minister is full of surprises it seems, while he might not be a powerhouse, we’re talking someone who is able to run down a hallway, slide down the floor under a gate about to close while grabbing a gun off an enemy while doing so. Very cool, but less impressive when it comes to his actual shooting skills. Weaponry - C He’s not the best shot. But at least he knows how to shoot, and how to use a gun. Or else his handgun at holstered at his side might not be very effective. While he can use a gun more effectively than he can use a sword, his aim isn’t always the most accurate. He can hit a target, just not always in an area you might see a soldier actually shoot. It doesn’t really help that Nehmo never got actual proper teaching when they found out he was left handed instead of right handed. Being forced to shoot or learn to shoot with his right and a sword. His skills in these areas improve better when he’s using his dominant hand, the left, but not by much. Technology - D Nehmo’s never been great with computers. Anyone who grew up in Unios knew that you had few options, and those options were more effective with hard labor with the usage of their hands. Factory workers, soldiers, and miners were where the employment opportunities lie. Unless you proved exceptional at computers or working them, you might be chosen for a special program to work on the labs that created prototype weapons or technology for Regulis and Empiria. Nehmo’s extent of computer knowledge is how to turn them on, make a powerpoint, or a spreadsheet, and print something out. He knows nothing about the construction of them how to hack into a database, or anything that would make him at all specialist in this field. So he pays close attention to those who are specialized in this field. While he may not be great with technology. His intelligence at least lets him follow along and understand the basic principles. Skills: Oratory - Fancy way of saying Nehmo can make fancy, powerful speeches, that persuade the masses, and have people follow his every move. He is quite known for his way with words and some have criticized Nehmo for simply liking the way words sound when put together. Those who know him know though that every word chosen was thought about thoroughly before placing them down. Nehmo takes careful consideration on the words he chooses. Perceptive - He may not look it, but Nehmo can be quite perceptive. Something he learned in his years of politics, sudden shifts in body language, a tone change, the sweat of a brow. Or little things out of place detail wise. Nehmo can spot them because he had to be able to spot them in order to gain his mental victories. Organizer - A little bit of a more annoying trait is that Nehmo is quite the organizer. Papers are stacked neatly on his deck, how a mission succeeds in every step is carefully laid out. Shit even the way the Mobile Suits are landed are expected to be done in an appropriate way, like make sure a leg isn’t sticking out, make sure the back is tucked neatly on the wall. Sewing - Something his mother taught him when she use to sew his father’s coats, and or his father’s pants. He use to ask to help her because he wanted to do something for his papa too. So she taught him. He’d help hem the ends of dresses with his mother as well, and got pretty good at it. Weapon: Service Handgun 9x19mm - close resemblance to a Glock 17 for visual reference, holstered at his left side. Basically it’s just there to serve him if he need defense or to shoot back when not piloting HopeRising. Equipment: Fountain Pen - This was a gift given to him from his Mother when he first came into Office as a Minister. She lovingly gave him symbols of luck. And to honor her, every important peace document he ever signed was by this pen. He keeps it with him and still uses it when making plans or writing things down. It brings comfort to him. Reminds him of the reason he does what he does.

Service Coat *As seen in appearance It’s sort of clear the coat doesn’t quite fit him. It has more length on it because his father was taller than him. But if it hadn’t been obvious his service gun and the coat, removed of any of its metals and battles belonged to his father. He wears them in his honor as he leads the Shadow Dogs. Picture of his Families - Picture of his mother and father. Picture of his wife and his daughter [currently 2 years of age]. Sumia - Wife - 29 Mareana - Daughter - 2

Rohnan - Father - 56 - Deceased Astrama - Mother - 52 Weaknesses: Family - this seemed like an obvious one from the start, a man who carries so many sentimental values close to him. Would always fall due to his family. His family has always been the second most important value in his life. He values a better future for his family just as much as anyone else’s family. But it is an easy token someone can exploit if they ever found his daughter or wife. It’s the perfect bait. Nehmo would throw everything away for them, that’s why he started the Shadow Dogs, but it also might be the reason he’d give it up. Moralistic - Nehmo has always been an advocate or a believer that any problem should or could be solved with words if people are willing to listen. This was a belief that was proven when he became a Minister for Regulis, it cemented a belief that people would be willing to listen to rational reason. But when Gregor took over and he either had to stay in an Administration that didn’t value others or try to find his own way. There were things that had to change, that weigh on Nehmo. Nehmo’s not a soldier, he’s killed opponents with words, not bullets. And now he has to live with killing people. He’s not always so sure how he feels about it either. Sometimes he recognizes it is out of defense and for the greater good, but other times it goes against his moral fiber. Tension Headaches - Nehmo experiences episodic tension headaches. Often triggered by the amount of work on his shoulder. Sometimes it can feel like the weight of the world or at the fate of these people rest on his shoulders.

Type: Disruption Serial # SPr-D6-M2 Name: HopeRising Appearance: Function: There was always going to be the question of, what if the other States designed their own mechs? The Disruption model, as it is being tested now was an answer to that question. It’s main job is to do as exactly it’s type suggest, disrupt and sabotage the field as much as possible for its allies to gain an edge. Mostly a support mech, it might be surprising how agile the Disruption model moves, but that’s simply to be able to get out of the way of major firing range. While a delicate model, it is has been built with the utmost speed and mobility to allow it grace on the field. It’s strength comes in it’s utility function. Which is still in testing phase. This particular Model, Model 2, has what appear to be wings on the back of the machine. The wings are where the machines main thrusters are placed, but on the six wings of this seraphim like mech are wing tips. These wingtips can detach from the machine, always connected to the tip of the wing it came from with invisible magnetic strings. These wingtips act like drones, that give the pilot a number of capabilities. From a standard firing mode, that has the six drones act in unison each with a coordinated shot after another. What they lack in major firepower, they make up for by weakening an Mobile Suit state of armor for the mechs with stronger firepower to break through another mech’s heavy armored hull. The drones also have a Shielding feature. Each drone is connected to each other by a technology that has the drones talk to each other individually, as well as the main machine, they are also interlocked or interconnected by a singular magnetic radius that keeps them attached. The drones can interlay and connect, creating a particle shield. This shield can protect the main mech from heavy fire. Deflecting most ordinary bullets and beams off of its surface, and being able to take a few heavy hits. Should be noted that the shield is not invincible and the Disruption model was never made to take heavy fire power for long. The shield should be used in quick scenarios, to be able to deflect an attack, and be able to maneuver out of the rate of fire. The last feature of the drones is their Jammer. The drones can send out a frequency or a wavelength that can disrupt other machines communications, quick electric shorts in other machines or can be used to hide the location of the Disruptions model current location for a brief moment in time. This frequency ranges up to 1200ft, electric short occur during upon activation of frequency and only last 30 seconds. While communications and location locating last as long as the frequency is active. The Drones have up to 20ft of range to fly on their own away from the Disruption model any further and its hard for the drones to match ping their signal. The Drones have up to 150ft effective range. M.S.A: Power - 1 Speed - 3 Defense - 1 Offense -1 Firepower - 2 Utility - 4 Weaponry: Beam Rifle - The Disruptor unit has been equipped with a beam rifle. This prototype rifle throws super conducted plasma energy towards an enemy in a effective range of 350ft and its super conductive heat tends to eat away at small areas of machinery, melting them at their bolts and seams. Beam Sword - The Disruptor has a sheathed sword at its side, used when something or really someone gets close. The sword can cut through most metals, often able to take an arm or leg off in one false swipe. But it can’t do much like break asteroids, etc or cut through the thicker pieces of metal. It works better when it cutting between the sensitive parts of the machine where the joints are. Feathers - Firing Mode Utility: Feathers - Shielding Feathers - Jammer
