Name: Alma Lilliefore Age: 23 Appearance:

Occupation/Status: Gunsmith/Blacksmith/Inventor(?) Personality: Alma is inquisitive, a seeker of knowledge (pertaining to blacksmithing mostly) and enjoys working with her hands. She has adopted a pragmatic mindset and is sociable. She enjoys reading although the books she reads are rather limited given that she only completed basic education. She errs on the side of being tomboyish and can be aggressively pushy if she’s excited enough. History: Alma hails from Augsburg, the third child of four to a family of blacksmiths who go back three generations, starting with her great grandmother who quickly became a favorite among the locals. The legacy of her great grandmother continued to this day and has allowed Alma and her siblings to have a fairly comfortable and privileged upbringing compared to most of the common folk. As a result, Alma’s parents were able to afford basic education for their children. At present, her father has taken over the workshop. Of the four siblings, Alma is the only one to have shown a keen interest in her father’s work. At a young age (perhaps 7, Alma can’t quite recall) she would watch her father and his apprentices work. She became entranced by the brief yet beautiful sparks flying through the air, the roar of the fires were a powerful sight to behold, and the sound of hammers hitting the red hot metals were music to her ears. Her father never discouraged this curiosity and welcomed it with open arms. After all, the Lilliefore’s success was all because of a lady who defied the social norm. She was only allowed to watch at first, and so she observed and questioned. At the age of 11, her father finally allowed her to work on her first project – a small dagger. It was crude and its quality was substandard as was expected from a beginner. However to Alma, it was the most beautiful thing she had made. The next 9 years, Alma forged and learned. As her skill with the hammer grew, so did her name in Augsbug. Her father looked on to her as the successor and taught her how to run a business in the meantime. Although she knew she’d eventually take over the family business, she wanted to broaden her horizon. Perhaps there was more than just the Lilliefore’s way to the anvil. The capital was a bustling place and while she has visited it several times, they were simply just pleasure trips. She told her father that she’d head to the capital, to learn whatever she can from the blacksmiths there and return within a few years. For three years and as of now, she is apprenticed under Oli Tamory a master blacksmith who quickly recognized her worth. He is one of several blacksmiths who have been experimenting with firearms in the capital and this relatively new technology has become an object of fascination for her.
How is this? I'm thinking I make this character a supplier for a hunter that I am thinking of (or not). I just want to see if what I just created is ok before I continue.
